This hotel is great and affordable. A great option for quick weekend trips to Boston and even though it is outside of downtown Boston, it's super easy to get back and forth. The rooms were clean and updated, and there is a free shuttle to and from the airport.

This hotel is a good choice only if you work for the airlines or need to be at the aiport - other than that, do not stay here. It is near nothing at all. It is near no food or activities. In order to get anywhere in Boston you have to take a shuttle (that barely runs - there was 1 with 1 driver, even though a few shuttles were parked in the lot) and subway, or a car. Inside the rooms, the plugs did not work, the bathroom door did not shut, and the mattress was rock hard. There is also absolutely nothing to do in the hotel at night - no TV, no lounge, no place to gather - my family wanted to sit and play cards and were told to do so in a hallway because they could not sit at the restaurant tables (of which 95% were empty) unless we were ordering food. This hotel was isolated and boring. It was a horrible choice for my family to stay in.…

The only thing negative would be that my rooms shower door kept opening while I was showering but that’s about the only negative thing I have to say. Everything else was great. Food,view, room and service was awesome!

Hotel is well kept, has beautiful views, and located conveniently w access to all parts of Boson. I will definitely come back on my return visit. I could not have asked for more comfortable stay and was surprised with the great views.

Terrific March mini vacation. Walked the 2-mile East Boston Harborwalk - through the industrial waterfront with ICA and Downeast Cider, past Piers Park, and along the edge of new condo developments. Many pocket parks with water access along the way. Strongly recommend Sea Biscuit for breakfast and Reel for dinner/cocktails. The Hotel also has a restaurant with spectacular views, terrific burgers and cocktails. Reserved room on airport side. Enjoyed watching planes take off and land, views of Boston Light and harbor islands. For first time visitors to Boston, I recommend booking Boston harbor side for stunning views of city skyline.

Second time we've stayed here. Convenient to Logan and the shuttle service was the reason we stayed. Nothing special about the property-typical hotel restaurant and the property is starting to show wear and tear.Hate the destination fee-just another excuse to have you eat in the hotel's dining room. Nothing to do at the property if you don't have a car and can drive into Boston.

We had an unanticipated lay-over in Boston with a 1 am check-in. The staff was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. The hotel was clean, the breakfast had nice options, the rooms were comfortable, and the free shuttle to and from the airport ran every 20 minutes. Great experience overall for an impromptu trip.

The rooms are super spacious and clean— mine had an amazing view of the harbor. They also have a shuttle for pick up and drop off for the airport, and give some credit for hotel dining if you stay over 3 nights. Only annoying thing was getting into town— the silver line pickup is at airport, or you need a car or ferry. Otherwise, I had a relaxing stay, the hotel has a nice vibe, and the staff are awesome!

We love this hotel for staying at the airport and in the warmer months using the ferry to have dinner in downtown area. It’s of note though the ferry doesn’t run in the dead of winter which we didn’t realize.
