Lovely hotel, well situated on Boylston street. Staff where friendly and helpful. Great base to be able to access the city, situated next to a mall with plenty of food outlets/restaurants. Will definitely be a place we visit again and will base ourselves from this hotel
Overall a nice hotel, but with some inconveniences. There are no microwaves in the room or in a common area - dozens of dining options in the adjacent Prudential Center, but if you get any leftovers you’ll be eating them cold. The gym is open 24 hours, but if you want to use it between 11pm-5am you need to call someone to unlock it for you. Overall the facilities are nice, although my stay coincided with a youth event at the hotel, so the common areas were congested with hundreds of high schoolers.
We loved this hotel! It was clean, quiet, and comfortable and the staff was very nice. It is connected to the Prudential Center Mall so you can walk to lots of restaurants, shops, and the Green Line station without going outside. It is also close to Fenway Park and other sites in Boston. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Boston.
Quite satisfactory. Room was simply and clean. Housekeeping responded immediately for a question about the shower. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Overall, service was very polite and attentive. Parking was reasonable and quite accessible. Connections to other restaurants and hotel via the inside walkway was very pleasant.
It was a decent stay, though there were a couple of flaws, such as room cleanliness and overcrowding of the elevators. Overall, the services and the room were exceptional, alongside with the fabulous location of this hotel. Located just behind the Prudential mall it constitutes for a perfect stay.
We came as a group and lost our luggage and bags, I asked the reception to check their CCTV, but they are lazy and didn't want to check it. They just said that this is not their business. They are not helpful.
My students are lost small bag and we asked administrator but they didn’t look to camera and also didn’t helping my student 😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞 And only not one student three students lost bag and etc
This is my second recent stay at the Sheraton. I have found the lobby to be grand, well appointed and inviting. The front desk staff were cordial, patient, professional and efficient. Lines to check in moved orderly and swiftly. I was warmly greeted and made it to my room in short order. The room was clean, everything was in order. In the room is an iron, an easy chair, a desk with chair, a side table, night stand, 50+ inch LG television, coffee maker and supplies, a micro refrigerator, iron and ironing board. Two complimentary bottles of spring water. Blackout shades on the window, safe in the closet. The air conditioning/heater worked perfect, there was tremendous water pressure in the bathroom and a hair dryer. I have zero complaints and feel I got what I expected, or a little more for the money. The olympic sized pool with depths from 3 feet to 5 feet on the 5th floor was astounding. The pool area was clean and modern, thoroughly enjoyable and on this visit open from 5am through 11pm, so it was available when I wanted to use it and never too crowded even for a holiday weekend. I interacted with the housekeeping staff and an engineering/maintenance technician, who were both friendly. I also found coffee, hot cider and cookies set out in the lobby at certain times. I tried the cafe... decent food and prices. None of these things can be taken for granted. Well done!!!…
Stayed here two nights - first night was great. Great reception check in, friendly and courteous. Asked for a quiet room and didn't hear a thing the first night. Second night we were surrounded by a group of families with kids. The walls in this hotel are paper thin. The unsupervised kids were constantly running around the hall - going in and out of each other's room like it was a tag game so there was slamming doors every second. Had to call down 3 times to get it taken care of over the course of 3 hours. Front desk was not nice, denied it was a group together (why?!) and generally said to deal with it since it was New Years Eve. Since it's not Motel Six, I expected better service and expectations. I expected noise from people coming in from festivities which is normal - the doors superceded the noise machine i brought and was a constant stream of slamming. Going to try the Hilton next door and see how it is. Side note - ordered the breakfast room service but they didn't give us utensils.…
A friend of mine was diagnosed with breast cancer and had to drive 65 miles to get to Dana Farber Cancer Center for chemotherapy. .. Her appointments were were very early, causing she and her husband to leave their home @4:30 AM.. After hearing about their experience, I decided to check out hotel options near the hospital to try to make a bad situation a little more pleasant for them. I walked to the concierge desk and a wonderful woman named Amy greeted me asked how she could help me. I explained the situation and she went above and beyond to help me not only book a room but made herself their personal concierge. She had me tell them to ask for her when they arrived , giving them an upgraded beautiful room facing the Charles River and making their stay a wonderful experience. My friend had one more round of Chemo to go and I met with Amy again and she was just as friendly, personal, caring and accommodating as the first time . This all happened in October and November of 2022 and I couldn't let any more time go by without mentioning this wonderful woman and the beautiful Sheraton Boston Hotel for giving them a wonderful experience. I hope the owner or GM of the Hotel sees this and thanks and appreciates Amy for her randon=m act of human kindness. Mike A…
