Stayed for 5 nights in early Jan. Rooms were clean and tidy but showing their age. Reception the same. Staff were friendly. Bar is very limited for food so we ate at the Marriott at Copley. Pool was only open for 2 days and closed for renovation - this was fine but not advertised at all when booking. Good coffee shop for breakfast.

Great location - especially with the connected mall and dining options. Room, as other reviews note, is in need of some TLC for sure. Bathroom - peeling paint, chips and cracks in the tub. Was able to use Gold Elite benefit for a late checkout with no problem - front desk staff very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast - pretty good, but a bit on the pricey side for the offerings.

As Marriott Elite members we had previously stayed the Marriott at Copley. This time we opted to stay here instead. Similar location, but a little more convenient to our walking down to the MFA Boston which was the purpose of the trip. Although both hotels are indicated as 4 star; this property appears to be a little older. Some minor inconveniences included the floors. For example to enter the bathroom from the bedroom there is a small step. You are painfully reminded of that step when stumbling to the toilet in the middle of the night. :- Otherwise, our stay was good. The houskeeping staff are fantastic. Our room was kept immaculate during our stay. The beds are the usual awesome SleepWell type. Climate control was amazing. Check-in and check-out were great. We didn't use their restaurant, but the Market was very well stocked and had friendly staff.

Jamie Carroll reached out to me prior to my visit and was super nice and friendly… Provided early-check in and exemplary service and welcoming.. The hotel is a bit old, but location and staff were great.. Highly recommend staying here..definitely will be back

I went to a MMA conference and Sheraton worker Rhonda was the epitome of quality customer service! She was extremely helpful, patient, and accommodating. Check-in was smooth. I had a comfortable night's sleep. The bed was very comfortable, and I was on a high floor which was very quiet. The room had a coffee maker and the usual amenities. The bathroom was dated and the finishes could use an overhall and updating. Parking downstairs is convenient but expensive at $45/night. I was very disappointed to find out that there is no Sheraton or concierge lounge for Elite members.

Well situated with access to the Prudential Center Mall and kind and welcoming staff, but very dated property, with dark common areas and really old rooms that look as if they were last updated 25 years ago, if not more. That isn't to say the room was dirty, as it was tidy and well maintained, but old furniture, lots of wires exposed for different plugs that are clearly a half hearted attempt to upgrade the amenities to today's standards. Small bathroom, difficult to move around in. Overall though, I was grateful that it was quiet and there was no noise. Would not stay here again or recommend though.

Check your bill closely when you check out and your credit card statements for several months. In September this hotel charged me twice for the same stay, which I had to dispute with the bank for a refund on one charge. Amazingly, they just charged me for the second amount that was not disputed, and has been paid. The customer service representative told me it was because my roommate never showed up, which wasn't true and she in fact paid for her half on her credit card in September. Then the representative admitted they had the record of her stay but refused to tell me if she had paid, citing privacy laws. I of course will have to dispute this with the bank again. This is far below the quality service I expect as a Mariott member, or that anyone staying at this hotel should expect.

Hi, To everyone who will read this, I spent time in the Boston area with clients, we went from Boston, Cape Cod, Endicott and Hartford. Every hotel I booked for me and my guest was Marriott Bonvoy. I am a Bonvoy member. I worked in the Hospitality Business for Hyatt and Wyndham, I travel a lot during a year. Please avoid this Hotel. The owner does not respect the client when they charge us 695$ plus all the taxes for a night in a room from 1985 with the Bathtub completely chips and repaint maybe more than one time. The door of the room was almost falling a part. I went to the front desk and they are full of inefficiency to fix or to please the client. No rebate, no free meal nothing the only thing she offered to us was Moving to another room. Do you think I will ask my business guest to move when they check in and open their luggages in the room. The front Desk Manager was almost crying in front of me because she can do nothing. My guest were not very impress with the Hotel and Service. I can not tell them that I spent more than 3.5k for 3 rooms 2 nights. The staff at the restaurant and at the bar are 50/50 if you arre lucky you will get someone with a smile. Be a Marriott user and Bonvoy member means nothing for them. You better be an Hyatt member. Regards room number to avoid 2523, 2520, 2521 maybe the entire 25th floor Gaetan Vivier

The condition of the room and bathroom were unacceptable (leaks, scratches, wall cracks, noisy A/C...) for a Sheraton hotel and for the price I paid for this room. This hotel needs a renovation program and it is acknowledged by the staff that cannot address this issue. This is not a place I recommend when you stay in Boston.
