Excellent location -- walking distance to Copley Square, Boston Common and Newbury St. 7 min walk to pick-up/drop-off point for 3 dollar shuttle to Logan Airport. Rooms small but comfortably appointed and ingenious/creative use of space. The Trophy bar/restaurant excellent!!! Limited menu but all selections we had were delicious and ample in size: recommend the burger and nachos. Fun atmosphere, obviously a bar catering to South End locals. Highlight was the manager/server Johnny: Charming, funny, welcoming and attentive giving the location a "Cheers" feel "where everyone knows your name." We dined and imbibed all three nights we were there!!! Can't wait to go back!

Trophy room has amazing staff and food! Johnny was great! The energy was incredible and so friendly. Will definitely be coming back with everyone I know. A must bistro for good vibes, food, and people.

First time at Trophy Room! Drinks where made promptly and well done! Johny our server was not only extremely attentive but very friendly and charming. Our food too was delicious, delivered in a flash and tasty. We even ordered more food! The atmosphere was alive but not intrusive. We highly recommend this place for a quick bite or meeting friends.

this hotel is so cute! the rooms are small but comfortable and have a very good use of space. i love the location and pineapple theme and everyone is so helpful. Johnny and staff at the adjoining Trophy Room restaurant/bar were amazing! best part of my stay was being able to come downstairs to get a drink and easy meal at the end of a fun day checking out Boston. love the South End now!

The bar is cute and trendy. Mostly young professionals. Upscale bar food. Overall great vibe and aesthetic. Loved all the windows with great views of the vibrant neighborhood outside. Hands down the best part of our night was the bartender Johnny. Super high energy. Very attentive. Never let our drinks get less than half full without checking in. And all with the most upbeat attitude and best smile! Definitely come check this place out. But hopefully it’s on a night that Johnny is in!

The hotel was quaint and really fun! The staff was friendly and so helpful! I loved the location, it was easy to walk to anywhere in the city from The Pineapple. The room was cozy, clean and very comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Boston.

Lovely hotel in a great spot accessible to all areas that you would want to visit. The rooms were spotless, free coffee , tea and water available and you couldn't fault the staff at all. Very welcoming and helpful. The food served in the Trophy bar was delicious, good price and very filling. Had a great time and would not hesitate in returning should we travel to Boston again. 😀

I have a mixed review. Always good to start with the positives - very comfortable beds (in both rooms), very friendly staff, lovely coffee, very clean. Location wise it is easy to walk to all attractions. The negatives - We came in from Heathrow after a 7 hour delay utterly shattered to find we were on the 2nd floor (1st if you are from the UK) directly above the bar/club below (The Trophy Room). If you find yourself on said 2nd floor - ask to move. I was kept awake until 1am by the base from the music. There was no availability to move rooms that first night (Saturday) despite asking and complaining. Following US Airtours contacting the manager and us speaking to Jeff (who was brilliant) we were moved to the 7th floor. Handwritten apology and complimentary drinks which very much made up for it. Think my review would have been 1 star without the significantly improved 2nd night. All in all - provided you are on an upper floor - really quite a pleasant experience. …
