There were pet hair in my room. They have excuse for everything. Not willing to compensate except thanks for letting us know, my foot. Shower was leaking out the shower door. They will try to rip you off of you are in need.

Lots of parking available. Smooth check-in process. Room was clean and modern. Bed very comfortable. Shuttle operation to and from airport were well run and efficient. Friendly staff. Will definitely plan to make their Park and Fly service a regular part of my Boston Logan travel plans.

My wife and I took my family here for a night before a flight out of Logan. Left our car with the park and stay package. Shuttle was easy to the airport and came quickly when we arrived. The room was clean and they accommodated us as a family of five. Very happy with the service, the proximity to the airport and the price. Really friendly staff and shuttle drivers. Really a hidden gem for anyone who lives an hour or more away from the city and has an early morning flight.

I cannot say enough amazing things about this hotel! For starters, room & customer service went above & BEYOND the call of duty in every single way. Our original stay was supposed to be 9 nights but due to the crazy weather Boston saw that week, we decided to extend our stay 2 extra nights last minute. We booked our original stay on Hotels.com and were worried about rate but the Hilton stepped up to the plate and was able to get us the exact same rate Hotels.com offered and we were happily stunned! So so grateful for their help and sheer ability make our stay in Boston that much better. Room wise we were very happy with our amenities. And this is horrible to admit, but I always thought that hotels close to an airport were a little on cheap/dirty side because they are just so reasonable in price, but this hotel knocked all those preconceived stupid judgmental notions out the window. The entire hotel and grounds were tidy, clean and sleek. The lobby was updated with modern touches and a cozy little fireplace and I bet before COVID that nice bar area was hoppin’! The room itself was perfect for the two of us for a long stay. The mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker all worked perfectly, and they kept us well stocked with coffee & cream. The bathroom was updated and clean and the bed was extremely comfortable (fluffy pillows too!) No complaints whatsoever, we slept like babies. I will also note that due to COVID room service was only offered upon request, so every few days we’d call down before 9:30am and it was always complete when we returned in the evening. We only had 2 disturbances on our floor during our 11-night stay. One was directly across the hall and eventually management was called by another room, and the other was a massive birthday party down the hall. The noise level was so extreme (and I will note the walls are paper thin) required me calling down to the front desk 3 different times. They finally sent security up to the room to quiet them down, and even though it took a while eventually they all either passed out or everyone went home. Overall location is KEY with this hotel. They are so very close to downtown, and since we rented a car, we were able to get to the heart of Boston in 10 minutes. And you CANNOT beat the free parking. We saved so much money not staying downtown (those hotels wanted upwards of $50 per night just to park) not to mention they were horribly overpriced because they were “downtown”. I highly suggest renting a car and paying the small tolls to and from, it’s worth it in the long run. Save your money for all the amazing seafood! Lastly, HUGE shout out to Kathy at the front desk. She was a BALL of sunshine and made our stay VERY special. When (not if) we come back to Boston, The Hilton Garden at Logan gets our business hands down. Thank you for such a memorable vacation!
