We only had a quick overnight stay so we didn't get a real chance to explore the hotel. But the room was clean. The staff was nice. Our biggest compliment goes to the bar staff and lobby bar food. The service from the two bartenders was great and the food was much better than the typical bar food that you would expect. The only thing missing was I thought that there was usually bottled water in the room??? We would definitely return.

We just stayed here this past weekend as a little getaway with our teenage daughters. (They were in a separate room, lol). It was a terrific weekend, and we enjoyed our time at the Westin very much! Given current covid travel restrictions, it was nice to escape (even locally) for a weekend of good food, good weather and a change of scenery! We would definitely return, and the few folks with whom we interacted were all exceptionally helpful and kind. Insider Tip: The family were huge fans of the baked everything pretzels available from the bar as a late-night snack! ;)

I always look forward to staying at this hotel because the bar staff is so friendly and articulate, especially Colin, As a wine drinker, I'm happy with their selection of both red and white wines at reasonable prices, and the wines pair well with the bar menu items. Also appreciate the relaxing ambiance in the bar area and the attentive service.

Great Hotel. I stayed here the night before my wedding to get out of the house. James at the door could not have provided a more welcoming experience. Check-in with Jardelle was smooth and easy as he let me know how the hotel was now operating with new COVID Protocols. Throughout my stay I saw the staff diligently cleaning all the public areas of the hotel frequently and the room appeared to have been meticulously cleaned.

Very clean rooms and facilities with a very friendly and helpful staff. The pool area is nice as is the work out room. It is near to most anything you would want to do in Boston. My only real grievance is that the hotel's restaurant is open only for a very basic breakfast currently. There are other options on site that are perfectly acceptable not to mention you can get nearly anything delivered If you don't wish to venture out.
