Be advised, due to Covid, there is no included breakfast. There is, instead, a "grab and go" which amounts to Saran wrapped bagels, yogurt, and orange juice in cartons. Also, there were no bathrobes (as advertised), and the corner room was difficult to keep warm (it was 20 degrees outside). So why am I complaining? Dunno, I actually like this hotel but just expected better.

Loved this hotel. Lobby is really nicely decorated, staff was very nice and helpful. No bell hop person but we would rather do it ourselves anyway. As a family traveling with a baby this hotel was the best option for us. Our room had a kitchen area with full size fridge, 2 electric burners and even a dish washer. A table and two chairs for eating. A nice sized couch and TV. Large stand up shower and bathroom. Bedroom is separated by small hall way - it had a king size bed and drawers a small closet and another TV. Breakfast until 10am was grab and go but had good variety - even tropicana OJ - only bad thing was no coffee but they did provide a kureg with 2 coffee pods in the room! It was near bars, restaurants and walking distance to many attractions (20 min walk to aquarium). Check out was 12pm - unheard of - we were so happy! We had a very good time.…

This was our first time staying at a Residence Inn by Marriott. We were pleasantly surprised at everything that was offered. We were only booked for one night but it would be very comfortable for a multiple night stay with a kitchen, eating area, large refrigerator, microwave, everything needed to make one’s own meals. The bed was very comfortable. The suite was quiet and very clean. We would definitely stay there again.

We only had a one night stay but we so wished we were staying longer. The team were really welcoming and our room was HUGE and so well done... great lighting, masses of character - the building has been stunningly restored - great bed and immaculately clean, spotless. Great bar area where we sat and had coffee and breakfast and the location is terrific - right on the seaport, great for wandering, running, restaurants and really close to downtown - we never used Uber, walked everywhere. The team offered late checkout without being asked. Will definitely stay again.

Very friendly staff who greeted us with big smiles and prompt service. Room was large and comfortable as is the lobby. Nice free breakfast and a welcoming dining space as well. Very convenient walk to south station for the Patriots train.
