The room/suite worked perfectly for our family to gather/base out of between Baby Shower events. Very convent location, convent access to the Prudential Center with all of its Jazz as well as the more traditional Newbury Street.
This small hotel is a hidden gem in busy Copley Square Boston. It is quiet, comfortable and very clean. Our room was well-appointed with a modern bathroom and our view was of a roof-top garden at the Prudential Center. The staff were friendly and welcoming. John at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant to us. At this hotel you are steps away from the shopping at Copley Place, Prudential and Newbury Street. The hotel is located at the back of the Boston Public Library and its Newsroom Cafe is next to the hotel. The hotel has no bar or gathering place but breakfast is served although we did not breakfast at the hotel. Also, there is no doorman to hail a cab but you can cross the street to the Westin or larger Marriott and find cabs there. We walked to dinner in Park Square (1/2 mile and 15 minutes and also walked back to the hotel from the theater (1 mile)…
Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Check-in was a breeze. 10th floor room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Front desk was friendly and personable. Location simply can’t be beat in terms of proximity to restaurants, shopping, and businesses in Back Bay. Appreciated the extra touch with a box of macarons, bottled still water, and personalized note. With that level of customer service and the highlights above will keep me coming back to this property without hesitation.
It had been a while since I had stayed at this hotel due to less traveling on my part. However walking through the doors I could see it was as good as ever. Greeted nicely, rooms still very clean and comfortable and the restaurant was great for breakfast. And of course the best location in Boston.
I've stayed here often over the years for business. Everyone there is always positive and eager to help. The hotel and rooms have character. It is also very close off if the highway which is convenient.
My favorite hotel in Boston. Best staff, best location, clean and friendly. Beautiful building. Harry, Jon, and Chris all were super friendly. The breakfast bistro was perfect for what we needed but so many food options within walking distance. Hidden gem. Will only ever stay here.
Extremely convenient location, with regular courtyard marriott amenities. The hotel is very close to the main attractions in copley square. It is also located very close to the T which makes it easy to get around the city. Beautiful building, quiet street and friendly staff!
My stay was incredible! The room was spacious and super confortable. There was more than enough space for my friend and me. Bed was amazing. The bathroom was spacious too. Staff was very nice and location could not be better. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Amazing stay the beds were so comfortable we didn't want to get up the next morning. The rooms were large and cleanliness was impeccable. The best thing is the staff that work here always ready to help. We will be back.
The hotel was located in a historic area of town close to wonderful stores and restaurants my wife couldn't have been happier. The hotel was clean, the beds were super comfy and the service was excellent. The food and beverage option was a little cafe so the second morning we went out for something different. Would stay again if we were back in town.
