The hotel was the perfect place to rest after a day exploring. It's a beautiful building, spotlessly clean, well equipped room and lovely staff. The location is ideal - the Logan Express bus is free from the airport to Backbay (just a short walk to the hotel), and $3 back to the airport (card only). South Station is a half hour walk, from there you can visit neighbouring states if you're exploring New England (as I was). Coming home to the hotel is a great way to round off the day - grab a pizza from the Dirty Water pizza place, and chill in the fabulous hotel room with a bath, Netflix and wine (Star Market opposite the hotel - also good for fruit salad for the morning, and general snacks. I grabbed cheese slices and crackers). The bed is like a cloud and despite being a central city location, you won't be disturbed. I can't recommend this hotel enough.

My second visit to the Courtyard Copley Square and I was not disappointed. The hotel front door was locked and only accessible to guests, the staff was friendly, My room was spotless and I was given additional sanitizing wipes in my room for my belongings. The hotel staff really made me feel safe and secure especially in a pandemic. This will continue to be my hotel of choice when in Boston.

We stayed for 2 nights. It was in perfect walking distance to the House of Blues, where we had concert tickets. Getting there by public transport after walking the freedom trail was also easy and convenient. For Families, they offer a scavenger hunt together with #ExeterTheSheep Have a look on Facebook to learn more about it. The room was nice, had enough space and was clean. The shower provided temperatures high enough for my wife not to complain. They provided real glasses instead of plastic cups for the drinks. Very elegant. The TVs were huge and more huge.
The staff was very helpful and did everything to provide a comfortable stay. Parking in the garage on the other side of the street was typical expensive for a city of the size Boston has, Would prefer to pay less, but was ok and not the hotels fault.
The Skywalk is just on the Opposite side of the street and you can catch a view of the hotel from there. We enjoyed our stay, Exeter now lives in germany. We would definitely return when visiting Boston another time

There are lots of choices in Boston hotels. For the value and location, Courtyard Boston Copley Square is a wonderful option. It has small bedrooms, because it's an old brownstone building, but it is very quiet for sleeping and privacy, and the central location is worth it. The staff - especially Gabriel (Gaby) - gets kudos for her warm and personal hospitality. We only wish we could have stayed longer, everything is walkable in any direction and the subway is one block away. Try the hotel's Boston sites Scavenger Hunt, it's fun and takes you to places you'll want to see.

This was my first time staying at this location and had a pleasant and comfortable visit. The staff were attentive and it was easy to check in/check out. My room was clean, quiet and functional with a small fridge. I had some reservations traveling during COVID but staying at this location made it stress free. I also enjoyed visiting the Boston sites and this location gave me easy access to Copley and the Charles River.

I needed to be in Boston during Covid-19 and the staff could not have been more helpful and charming, particularly bearing in mind how careful we needed to be with social distancing. Staff had put in place extra sanitizing requirements and they were very accommodating on every aspect of my stay.

I would definitely recommend this hotel.

My wife and I stayed at the Courtyard Boston Copley Square for a night whilie seeing the sights in the city. We found the staff to be uniformly helpful and courteous, and the room very spacious and comfortable. We paid a special rate that included Duck Tour tickets along with our stay at the hotel, and boarded the duck just a couple of blocks from the hotel. The hotel is right across from the Prudential Center garage, and while we would've preferred a less expensive alternative ($77 for a day + 4 hours!), that's Boston for you.

All in all, a highly recommended hotel.

I enjoyed a one night stay on February, 29th. After a long day in Boston, we were exhausted and Jacob at the front desk was so kind and efficient, checking us in quickly and directing us to the room. We were up on the 8th floor in a beautifully appointed room. The room had been recently updated and had an adorable window seat looking out into the city. The beds and linens were extremely comfortable, I slept soundly without hearing any city noise. Great location- close to Prudential Center Mall, great shopping on Newbury St and Boylston. I will be back!

Just ran my 10th Boston Marathon April 18, 2022 and was thrilled to find this gem of a hotel nestled in the Copley Place/Prudential Center area of Boston a hop, skip and a jump from the Boston Marathon finish line. Hotel is modern and clean with an amazingly professional and kind front desk staff. No attitudes anywhere here. Kimi saved my life as the new Apple iPhone update invalidated my cell phone charger and she allowed me to borrow her charger for my entire stay God bless her! She also has such a kind, welcoming smile and perfect personality for front desk staff. Jessie was delightful at check-in providing me with a huge bag of marathon treats on the house which made my stay even more amazing. Such a welcome surprise! Welcome marathon glass in my room which I was able to take home free of charge. Beautiful keepsake! Lovely historic stained-glass window in front lobby. Quaint and cozy lobby. Glass water dispenser with fresh fruit in front lobby. Delicious water! Clean. No dirt anywhere. Parking is right across the street at Prudential Center with easy access to Star Supermarket for out of town travelers. Bar and food available in lobby also. Rooms are delightful, new carpet with no stains, plenty of room for stretching pre and post run; comfortable, cozy beds; guest-controlled room temps. Can order out food from your room from Joe's, a local tasty restaurant. Boston Marathon after party right in the lobby for marathoners with free Sam Adams 26.2 beer! Hotel manager Todd Lincoln was a true gem making certain that my Prudential Center validated parking was taken care of when I had misplaced my credit card in my post marathon fog. I was with this hotel staff for 48 hrs and it felt like I was home with family. They were all so nice and cheery! I am truly grateful to the Courtyard by Marriott Boston Copley Square for making my 10th Boston Marathon so special. Hotel is one block from finish line. Easy to get to post run. Ice bath was easy post marathon! Plenty of ice available at this lovely hotel! Cannot wait to return next year. Thank you Courtyard by Marriott for making this marathon runner feel like an elite runner! A friend staying at the neighboring Copley Plaza did not have their room until around 9PM the night before the marathon. So, be careful where you book. Marriott has always been the most reliable hotel for me.

I had to get a hotel room last minute due to issues with furniture delivery upon moving to Boston. Being a Bonvoy member I was looking at the various Marriott's in the city, and I definitely chose wisely.

I had asked for early check in, and the hotel went above and beyond my expectations by allowing me room access at 10 AM, which enabled me to settle in to get a full day of work done without having to stop and come check in halfway through the day.

The room was quiet, comfortable, and even though I had an issue with the heating system it was solved efficiently. Before and upon arriving I spoke with Taylor, who was extremely helpful and kind. She made me feel very welcomed and comfortable during my stay, as did the other staff members, who's names I didn't catch. Between them all I felt like I was getting a personalized experience.

While I will hopefully not have to check back in, since I live in the city, I will continue to recommend this hotel to others visiting due to location, the comfortable rooms, and the welcoming staff.

Thank you for reaching out to the hotel at the moment valet services have been suspended indefinitely in the local area. There are two public garages close to the hotel we can direct you to the best parking option regarding your needs on arrival at check in.

Good Morning, I believe that Gold and Platinum members receive free breakfast everywhere it is available. I know it is the case here. And, the breakfast here is far superior to most hotels.
