This hotel was great! Everyone was so friendly, from the initial phone call for reservations, to check out. Taylor thank you for the card and chocolates waiting in our room! Gabby, thank you for your great directions for how/where to park, among other helpfulness. Rosemary, excellent housekeeping, and making sure that I had few extra creamers in the room. Justin was awesome at the front desk as well. When we asked if we could stay an extra night because of weather, he gave us a great rate to help with the unexpected expense. Also, Justin rewarded my daughter and a friend with an “Exeter the Sheep” prize for going out in the rain and collecting pictures, so cool. So, this is a great property, highly recommend it!

I wish I was able to stay longer! The room was clean, large and well accommodated. I appreciated the bottle of water at check-in. I had a very late arrival due to a flight delay, but my key was waiting for me when I arrived. The restored building is charming, with large windows, and the newly renovated rooms are attractive and clean. The smart TV setup is a great feature. Due to COVID the food service is not open, but plenty of restaurants are nearby for take-out or dine in.

We had an excellent stay at the Courtyard Boston Copley Square. You can't beat the location. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure the guests have a memorable stay. I can't wait to return.

What a perfect hotel! From checking in to checking out and all in between! The staff is more than hospitable and the rooms make you feel like you have your own penthouse apartment in the city. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. Do yourself a favor and stay here. For business or pleasure you will not be disappointed!

I cannot say enough about the Courtyard in Copley Square. The location is perfect and I love the recent renovations to the building. Most importantly, the staff are great. Most recently my son needed a few nights until his apartment lease began, so I was able to book him here. The staff were so helpful in making him feel at home during his stay. Thank you!
