My best friend and I recently stayed here for one night. Our check-in experience was quick & smooth. Unfortunately once we got our key and headed to our room we were very disappointed. We were on the 1st floor and our room door was literally opposite of the elevator. As 2 young girls this did not make us feel very safe and it was also very noisy for us. Late in the night and right into the morning we heard people getting on and off the elevator (even more annoying when they'd be dragging their suitcases.) At least the breakfast in the morning was somewhat decent and it was convenient for $10 to be able to park the car in the lot I guess. I don't think we'll ever come back to stay here again.

We stayed here one night after arriving at Boston and before heading to Cape Cod the next day. We paid $300 plus for one night, a rip off in my opinion.

The pros: location is easy to find, check in was fast, breakfast was standard. Wifi is decent.
The cons: room is poorly maintained. Very noisy due to thin wall, shower doesn’t work well, hard to turn on and off. Doesn’t even have a microwave.

Probably better off staying near the airport at one of the Hilton hotels at similar rate, which we considered but thought we wanted to be south of Boston to head to Cape Cod next morning.

Would not recommend if you desire customer service. The rooms are standard and well kept by the cleaners. The beds left lovely. Their kitchen staff and morning reception staff are great.
However the afternoon/evening front of house reception staff are rude, bitchy, not helpful, talking amongst themselves, laugh at you, don’t say hi or how was your day, no manners, talk about anyone and it’s like they are out with their friends on a night out..
They are very scruffy and It’s like they have employed high school kids to do this job. If you change them the place would at least hit 4 stars. These guys make it a 3.

They advertise "premium internet" but we could not even get Wi-Fi in our room! I called for shuttle at 1:15 for a 3:00 pick up at the airport and they finally arrived at 5:00. Broken windows on the 1st floor is a security issue. Not having a safe that works, security issue. Smoke free? Ha! Our room cards would not work on a regular basis. The breakfast omelets left us sick. The rooms were so smelly and musty. We woke up with scratchy throats and headaches. They went away after we left the hotel. The only microwave in the hotel needs to be replaced. I am appalled at the condition of this hotel for being a Choice Hotel. The supervisor of transportation needs to have an attitude adjustment. Don't offer shuttle service if you are not going to follow through. Argument broke out in the hallway and into the room but they would do nothing about it. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

It’s a nice hotel. However much of the housekeeping staff refused to wear masks as required by the Boston dept of Health. They were reminded by management but still kept the mask off. Claiming they have the vaccine. This violation endangers the welfare of guests. Imagine not wearing a mask and cleaning your room

Breakfast is served downstairs for the guests. However many come from the outside to take advantage. One woman took I bag full of food. Hopefully for a shelter. If that’s the case the hotel should make a separate arrangement for that. When items are missing for guests we know where they go
The hotel is poorly managed

By far, the worse hotel I've ever made reservations for. First, the establishment is completely misrepresented reference its' website. My girl and I had never visited the city of Boston, so we decided to take the 6.5 hr. drive and enjoy a weekend in Boston which was completely ruined once we arrived at the hotel. (900 William T Morrissey st}
While checking in, it was mentioned about an additional parking fee of $10.00 per night in addition to the hotel stay fee because the parking lot belonged to someone else which is unheard of and never mentioned along with additional fees which I wasn't going to pay for.
Already disappointed and disgruntled, due to the run-down look of the facility in which I paid over $500.00 for a two-night stay; we finally get checked in and arrive at the room #107 in which the room stunk like mold and cigarettes yet, I had to sign a guarantee that there would be no smoking in the room and that I would be charged an additional $250.00 for the cleaning of the room if I did. The foul order of the room, wallpaper falling off the wall, cracked and broken bathroom fixtures such as the tub, we decided to give the hotel manager the opportunity to rectify the issues and her answer to the equation was to have a staff member spray some perfumed deodorizer, to mask the foul scent. Needless to say, we drove home that night the weekend was ruined another 6.5hrs back the same day. I've asked for a full refund in which I was guaranteed and have not received one dime to date. Not one phone call from a cooperate member.
Although I know Comfort Inns
belong to a conglomerate of hotel chains, I will never set foot in a Comfort Inn again. Very disappointed.

Within the vicinity of many stores and restaurants. The room is quiet, spacious, and clean. Housekeeping is on a daily basis, a rare service seen nowadays. Breakfast is plenty and miscellaneous. Just I wished the hotel parking was free; they charged $10/day.

I came with a seniors group. I guess because we got a group rate, we shouldn't have
expected much. Well, that was clear. This is a one narrow hallway type place. Aged. On a main highway, so you hear the street racers and motorcycles clearly on the street side. The TV I had was all static and hard to visualize what the picture is supposed to be. Most of the channels were bad. The furniture is old, scratched and the pleather is ripped. Nice towels. Instant hot water except if you want a shower, put up with this chain saw type, jack hammer type noise. Very loud. Breakfast is standard and plentiful, except you sink in the seats. Breakfast staff was
responsive and diligently filled in things. But there were "out of order"signs on the toaster, the elevator ! Really? With 35 seniors checking in that day?!

The location is south of the downtown area, which means it is not within walking distance to any attractions or shops. But the rooms are a good size and comfortable. The staff was extremely accommodating and helpful.
Breakfast was good and the area is open for gathering at other times.

The nastiest hotel I have ever stayed in. In one night I had 3 different rooms. First had a big hole in the wall. 2nd was stinky and dirty, not even vacuumed. And the 3rd one had roaches, the elevator and the hallway smelled like mold. Had to change my vacation plans and have received my full refund. No one has had the audacity to return my email. The only positive thing was the clerk was nice. Don't do it.. roaches with my little one that has asthma is not acceptable.

Just be sure and sign up for the airport/cruise shuttle as early as possible. The taxi service is horrible from this hotel.
