We enjoyed our time there. It was about a 10 minute walk to the nearest subway station. The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable. The security was very good. You had to use your room key to enter the front door after 6PM and you always had to use the room key in the elevator to access your floor. We had our dog Daisy with us. Our only suggestion is that the breakfast selections could have been better compared to other hotels we have stayed in.

Staff is very friendly. The location is great. Easy to get downtown. An Uber to the downtown area is roughly $11.00. There is a huge mall in walking distance of the hotel including a Stop and Shop. A decent sized refrigerator, dish washer and dinnerware makes it easy to dine in.

Restaurants and shopping near by. The redline, which will take you right to Boston Commons, is a 10-15 minute walk. I reserved a 2 queen with queen sofa bed. We arrived before official check-in time and there was a room available so he let us go ahead and get room keys. This was so helpful as this allowed us to walk to the nearby grocery store and get what we needed and still had time to go to the Commons and start walking the Freedom Trail. All staff that we encountered was extremely nice and helpful. We did ask to switch out towels and the person from housekeeping kept insisting that we could only get 2 towels (we had 4 people in our room). We did get the correct number of towels after another worker came up to us.

Disgusting.
Hotel room had hair everywhere. Pull out couch had orange stains and lint balls all over. Loud ghetto neighbors. Overused washcloths and towels. Motel experience for hotel prices!! You are better off sleeping on a bench in Dudley square with cash in your hand then using this disaster of a hotel. Parking was amazing and so worth the $20 a night though. Always maintained to get a parking spot right near my room to keep and eye on the car and have a quick exit. I was charged a pet fee for my service animal even though the website said it’s free! During my week stay I only had room service ONCE even though signs posted everywhere say they clean daily and I had to pull teeth just to get them to come take the old linen and towels piled up in my room and replace them!

While there were things that we really liked about this stay (the large room, and the breakfast) there were two things that really made our stay less than desirable. First, I called on Sunday night to request that our room be cleaned Monday, Tuesday Thursday and Friday. When it was not cleaned on Tuesday, I called to state my dissatisfaction and was told they would clean it Wednesday (which did not work for us because we need the room all day to work) so they said they would clean it both Thursday and Friday. It was cleaned Thursday but not Friday.
Also, one of the main reasons that I stay at Hiltons (and I am a silver member) is that I enjoy the quality of the bedding. That was not the case here. There was a sheet and a bedspread and in-between there was a bedskirt where a duvet should be. It was obviously a bedskirt with flimsy drape sides and a solid, uncomfortably stiff portion that usually sits under the mattress. When I brought that to the attention of the front desk, I was told this was what they "called" a duvet while it clearly was not a duvet but a bedskirt. We ended up using the not-so-soft cotton waffle extra blanket to sleep under.

This home 2 suites was beautiful that we stayed at in January! We really enjoyed the spacious rooms and the full kitchen. The staff was warm and inviting! They were taking Covid very seriously and my room had a seal on the door and cleaned with Lysol products. The hotel was in a great location as well. We can’t wait to visit again when we’re in Boston!

The room is spacious and if you need stove and amenities, you can just drop by the lobby to get them. The breakfast had a decent selection and the omelette was not cold by the time I get mine. The staffs are also friendly and responsive. Location wise, there are several shops around and to get to downtown, you can either take the subway (which station is walkable to), the bus (the bus stop is much closer but you have to pay by cash as there isn't a place to buy the transportation card nearby) or just get a taxi (A ride of about 15-20 mins). Uber ride to the airport took me around 15 mins so you don't have to rush to get there.

Good room layout for a family of four with two older teens.

Two queen beds and a nice pull out sofa bed. Divider curtain can seal off the sofa bed.

Area is fine. There is a shopping area right next doors with fast food and local options to eat.

Bed sheets and blankets did have some kind of smell to them. I don’t think think they were unclean, but they did smell a little.

Breakfast leaves something to be desired. Typical bagel and muffin selection (omelettes gone quickly). One solitary waffle maker with a long line to use it.

Modern suites close to the city. They offer parking for a very reasonable price and the hotel and its parking lot is located in a good area South Boston.

The rooms are well equipped, the beds are very comfy.

I can recommend the Hilton Homes to all who don't need to stay right away in the city center.

I have to say I have extended my stay due to the fabulous staff there. Big shout out to Vandy,Jessica,Jeanaida and Caitlin. Vandy is a great Manger. Caitlin made me feel great showing me available room types and booking my reservations for extended period. Every one of the ladies always greet you with a big good morning,good evening, hello and smile. Always concerned if you have what you need. Cleaning staff are spot on keeping things clean and sanitized. Big thanks for making my displacement from home not bad. Looking forward to my extended stay. Thank you thank you Caitlin, Vandy, Jessica,Jeanaida. And Cheryl welcome to the staff and your smiling face. Thanks again everyone.

I'm sorry, I just signed in to TripAdvisor again today. I do not remember seeing a shuttle to the metro station. I don't know where the metro station is from this hotel. We stayed here and drove in to Boston, parking at the garage near the Aquarium.
