The completion of our new home fell very far behind schedule and we found ourselves without a place to live for an indefinite period of time. That is even more emotionally taxing during a global pandemic. Hoping that the inspections and occupancy permit were forthcoming, we booked a room at the AC Marriott in Cleveland Circle for a week. We have now been here for a month and it has been a great experience. The front desk staff is truly wonderful. I'd like to give a special shout out to Julia who was a primary contact but they are all fabulous. They are professional, friendly, positive, upbeat, helpful, and they focused on resolving the minor problems we had quickly and with a sincere concern for making sure we were having a great stay. I don't know what their management training program is like but whatever it is they did a great job with this team. We had a small refrigerator and microwave in the room but were dependent on take out as there is currently no room service. Fortunately there is a very good Japanese restaurant next door and several other options within walking distance. Housekeeping is on request after four days but we received contactless deliveries of towels, coffee and paper goods whenever we requested them. Because we had an extended stay, we had to do some laundry. There is a washer and dryer available to guests and free laundry soap at the front desk. Thank you to the AC Marriott team for making our bad situation into a great experience.…
This was one of my first Boston trips in a long time and I thought the location was perfect. Right across from the T and easy to walk around. Rooms were clean and hotel staff were friendly and helpful. I thought the price was very reasonable and my room was even ready way before I expected it to be. I would definitely stay here again.
I came for here because I was helping with a grandchild while his parents were at the hospital with a newborn. The staff, including housekeeping, went out of their way to make our stay perfect. With the coronavirus in full swing, I was worried. The entire staff was welcoming, cheerful and did all they could to make my stay here wonderful. If you have to travel to Boston, come here. They will make you glad you did!
I am a loyal Marriott memeber and spend 175+ nights a year. This property bothered me for a few reasons: 1. Valet parking only and $40.00. This hotel is not in the heart of the city. This is unnecessary and WAY too expensive. 2. Drinks were very small. 3. No room Service 4. Does not have the perks that a Elite member should have - breakfast was not included. No M club. 5. Waters were very tiny. Staff was nice Rooms were clean the best work out facility
This hotel is perfect location and every single staff member I encountered was kind, outgoing and helpful. My grandma and I stayed here this past weekend, after a day of packing up my apartment we checked in to the hotel around 9pm exhausted and starved. Had dinner at the bar restaurant where the bartender, pretty sure her name was Mercedes I could be wrong, was super sweet and friendly. Gave suggestions and checked on us multiple times. Get the profiteroles! The room was clean and perfect size. It’s not huge but I wasn’t planning on throwing a college rager I just wanted a comfortable bed. There is only valet parking, when I stayed I was quoted $40 a night. If you don’t mind a half black walk there is a small lot on the other side of the hotel that is metered but only from 8a-8p so really could park there free overnight if you wanted to save $40. I would definitely stay here again when I come up to visit Boston now that I have moved from there.…
