First, let's set the expectations correctly. This is a two star property. The carpets are worn, and the furniture is dated. The air conditioning is mediocre and the wifi is weak. Overall the decor is tired.
Customer service is hit and miss. Sunday morning -...More

We walked into our room and thought, Where are the beds? They were in the adjoining suite!!! Got a great deal PLUS a SUITE!! As a single dad with 3 girls, the room fit the bill. All, I think because of the young man ROY...More

Thank you so much for your review. We are glad that you enjoyed your stay. We hope that you will stay with us again if your travel plans bring you back to Boston.
This is a large hotel located in the old Navy yard, off the beaten path. It is convenient and affordable, especially for military, but it needs a good dose of updating. Beds were old and uncomfortable. Pull out sofa was akin to a Seinfeld episode...More

All my best,
The location was great for our needs and close enough to walk to many things. Our room was spacious enough, though awkwardly laid out. Elevator service ranged from OK to downright scary. One night I ended up walking up 7 flights (starting from sub-basement where...More

Thank you so much for your feedback, we appreciate it. I am so sorry that the elevator wasn't working when you checked in and that you had to use the stairs. We hope that you enjoyed your visit to Boston none the less.
Charlestown’s hilly roads, narrow streets and gaslight lamps, make it an enticing neighborhood to visit. Follow the Freedom Trail over the Washington St bridge from the North End or take the scenic water locks to Paul Revere Park. Walk through City Square and stroll down cute Main street, wandering up the windy residential streets to Monument Square, where you can learn about the city’s history along with a great view
of Boston at the Bunker Hill Monument. While it’s not a huge area, there are some excellent restaurants. Find your way to the Charlestown Navy Yard, which is a developing area with lots of condos and an additional site for Massachusetts General Hospital research centers. Here you will also find the USS Constitution Museum. After you’re done, hop on an MBTA ferry at the dock on Baxter street and zip on over to Long Wharf and the New England Aquarium.
