We stayed here for a night before our flight out the next morning. You can not beat the location. The hotel was great. The room was clean and I had no concerns related to COVID. Even though F&B was not at full service, they did great!
I had to to a One Night Trans Atlantic trip to Boston for a meeting.I was happy after a long pandemic flight time to be at the airport and not have to drive into the city for a hotel.Very close to the city center.Literally it is in the airport right down from Terminal E.The staff was very professional.Very cleana nd all Covid-19 cleaning marks/stickers on the doors.
Comfort, cleanliness, and customer service were without fault. Just be aware that though the hotel is located in the middle of the Logan Airport property, it's a very long walk from the terminals, especially if you're carrying a backpack and lugging a heavy suitcase and a carry-on. You can catch a hotel shuttle every half hour, but it is not clearly marked where outside the terminal to find it. Also, due to COVID restrictions, restaurant offerings are very limited and on a take-out only basis.
The Pros: Very clean, comfortable and spacious AND you don't even have to go outside to get to it from the airport. Room is affordable, with a very nice but unnecessarily expensive restaurant (Connoly's) downstairs. We got 2 salads and a drink, tipped $10 and the bill was $92. Just unnecessary. The Cons: There was a fire detector in the room with a white bright LED that flashed light a ************* airport beacon every 20 seconds. Are you kidding me??!! The reception desk texted us as we were nearing our arrival
Check in was prompt and efficient. We were helped to our room by Ken, who assisted us with directions for our rental car return and getting the shuttle back to the hotel. Voni, the shuttle driver, was also helpful and friendly taking us back to the hotel from the airport after we returned our car. The shuttle runs 24/7. Our room was the cleanest room I have seen since we started traveling again. Hilton has partnered with Lysol and the cleanliness is apparent. The room was quiet and comfortable. There was a coffee maker and apartment size fridge with two bottles of water. There were no plastic cups, only paper ones for the coffee. Downstairs, the restaurant and bar are open for takeout only. The restaurant opens from 11-11, the bar opens at 4:30. There is also a coffee shop but I didn’t get the hours on that but it was not open when we left the next morning at 4:30 AM. The male shuttle driver for the 4:30 AM shuttle offered no assistance or even a greeting to anyone in spite of two passengers who were clearly struggling with their heavy bags. My husband assisted one passenger while a young woman assisted another passenger. Aside from the unhelpful 4:30 AM shuttle driver, everyone was great!…
