We stayed at the Hotel Indigo Boston which is our #1 choice in Boston! My husband is a Bruins fan and I am a "Hanover Street" fan! The hotel is across the street from the TD Garden and only a few minutes walking distance to some of the best restaurants / bakeries in Boston! Very close proximity to Faneuil Hall, the Boston Public Market, etc. The employees were all so kind and helpful - the "speedy and efficient" valet team, Autumn at the front desk was most accommodating along with the GM and front desk manager. Our room was quiet, spotless and comfortable. A very clean, well maintained propery. "Thank you" to all for being a part of our beautiful anniversary / family trip to New England!

Our stay at the Hotel Indigo was great! it was our first time in Boston and we were greeted right away at valet and everyone was so welcoming. They accommodated us and check in was very quick. The location was a great distance from all the other neighborhoods (we enjoyed walking) and the room itself was so clean and peaceful since it was away from the main road. We also had a really nice and simple breakfast at the hotel restaurant Blake's. Would definitely come back and recommend to others :)

Positives are the staff were all lovely! The hotel is only 10 mins from the airport , however it is an area of Boston that we found to be run down and seedy. The hotel is next to a large cannabis shop which attracts a large number of undesirables, there were lots of homeless and drugged up men in the surrounding streets, I did not feel safe walking around the area after dark.
The suite itself was a reasonable size, it appeared to have had some refurbishment done recently , but the quality of the finish was not great. The shower room was particularly poor, water pressure was dismal , there is absolutely no storage for anything, not even room for the toilet paper holder to be fixed to a wall. Air con wasn’t great if you like it cool , the bedroom area doesn’t have separate air con so it relies on drifting through which was adequate. The worst thing was the lumpy pillows, after two nights of waking up with neck ache we went to Macy’s and purchased some! Housekeeping was hit and miss, At the start of our stay it was request only, even then the room hadn’t been done by 4pm, on the 1st June the website changed to say unless you had a do not disturb sign then housekeeping was back to daily . This was not the case and still needed to be requested every day or it did not get done.
The restaurant Blake’s was not open when we arrived , the menu was very limited and we only saw one person in there in over a week.
We are usually fans of IHG hotels, we should have researched the location more as this one was definitely not for us !

We stayed here after a concert and had a wonderful experience! Our room (411) was ready early and it was perfect. Clean, well appointed and quite with a view of the city. My car was conveniently valeted by a very kind staff member who also handled our bags. Check in was seamless. Finally, we had a lovely hearty breakfast with wonderful service from Patrick! He was very attentive and the food was excellent! Great choice and easily accessible to the highway as well.

Hotel Indigo Boston Garden is a quite a nice hotel to stay at. Very tasteful redevelopment of a older building which accentuates the charm of structure. I was immediately impressed with the professionalism of the front desk staff. On all occasions that I entered and left the hotel the Front Desk staff was immediately attentive and aware while at the same time multi-tasking at work that needed to be done. Such awareness makes a huge difference in the presentation and care of the property such as sweeping up the outside entrance, entering data on a computer adjacent to the front desk. Both examples speak to me of a very well-trained staff that understands the importance of the operations and success of the hotel and what it takes for success to take place. I will definitely stay at Hotel Indigo Boston Garden again.

This hotel is reminiscent of European hotels in the friendliness of staff, the perfect moderate sizing of the rooms snd the general sense of calm and ease. If it had a breakfast room it would be the sort of place that had quiet conversation among excited snd contented travelers of interesting and satisfying diversity, the clink of coffee cups and smell of cooking bread and murmured thanks to the staff. It has the whole ambience of such a place. No one called to hound me at five minutes after checkout time or to insist that meant I had to pay for an extra day, the staff were openly friendly without being intrusive and the front desk was immediately responsive to requests for towels. I had the combination one bedroom plus living room the space was ample clear and clean. Excellent find.

Really polite staff who went out of their way to make us happy, and our room was so comfortable. This hotel is in a FAB location, in a safe area, walking distance to the Italian restaurant street (Stillman?) and close to everything. Reasonably priced, too.
Parking nearby was $38 a day (most is $50 a day in the North End! That’s the kicker, but it’s not the hotel’s fault—just a Boston thing.)
Would stay here again.

I have been to this hotel a couple times before and my stays are always enjoyable. The staff is very friendly and warm. They are also very safe with COVID and do a great job at cleaning and making guests feel safe. All this, and I haven't mentioned the location...right in front of the TD Garden. I cant wait for Covid to end and see this area full of energy again!

I have been a guest at the hotel indigo for two months and will be here through June. The manager Brittany and her staff are by far the most attentive hotel staff I have ever come across throughout my travels for work. As a long term guest here, I am met with with the utmost respect and kindness. I’ve been completely blown away at the little things. Brittany is absolutely on it! No matter what it comes to making sure things are always taken care of, Not just for me but for all the guests I see her interact with. She instantly makes the guests, as well as myself, feel like their/we are home. Absolutely, have enjoyed this experience here.
