We have stayed in many Marriott Hotels, mostly Courtyards, one Fairfield Inn and Suites, and the Denver Airport Marriott in the last couple of years. Pillows and Bedding are the most comfortable I’ve had in hotels. Rooms are spacious and clean. Room and bath amenities are very nice. However, the Boston Copely Marriot was abyssmal for the 50,000 points we used. The Denver airport Marriott by comparison was like a palace for 25,000 points. In Boston there were 4 pillows on the king bed -all very large and firm. When we asked for a flatter pillow the service person said that’s all they have. The bathroom was so small you couldn’t sit on the toilet unless the door was closed. There were no creams or other lotions in the bathroom. The desk was tiny and ill-equipped compared to most Marriotts and the one oversized chair in the room really uncomfortable. Thank goodness we only stayed one night. Not worth the money or the points compared to other Marriotts. And it’s rated 4 stars!

I have been charged for a power adaptor which I returned at the check out! Poor customer service at the premises. No proper contact information and no email address to report billing issues. Make sure to review your bill properly at the check out !!!!

Great one night anniversary celebration stay at The Boston Marriott Copley. Bonvoy status was recognized and we were shown gratitude and also for our anniversary. All Staff was wonderful, especially Winnie and Kelly at the front desk and the ladies in M Club. We will be back soon.

Stayed at the Marriott for a work conference in Boston. Decent hotel, would definitely stay again if I go back to the city. Staff were friendly, hotel was clean and modern. Only a few negatives which include how long it takes for the elevator to arrive as it’s such a big hotel. Other than that it was good!

Our group recently stayed here as part of an international student conference. From booking, to check-in, it was an exceptionally seamless experience. As a teacher who organises multiple trips a year, this is the highest praise that I can give to the booking admin team. Upon arrival, staff were welcoming and helpful. The one hiccup was that we had booked (and paid for) a certain style of room but two of our room reservations had been changed/amended. As a group, we are nothing but resilient so we made the best of it but it was still a bit of a disappointment. One little thing that I need to mention...while the rooms were more than fit for purpose (coming from Europe we definitely appreciated the C plugs built in for charging!) we found that there was a sound emanating from the outlets. I can completely appreciate that this sounds silly but once the TV was off, there was a low frequency sound akin to a car alarm. This woke many of us, myself included, at hours before our alarms were meant to go off. Otherwise, should we attend this conference again next year, we will be more than happy to book with this hotel again.

I lost a belonging of mine in my one night stay. I was in a rush to leave and could not spend any more time searching for it. I informed the front desk. They said they would look into finding it. I had figured it was gone and didn’t expect them to find it. Within one day from my departure they retrieved the lost item and coordinated with me to ship it back to me.

We love staying at the Marriott Copley Place. First, the location is perfect for the Back Bay area. The hotel is in the middle of two top malls with a covered walk way connecting the two. The rooms are comfortable with great pillows. The elevators are real efficient. The Yard restaurant is upbeat with good food. The concierge lounge is nice and comfortable. The hors d'Oeuvres could be upgraded for the evening. The staff was very friendly and helpful with all our needs. The price is excellent for the location of the hotel. Overall, a great visit for us.

If you want to break up the monotony of winter, I recommend staying at the Boston Marriott Copley Place. Situated in the renowned Back Bay, you can easily walk to a variety of restaurants outside or inside the attached mall. The theater district and Public Garden are also within walking distance (approximately a half-mile away). You may want to consider upgrading to a river view so you can enjoy the beauty of the Boston and Cambridge skyline. The rooms are well-appointed with comfortable bedding, a refrigerator, a safe, Keurig coffee maker, and a half-couch. The bathroom offers the upgraded experience you expect from Marriott. And, the staff are professional and helpful. Bring along your workout gear to take advantage of the full gym: weights, elliptical machines, stationary bikes, and more. The pool is sizeable, allowing for lap swimming when it's not busy. Be aware that there's a "facility fee" that includes Wi-Fi, $25 per day toward a restaurant or bar, and entry to Rev'd Cycling classes in the mall. A cautionary note: the $25 bar/restaurant credit is per day and cannot be combined over other days of the stay. Parking is pricey. I recommend shopping around for rates using a parking app like SpotHero. As long as you factor in the add-on charges, you won't be disappointed with staying at the Boston Marriott Copley Place. The staff, location, and accommodations are excellent.

This place is amazing. We stayed with family of 4. Our two teenage boys had so much fun with this hotel mainly cause of location. Mom and Dad can go shopping while they can stay in M Club on the second floor. Well let me begin with check in. We arrived New Years eve and Lindsey the manager in Front Desk took care of us. She even emailed us days before check in. She went over and beyond making us feel special. It was a busy holiday weekend but she took time to show us the M Club floor and which we are sold. $50 for two people and $15 after per guest is so worth it. That club room give you access to breakfast daily and free beverages and snacks at 5:30pm. The people in hotel super nice most them worked there for over 2 decades. Patti, Laura, Robin and Allison at the lounge was so good to us. Even John the went down and heat up my coffee. The concierge Alma was also great. They got in door pool which my two swimmer boys enjoyed as well as their mini gym which we used daily. You cant beat the location. There is yardhouse downstairs too which is helpful for ever hungry boys. Love love this place. We will definitely come back here. Bridgeway connects to adjacent mall and down Newburry street and we even walked all way to China town from here. Uber or Lyft i only $30 to airport and anywhere you go is less than $15 lyft ride.

Great hotel close to shopping, (connecting via walking bridges) Harbor views, and restaurants. The M club was a big step ahead of normal Marriott’s breakfast. Since we are titanium level, we were updated to a suite. (Nice perk :-) The beds are comfortable and check in was a breeze. The only reason for a 4/5.. was the noise in the hallways and adjoining room. (But I guess it’s the luck of the draw) also a bit surprised about the lower quality of towels. Cleaning staff readily available and so nice. Beware it is a taxi ride to all the Boston sites.
