This hotel is wonderful. The bedding is so comfortable. Our room was so adorable. The rooms are on the smaller side but they have everything you would need and more. I loved all the small touches that this hotel offered. The staff goes above and beyond! It was our honeymoon and Yani called me and asked if we would like breakfast or bottle of wine in celebration. When we got back to our room there was a chilled bottle of wine set up so nice for us. Yani was so kind. I wish every hotel had staff as great as she is!! I saw her as we were checking out and she asked us how our stay was and offered so many kind words. I did not want to leave!! I will definitely stay here again.

My sister and I had a wonderful visit in StayPinapple in San Francisco. The staff were super helpful, kind, and informative. I loved the symbolism and tradition of the pineapple welcoming guests. They had bicycles available to tour the city. Overall I also felt safe and secure. Can’t wait to come back next year.

From the moment we entered the hotel we were charmed by the decor and friendliness of the staff. The room was small but quaint and just lovely. We arrived a couple hours before check in, however the staff let us leave our luggage on hold while we went out for a stroll and dinner. And on the last day we checked out left our luggage again and Arnold took great care of us… thank you

This hotel is so luxurious. Immediately as you walk in it smells so nice and soothing. They have a lovely cafe and seating area in the lobby. The bed came with two comforters and the softest pillows. On top of that, they have robes and a cute plush dog sitting on the bed to greet you. I will be staying here again and recommending this place to other family members and friends. Yesha. I really enjoyed myself with my girlfriend here. Yesha was the best worker I’ve ever met. She helped me with everything. Also, you can rent free bicycles which is amazing if you guys visit SF, please stay here.

This was our first time staying at a staypineapple property. I was skeptical because the price was so great and the pictures were so nice, but upon my arrival I was amazed. The lobby was just as pictured, and the woman at the front desk was extremely kind a patient even though I had trouble with my reservation (my own fault). She got us checked in quickly and offered us drinks and cookies. The hotel is key entry only after 7pm which made me feel much more secure in the city. The front desk staff was available all night and always ready to help even when we returned late. The room was clean and comfortable and the bed with two European style duvet covers was perfect for a married couple who’s usually tugging on the covers. I’m a stickler for cleanliness so I went though the room throughly before putting down my bags, everything was gleaming. Although this was a short overnight stay for my husband and I, we will definitely be coming back the next time we have a late night in the city. …

This was a fabulous experience from the moment I requested early checkin to my early morning departure. The people were wonderful. The amenities are outstanding and the accommodations superb.I loved the luxurious feel. I would highly recommend StayPineapple to anyone requiring accommodations in San Francisco.
