Everyone at the hotel was so kind and helpful if we needed anything or had a question they were always ready to help. I would recommend this hotel because the staff is very helpful and it is close to many stores and to the airport as well.
A lovely boutique hotel with overall clean bedroom and bathroom. Sparkling clean and refreshing pool with tons of outdoor seating to take in the Kahului Bay view or just sit and converse with friends. The hotel property was nicely manicured and well kept—you can tell they took everything into consideration when renovating the property. Only thing we wished we had was a microwave in room and a slightly softer bed. Otherwise, a great Maui hotel for those on a budget, especially if you've rented a car.
The sea breeze hit me upon entering. Walkable to shops and restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was great. Easy access to beach. Attached restaurant is convenient and good (the coffee was great!) Rooms are a little tired but overall an excellent experience. I’ll be back.
Great Staff from check in to check out, enjoyed every minute there. Place was clean through out and the the beach access was feet away. Located in a central area close to shopping centers and places to dine out. The staff gives you the true meaning of ALOHA .
Overpriced for what you get. Should be called a motel actually. Very sparse small basic rooms. Very poor internet kept popping off and nothing would stream. However it was just an overnight stopover from the airport and if you’re not expecting much, I guess it’ll do.
We stayed at the Maui Seaside Hotel for our first trip to Hawaii, and it did not disappoint. We were exhausted from the flight, and the friendly staff, comfortable lanai, cozy looking courtyard with pool and beautiful ocean view energized us for the rest of our trip! Our room was basic, but it also had all the amenities that we needed. And it was very comfortable. This was the perfect setting for our adventures around the rest of the island. The hotel is right off a main road, but it felt very secluded once you park the car. We also liked that it was off the beaten path of the major resorts in other parts of the island.
Hotel was really great. Staff was excellent polite smiling rooms were nice and clean. Great view of the ocean. I can’t really wait this hotel because you had to pay for your parking even though you stayed at the hotel because they’re doing construction on other parts of the hotel.
The place was clean and had good upkeep. Rooms were quiet even on weekends. Especially compared to another resort I stayed at in September with much higher rates. Beds were comfortable. Really a great family experience.
Kahului is centrally located for exploring Maui, which was our goal, but this is not a beachfront area if that is important to you. Facility is old but maintained. Room was spacious. Friendly staff. We liked the on-site restaurant. Like everything in Hawaii, this hotel is expensive compared to the mainland.
Great little find! The hotel has a fun mid-century feel, the service is excellent, and little touches that made the stay more enjoyable. Wish we had more time to enjoy the pool area and the view. Great little cozy gathering places throughout the lobby and pool areas.
