This was one of the worst motels I have ever stayed in. Rooms were not well kept at all. Appeared to have very “sketchy” people in and around the motel. ? Drug users. Was very Leary of leaving my room by myself.

We are not fancy folks and don't need all the bells and whistles you find in chain hotels, but the fact that I refused to walk barefooted once out of the shower has to give you an idea of how disgusting this hotel is. The hallways and lobby reeked of weed, our room was never cleaned over a 2 night stay, no fresh towels, garbage never picked up (because room was not cleaned) so bags and dirty towels piled up in the hallway room after room. I can deal with this type of disgust, but it made me sick to know my 16 month old granddaughter was toddling around the room. We never let her take her shoes off as we didn't want her bare feet touching the sticky, stained carpet. I will gladly pay more for an Airbnb next Oktoberfest and Uber around as this place is vile. Kind of glad there was no continental breakfast (even though advertised) because the thought of food being prepared there, completely repulses me. Nice touch that there were 2 LaCrosse police squads constantly parked in the lot. Website is completely deceiving. When a customer is happy, they'll tell 5 people about their good experience, but when a customer is unhappy, 5 times as many people will hear about it. But hey, if you enjoy the musty stink of weed and a dump for a hotel stay, this is your place. For us...NEVER AGAIN. Too bad there isn't a quarter of a circle to rate this hotel.

I have stayed once before, so I went because it was a little familiar. Of course in the dark it always looks confusing. The staff is helpful and breakfast is ok. If you stay here get them to explain the parking clearly and which door to come in. I felt lost.

Absolutely disgusting! We stayed there for State Track weekend and expected the higher prices for all hotels due to the lack of availability in town. Next time we will drive 45 minutes out of LaCrosse to stay in a clean, average hotel. My teenage son was afraid to touch the bed with his hands and refused the blankets. The room stunk like musty cigarettes and we had to keep the door open to air it out. Brown stains on the box springs (poop or chocolate?), smears on the walls, filthy carpet, hack job for the room door. We tried to avoid the room until last minute and left as early as possible. Our group had the room next door too and the same disgust was in there. We were put on the old side, that shouldn't have even been rented out. My mom got put on the new side of the hotel which meant clean carpet and a new bed, but the chair was so gross, they had a dog chair cover over it to hide it. I don't remember the "continental breakfast" as we didn't trust the food there and went out for breakfast. I have pictures! We complained, but the front desk guy new the town was full and made no offer to refund anything. We were charged $264.06 because of it being State Track weekend too! Never again!!!

For the price paid, I was very surprised. The rooms were very nice, clean and big. The beds were comfortable as well. The Inn is very pet-friendly. There was also free breakfast in the lobby, in the AM.
