I have stayed once before, so I went because it was a little familiar. Of course in the dark it always looks confusing. The staff is helpful and breakfast is ok. If you stay here get them to explain the parking clearly and which door to come in. I felt lost.

Absolutely disgusting! We stayed there for State Track weekend and expected the higher prices for all hotels due to the lack of availability in town. Next time we will drive 45 minutes out of LaCrosse to stay in a clean, average hotel. My teenage son was afraid to touch the bed with his hands and refused the blankets. The room stunk like musty cigarettes and we had to keep the door open to air it out. Brown stains on the box springs (poop or chocolate?), smears on the walls, filthy carpet, hack job for the room door. We tried to avoid the room until last minute and left as early as possible. Our group had the room next door too and the same disgust was in there. We were put on the old side, that shouldn't have even been rented out. My mom got put on the new side of the hotel which meant clean carpet and a new bed, but the chair was so gross, they had a dog chair cover over it to hide it. I don't remember the "continental breakfast" as we didn't trust the food there and went out for breakfast. I have pictures! We complained, but the front desk guy new the town was full and made no offer to refund anything. We were charged $264.06 because of it being State Track weekend too! Never again!!!

For the price paid, I was very surprised. The rooms were very nice, clean and big. The beds were comfortable as well. The Inn is very pet-friendly. There was also free breakfast in the lobby, in the AM.

I have never seen a motel room that was so dirty. Thin walls so you can hear everyone around you. We paid for two nights, and when our key cards wouldn't work the second day, we found out we had been checked in for one night. All in all not a bad experience.

The reviewer from May 2019 is right on. From my personal observations If you're non-white you are given rooms 100-200. These rooms are amongst the long term transients. There is people constantly in and out the motel conducting drug deals. I observed the LPD at location twice quelling disturbances between the transients. The carpet in the room was soiled and stained. The corridor smelled musty, and was dim lit with the transients milling around the hall. I returned to my room one evening and the beds were not made up. When I complained to management I was told I could leave without getting a refund. Saturday night at 3AM there was someone screaming and shouting outside my room door. I wondered if bullets would start coming through the walls. The rooms that are shown in the ads are deceiving, those picture are from rooms 300-400 corridors. The continental breakfast is awful, a better choice would be the Kwik Trip next door. Folks I cant make this stuff up, find somewhere else to stay!
