First motel 6 stay ever and wow. For the price it’s incredible what you get. It’s not a Hampton but the room was fully renovated, you could tell everything was brand new. Lobby had some construction going on, I think they’re renovating. Unbelievable value, I’ll be back.
Great value for the price point. This is a newly renovated Motel 6 it seems. For $50, you can't beat it, especially in this town. Located right across the street from the mississippi river. Staff could be a little friendlier.
I spent one night at this motel and would not stay here again. The gentleman at checkin was pleasant. The room looked clean until I wiped up some water on the floor and the towel turned brown because the floor was so dirty. There were men loitering around the entrance and loud noise in a room near me that appeared as if the men lived there. There was a loud man outside my room at 2am and 4am. The deadbolt on my door did not work. I was glad I was traveling with a large dog as she help me feel a little safer but at 5:30am I decided I had had enough and left. The cost was way too much for what the hotel provided. I would not recommend a single female traveler stay here.
I had the weekend all planned out and everything except my hotel stay was delightful, the language that came from an elderly woman working there around 9:30 am on Saturday was just awful like listening to a teenage girl complaining about working. The pounding on doors and slamming of doors is ridiculous. The staff smoking right outside the building doors it just blows inside when someone opens the doors, and that's just the staff during the day at night the "residents" that "live" at the hotel pretty much do whatever they want walking around drunk and smoking outside all the doors I didnt feel safe at all . I asked for a quiet room and the girl at the front desk didnt seem like she was doing her job and it was like she didnt want to do anything about it and had to pound on the general managers door since she seems to live there too. The housekeeping was mediocre for the price I paid over $100 I didn't realize I was staying in an apartment building. Next time I'm going to have to pay a little more for better service and quality of staff.…
No frills. Pet friendly with no charge but can't leave pet in room unless you are with them. Two beds, small bath. TV and microwave and that's all. All adults need to show their id to enter. Super noisy during the night making it difficult to sleep while people come in and out but it was a clean and safe experience. Parts of the shower were nasty with mold, but not on the floor and beds were clean. Hopefully I can attach pics for clarification. Oh, this was not much more affordable than other locations in the area but it was the only one we could find that was pet friendly with vacancies on our weekend.
