Had a lovely night's stay, the staff were really friendly and helpful and the room was clean, warm and peaceful. Would definately stay here again and recommend to other people. This was one of the best Premier Inn's we have stayed at.
As constant users of premier inns in England and Wales we being a disabled couple find this one at Norwich excellent. Room superb with brand new bed second to none.To top it all staff who are willing to go the extra mile to make your stay the best. Thanks to Sherrie, Nicky and all those unseen staff who make this hotel the best. A flag ship for Whitbread.
We stayed for three days just for a little break as always spotless clean and welcoming, the reception maned by sherry made sure we had everything we needed and said if anything Belsen we needed be sure to let her one of the othe staff know,we did need more decade tea and Nicola was on in the evening and she was just as nice and helpful (so nice when you are not made to feel like you’re a bother like other places),the staff at this little budget hotel are a asset to this place they truly are and no I am not related to any of them, talking from true experience
Stayed at Premier Inn Norwich East. Hotel in quiet location spotlessly clean and staff in hotel and restaurant excellent. We decided to stay an extra 2 nights and they ensured we remained in the same room. Definitely 5 star treatment
it would be unfair to be critical of anything about this stay as it was just a quick and simple place to sleep. no facilities used. no breakfast at the hotel. although we did use the nearby mcdonalds for a breakfast which was sadly cold. the hotel was easy to find, parking was simple, check in was simple, made a coffee and went to sleep and left. simplicity. no problems here. all good.
Lady called Sherrie was really amazing as I had a bad night last ligh as I only had a hour sleep and got me to my room early . The bed was really nice and comfortable I was out like a light woke u feeling fresh
Been to a lot of premier Inns. This I can safely say is one of the best. Clean as are all premier Inns, as much coffee and tea as you like. The staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. The restaurant next door Brewers fayre, was very good, had 5 meals and enjoyed every one of them. Staff again were brilliant even when we made a mistake with our order on one occasion. Super friendly and helpful. Both places highly recommended.
Had a 2 night stay in the premier inn over the weekend which was great! Nice big room to fit a cot in and lovely staff who had a chat with us and my 2yr old whenever we walked through. Catered to our requests straight away too. We will definitely be staying here again! Breakfast was good but busy which isn’t their fault, they managed it well. We all enjoyed dinner too which we were told we had a wait for food but it was not long at all!
I stayed with my teenage daughter for a few nights on our trip to visit family and friends in the UK. Plenty of free parking for our hire car. Friendly receptionists. Room with easy to access. Comfortable. Clean and fresh smelling. Warm. Soft towels, shampoo, shower gel, soap and hair dryer makes it all so easy. Excellent free wifi connection (necessary for teenagers in particular!) The food and drink offered at breakfast and dinner was excellent too! Friendly staff and perfect restaurant lay-out. I would highly recommend this hotel and we'll definitely be staying again.
I had 4 difficult days in Norwich sorting a family emergency, just returning to sleep here but despite not usually having any issues sleeping, I could not sleep for 3 nights. Every person walking past my room sounded like they were inside my room; there was no seal on the door at all. I had to sleep facing the other way and with my hand over my ear. I could hear what sounded like every single door bang in the hotel. It was awful. On the 3rd night, around 12.30am I realised that my room is directly above Reception. Every single person leaving or entering the hotel banged the door below my bed. This room needs to have special sound proofing, or not used as a bedroom. Or they could have asked me/warned me. If I was rolling in drunk for a single night it might have been okay, but 4 days when I needed peace and sleep, it really made things hard for me. The 3rd night was very windy, and repeatedly I could hear what sounded like a roller-case being rolled across the ceiling and crashing into skirting. This turned out to be some cladding on the front of the hotel which was scraping and flapping in the wind. I tried the restaurant on the 1st night, really encouraged by the great plant based menu. My burger arrived without coleslaw or no-meat bacon, but nobody mentioned it or apologised. It was just young kids serving, who were really nice, but they should have been told to let me know about missing items when ordering, and a managed should have come and spoken to me as the boy suggested. I ended up eating what was there, leaving my drink on the side and giving up, going back to my noisy room. I paid full price and didn't get what I ordered or an explanation/apology. The final morning I arrived for breakfast with 30 mins to spare, and as they were quiet they said whatever is out is what is available. They wouldn't cook anything plant based as it was just the meat, eggs and hash browns already out. The girl was eager to pack up. I had been saving breakfast for the final day, and this was disappointing. I checked out and went to Starbucks instead. Usually breakfast is one of my favourite elements of a Premier Inn stay. I had to stay on in Norwich for another evening, but ended up moving over to a local manor hotel for the same price and better facilities.…
