My wife and I recently stayed at the Fuentepark Apartments for 8 nights in early Nov 2020 just prior to Lockdown 2.0

The Apartments are perfectly located in a really good location only a 2 minute walk (250m) away from beach / Ocean, and only 1 minute to the main road running through Corralejo which provides easy access to a plethora of restaurants, bars, cafe’s, shops and a good sized supermarket.

Transfer time from Furteventura airport is approx 40 mins by either bus (if on a package tour), hire car or taxi.

Check in was quick even with CV-19 protocols to comply with and we were soon directed to our extremely roomy ground floor Apartment with terrace facing the pool.

Our bed was very comfortable and the water in the bathroom / shower was hot, powerful and plentiful for the duration of our stay. Our room was cleaned and the towels were changed 6 out of the 8 days (2 planned days of none cleaning) during our stay.

There is a decent separate kitchen with all the cutlery, cups plates, pots and pans including a microwave, toaster, kettle and a good quality 4 ring electric hob with ample ample food prep area.

We also had a good sized lounge area, with a TV (multi lingual channels) and a good sized sofa.

The pool and pool bar area were super clean and the freely available sun beds are all of good quality.

Overall this is a very central, clean, safe and affordable place to stay in Corralejo and I would have no issue with recommending it to others & will certainly use it again when, not if I come back to Fuerteventura.

Fuentepark complex is such a good place to stay. Firstly, the complex in general is really nice. It is located on a side street just off the main strip, so you can walk to where it's all happening in about 1 minute. I would say it suits people who prefer a quiet place to stay. The rooms have TV(although limited English speaking channels), microwave, oven, nice shower, spacious bedroom with plenty of room for clothes, comfortable lounge, nice patio. Rooms are cleaned 5 times a week if you wish, but not on Fridays or Sundays. The guests here were exceptionally friendly and covered a wide range of nationalities. There is a nice big pool but be warned, you have to be brave to take a dip as the water is absolutely freezing. The pool bar is a nice place to have a drink and has a happy hour daily. Not too expensive either. Plenty of sunloungers available around the pool if you just want to sunbathe. The staff here are so helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them and if there is a problem it will be sorted in the shortest possible time. There is a safe in the room(daily charge)and ironing boards can be hired. Certain rooms seem to get the sun more than others - these are on the reception side of the complex. Reception also has a book cabinet if you are a reader. Booked for same period for next year as we had such a nice stay. Can't wait to go back.

Fantastic stay with really amazing reception staff.
We are a couple with grown up boys having a cheeky week in the sun and we are really happy with our stay. The location is perfect and having 2 apartments next door to each other is a major bonus. The staff are exceptionally good and bend over backwards to help if they possibly can. The apartments are basic but perfect for what we want with a nice balcony and a cold fridge freezer and a well equipped kitchen with a filter coffee machine but we are eating out every meal as the options are endless. We can't recommend the apartments any more but we do holiday very often and on balance the whole area and location is ideal. Please be aware that maid service is limited to a couple of times a week but I am happy having limited access to my room and for me personally the weather has been so perfect that it's not a hardship to leave the towel on the balcony to dry after use.

Stayed here for 10 nights on a Jet2 package. The 2 storey apartments are in 2 blocks each surrounding a spacious pool area with a central reception area with very friendly and helpful staff.
The ground floor apartment was in need of an update but very clean and everything worked. Bedroom had large comfy but firm bed and plenty of storage, lounge had table, chairs, unit with TV and sofa. Kitchen was small but adequate with cooker, microwave, large fridge, kettle, toaster and basic utensils. Bathroom was fine with good shower but toiletries not replenished. Large terrace with table, chairs, longer and clothes rack. Our apartment must have had previous clients who smoked because there was a smell of cigarettes which we mentioned, this was quickly rectified with air freshener and renewal of sofa covers but could still smell it occasionally. Maybe there should be non smoking apartments?
Location was brilliant just down a street off the main strip with lots of shops, supermarkets and restaurants and around 10 minutes walk to old town and Music Square with many more restaurants and bars.Would recommend Corralejo it is brilliant for live music with many venues offering acoustic and rock music (no fake backing tracks!)

Dear guest, Thank you for sharing your opinion on this traveler’s site. As you say, we are a very quiet complex in the center of Corralejo with the apartments equipped with the necessary equipment for a self catering stay. According to Spanish law it is only permitted to smoke on outside areas. We are sorry to hear that the previous guest didn´t comply with. Nevertheless, if you could still notice the smell, we would have liked to know while you were here as we could have acted accordingly. As you could experience yourself, our staff is always happy to assist our guests. We are glad to know that you enjoyed the town and the different entertainment around it. We would be grateful to welcome you back for another holiday. Kind regards, Margarita Roca Resident Manager

Fuentepark is in a great location for your stay in Fuerteventura; it is on a quite street really close to the main street: all the stores and a super market for buying breakfast, water etc. are really close. It’s also within short walking distance of the beach, harbour, old town and bus stop. The staff were really friendly, especially the german (?) woman at reception was extremely helpful and nice and helped was plan trips and gave us recommendations. Big thanks to her.

The pool area was pleasant, sun shone on it all day and there was a pool table and and a pool bar etc.
I got the feeling most of the residents were older people staying for a longer time (weeks, months) and therefore it was a quite and calm place to relax. Would definitely recommend!

If you have already read reviews on here then you will not be disappointed by the slightly run down aspects of some of the fittings in the rooms. But yes it is very clean. We started in the block constantly in the shade but they were able to move us the next day to the sunny side and they were really nice and helpful about it.
Because we moved we have an idea of two apartments, the first had bright green painted woodchip and a sprung mattress but the second was plain white walls without woodchip which made it look cleaner and bigger – it also had a memory foam mattress it’s like some rooms have had a little reverb.
We did not want to be disturbed so missed the cleaning which is Thurs and Monday and ran out of loo rolls so we asked at reception and within 10 mins some turned up – along with clean towels that would have been replaced on cleaning day, --- thoughtful.
Position is 5 mins stroll to a very nice beach and 2 mins to the “strip” which there is no noise from.
Noise wise the block in the shade backs onto a road that has a barcello hotel on it and just the one night we were in there it was noisy at times with lorries, the block on the reception side also backs onto a road but it is not as noisy as the other.
Shame the pool bar was not open for longer hours or we may of spent more time there, it opened at 11am and closed at 5pm (February ) The pool loungers are old and not very comfy.
There was a proper full cooker with 4 rings and a grill but now wire shelves – only 1 oven tray which was a shelf , there was an extractor fan to outside. Very little worktop space for doing any prep, there were two saucepans that were massive – a bit impractical, also I recommend you take or buy there your own cups/ mugs as the ones there are like a child’s tea set. The only supplied basics for the kitchen were washing up liquid and a new scrubbing sponge
The shower in both apartments was nice and hot and was a big walk in with a low tray. With supplied shower gel and soap.
I do feel a little mean in only giving it an average and not a very good but with a little money spent it could be so much more – but then again it was not an expensive holiday. The room below was being painted so maybe they are getting around to it. It had a feel of a community as everyone seemed to know each other and were of an older age group – maybe time of year.
A note on the Jet 2 drop off and pick up, for us we were dropped off on the strip – not outside the hotel and the driver just pointed up the road but I had already checked out the surrounding streets with google street view so I knew where I was going but otherwise you may be a bit lost, same coming home we were told to wait at the hotel for pick up but a driver appeared and escorted us around the corner at the back where he had parked. There is a big bus parking spot outside the hotel but I think it just depends on the bus route and the one way streets, we were one of the last to be dropped off on arrival but were the last to be picked up going home.

We have just returned from our firsat ever visit to Fuerteventura, and we stayed at Fuentepark Apartments. We booked this because of its excellent location, with only a 3 or 4 minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk to the Old Town of Corralejo.
We arrived around 10.20 pm, and checked in swifly, we were provided with a large bottle of water and advised where the supermarkets were, it was most welcoming.
We had room 61 on the ground floor, to the front of the property with a wonderful terrace overlooking a great pool.
the room was excellent, no complaints at all, everything we needed, we made full use of the terrace which became a sun trap at times. it was fantastic.
Overall a fabulous stay in a great resort - so much to see and do, some great restaurants close by and also in the old town near the harbour. We would without a doubt re-book to this hotel, it was fabulous for our needs (2 adults and a 14yr old)
Thanks Fuentepark :-)

Stayed late June/early July ‘22. The apartments themselves are fine, with a few more extras than I have had in other basic self catering apartments - a hairdryer, toiletries and free air conditioning and WiFi for example. Also nice that they put us (two families travelling together) in adjacent apartments, which has not always been the case in my experience.A waterfall shower in the bathroom was nice. Plenty storage room in the bedroom and a cabinet in the living room available if anyone using the sofa bed in the living room - managed to keep the small apartment tidy despite best efforts of two teens! OnThere are some chips and scuffs sure, but apartments were spotless, as was the central pool area and bar. Grounds were nicely laid out and staff were very friendly and helpful, teens enjoyed the shaded pool table for something to do out of the sun. Good location on a quiet street but only a very short walk from shops, restaurants and beach, Corralejo itself was a nice place for a family holiday. Would recommend.

Just returned from a 3 week stay over Xmas and New Year booked via Jet2. Apartments are centrally located just off the main strip and are surprisingly quiet.
Easy to self cater if you wish at this complex as the apartments have a full kitchen complete with oven and good sized fridge freezer and there is a good choice of supermarkets throughout the resort.
After the first week we contacted reception to enquire if we could change rooms as our balcony did not get any sun until after 4pm and was quite chilly overnight, reception very kindly moved us into a lovely sunny apartment no. 64.
The reception staff at this complex are so polite and really helpful and if they can help solve an issue they will do their best.
We had a problem with the bathroom in the apartment, reported it and maintenance arrived within 10 minutes and carried out the work. Excellent service.
Have read reviews regarding beds but ours was a super king size and was very comfortable.
Pool bar serving very good coffee and snacks.
Garden and grounds well maintained and a very good sized pool, plenty of sunbeds available.
We arrived back from a walk on Xmas day to find a small bottle of Cava and a box of chocolates from the team at Fuentepark which was a nice touch.
Short walk to the beach and if you head towards the dunes past the large beachfront hotels the views are lovely.
Enjoyed the walks down to the port and exploring the back streets in the old town, lots of lovely bars and cafes off the beaten track.
Headed over to the Campanario centre frequently and really liked that side of the resort.
All in all a friendly complex with many guests returning time after time.
Enjoyable holiday with the bonus of lovely weather.
