We stayed with 4 people at Katis Villas and had a great time. The area is quiet but with a car or taxi ( about 4-5€) you can easily get to Corralejo centre. Close tot the villa is a big supermarket and some restaurants. The villa has a pool, heated if you want that( get it heated in winter), and a jacuzzi. On the big terrace on the roof is also a washingmachine and clothesrack. There are 3 bedrooms but the third bedroom is not suitable for a couple. It has 2 single beds. We used that to store our suitcases. Also when visiting with 6 not enough room to sit on the couches inside and evenings in january get a bit chilly.
The villa looks quite nice and clean but somethings could use a bit of attention or a touch-up, like the curtains and showerheads in de smaller bedrooms or some more cutlery in the kitchen. Also the table on rooftop was too high or the chairs to low to sit and eat comfortable. Also pay attention when getting around the pool and stairs to terrace because the floor gets slippery when wet, always wear shoes. All no reasons not to go but to take in consideration.

We stayed here in one of the Greek villas for a week and didn't want to come home! The Katis site is easy to find and is in a quiet area outside Corralejo, very important to us, We hate loud noise on holiday! It's near a big Mercadona that's close enough to walk to if you don't want to hire a car. The garden of the villa was spectacular and we loved sitting out in the sun. The villa is beautifully furnished and very spacious, and the staff are so helpful. We would really recommend this place and we'll definitely be back!

This was our 3rd trip to Corralejo and the 2nd with Katis. The villas are spotlessly clean and the service and support from Monica, Ursula and Renato is excellent.
We had a small issue with hot water going off but it was sorted and fixed immediately. The villas are on the Bahiazul complex and are no different from the Bahiazul villas, other than that you don't get breakfast/dinner at the restaurant. We prefer to eat out any make our own dinners so it's perfect for us.
Town is a 4 euro taxi ride away, and there is a supermarket about 2 minutes drive around the corner to stock up on essentials.
A great holiday, thank you Katis, we'll probably be back!

The villa was exceptional, highly appointed and very comfortable, quiet, private, and exclusive, with its own swimming pool, jacuzzi tub, poolside and rooftop loungers, sun beds and dining tables, with barbecue grill and washing machine on the terrace. The villa is a gentle 2-mile walk into town and conveniently located in Bahiazul, a large resort well-known to taxi drivers and tour operators, close by but out of earshot of the motorway, and just across the street from major supermarkets, which made it easy to stock up on fresh bread, jamon, cheese and local wines for the week. Our booking experience and in person with Renato was nothing short of fantastic. So warm and helpful with recommendations for local restaurants and prompt and responsive to our requests for heating the swimming pool and arranging in-room massages. We noted that out a bulb that was out in the bathroom, and within minutes Renato had a technician to the villa to replace the bulb. Even when the weather dipped and we got a bit of rain, being in the villa and enjoying the pool and jacuzzi made for a great day. Really luxe all around and highly recommended!

First time staying at Katis Villas and it won’t be the last. Front the time that we booked until the time we got home the service that we received from Renato was second to none. From arranging transfers to and from the airport including changing our return transfer at the last minute. The unexpected bottle of Prosecco was also much appreciated. The villa was absolutely fantastic and had everything that you could need. Really close to 2 supermarkets meant we had everything we needed. The centre of Corralejo was only a 30 minute walk so it meant we worked up an appetite for dinner. Also taxi’s were only €5 each way and only took 5 minutes. The weather was perfect the whole week and the gentle breeze was also very much appreciated. We will definitely recommend to our friends to stay here.

had the best time with my friends the villas are honestly amazing the decor is 10/10 and they have everything you need. villa is only 5 minute cab ride to town and cost only 5 euro, renato was so helpful from start to finish they even arranged private transfers for us which was great. pool was the perfect temperature even in september. i would give the villa 10/10, book with confidence you won’t be disappointed.

The villa has everything you need for a great holiday - very clean, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen and good TV. Pool was nice but a bit cold despite paying for heating. Lovely roof terrace with jacuzzi. Bahiazul restaurant on site served a good variety of food and was handy to walk to - also nearby Mercadona & Lidl was perfect. We hired a car to get around and see the local sights - loved the Corralejo dunes / beach & also sunset at El Cotillo. Renato was a first class host and helped us before & during the holiday in terms of local information / best restaurants etc

This is now the 2nd time that we stay in a Katis Villa in Bahiazul. And as we entered the villa, it quite felt like coming home. The villa itself is very clean, well-equipped and really spacious. The interior design is very tasteful and of high quality. The outdoor area is heavenly, very stylish and pure luxury. You can either have fun in the pool or take a sunbath on one of the daybeds on the upper terrace. At night you can take a bath under the starlit sky in the heated whirlpool - simply fantastic!!! The care of housemanager Renato is one of a kind: Really great guy and very supportive,and he gladly helps you with lots of useful informations. This is A+++++!!! We cannot wait to return!!!

This was our second visit to the Bahiazul Complex, our first visit with Katis and we cannot wait to return.
The villa suited our family perfectly, our youngest son has autism and loves the water so having our own pool that can be accessed anytime of day (or night) was just fabulous. The villa was modern, spacious and spotless and cleaned every 4 days.
We must send a special thank you to Renato who went above and beyond to make our holiday so special, always at the end of the phone and helped us out when we had some issues with our hire car. As we had a late flight home Renato kindly arranged for us to use the facilities at the Katis Hotel (Avanti), where we met Natalie who was equally as accommodating, thank you both :)
We hired a car for half of our holiday, it was great to see other parts of the island, would recommend. Taxis's into Corralejo are only about 5 Euro and there are plenty of them.
I would highly recommend Katis and look forward to return.
