The service, hotel facilities, food and location were first rate. The grounds, pools and gardens were immaculate. The room was spacious and cleaned beautifully each day. There was someone who could answer queries at the reception area throughout our stay and they could not have been more hepful.
The low-level layout of rooms meant there was little noise at night time and the three of us in the room slept very well in the comfortable beds. It was nice to have BBC 1, BBC2 and ITV on the television, as we were able to keep in touch with what was going on back at home.
The selection of food in the dining room would suit all tastes and the 'theme' evenings, Mexican, Spanish, Canaries, Asian nights brought new selections throughout the week.
The location of the Hotel, being just 5-10 minutes walk to the nearest beach, 5 minutes to the main street of shops meant we had plenty to do if we wanted a break from the swimming pools at the hotel. There were plenty of beds for everyone and we did not need to get up at 6am and 'bag' a space that we so often have had to do at other hotels.
Altogether a wonderful holiday.

We have just spent 2 weeks at this resort; 4 rooms (709, 710, 711, 712) comprising off my husband and I and our 8-year-old son in one room, two teenage daughters in another (15 & 16), in laws (in their 70s) in another and my mother (in her 60s).
The hotel put all our rooms together (without asking), which I thought was a nice touch, we arrived around 10pm, but was advised by the receptionist that there was some food available in the restaurant. The rooms on the whole were spotless, credit to the maids, towels cleaned daily if left on the floor and there was a card to pop on the beds if you required linen to be changed.
We flew with Jet2 so it would appear that Jet2 customers do have access to the ground floor rooms. All rooms had easy access to the pools. The pool area was very clean; and the pool bar served the usual chips and hot dogs at 3pm. I saw a review complaining about inflatables; if I’m honest it was enjoyable to have no inflatable beds banging into us every 5 minutes; they do allow small children with rubber ring etc. and on Saturdays they host a pool party, with a foam party in the kiddie’s pool and a big inflatable slide which I thought was a nice touch and we were able to enjoy this twice.
We arrived 17th July so it was still a bit quiet and there was no ‘live’ entertainment shows until the latter part of the second week, however the entertainment team were fantastic and made everyone welcome. There is a children’s disco at 9pm every night and there were quizzes and bingo.
My son joined in the children’s club and Francesca made him very welcome. The entertainment team put on an array of activities during the day but didn’t pester you if you did not want to partake.
If I’m honest I didn’t go down to breakfast that often, but there was a wide selection of pastries, hot food. At lunch and dinner there was a variety of food; grilled meat and fish and pizza and pasta cooked fresh, only let down was the wait sometimes for the pizza especially when people didn’t seem to care about the queue (but this is a reflection of the people and not the hotel).
The staff were absolutely amazing and a credit to the hotel. In particular, we would like to thank all of the bar staff!! My father in law has dementia and therefore shouldn’t be drinking lots; we advised a couple of the bar staff and they were more than happy to give us a ‘small’ gin for him, and if he approached the bar they ensured he was only given a small amount. Thank you so much!
The spa was also amazing; I had a full body massage and a Thai foot massage and it was blissful and so worth the money. My husband had to work for most of the holiday; WIFI is available throughout the hotel and was stable. The TV channels had a number of English channels; enough variety for all.
There are signs of the hotel looking tired in some places, however it was evident that these were being quickly rectified during our stay here.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Labranda, and hoping to return soon.

I enjoyed staying here for one week in October. Everything was as expected from the details gleaned from the internet. The staff were all very pleasant and welcoming and the site is well planned with rooms on two levels. Our room was on the first floor (16 open steps up with no handrail - my only criticism!) with a nice balcony looking towards the pools. The rooms are a generous size with separate lounge and bedroom with ensuite shower room. Furniture is modern and comfortable - I slept well! The flat screen TV programming in English comprised BBC1, BBC2, ITV and Sky News.The cleaning staff were very efficient and friendly. Presently there is no local tax to pay (as in Spain) but you have to pay for a room safe and pool towels. I also extended my stay beyond the 12 noon deadline to 6pm which cost 60 Euros. Well worth it for my party of 4 with a late flight. The main pool is well maintained and the area regularly cleansed, including the sun loungers etc.There is a separate kiddies pool and, of course, there is a lifeguard present. The grounds are very attractive with planted areas of palms and a variety of evergreen plants. There are sloped walkways as alternatives to steps. The restaurant is buffet style with a choice of hot and cold dishes which is reasonably varied. The quality is good and cleanliness excellent. There are facilities I did not take advantage of, namely Gym; Wellness Clinic and some late evening entertainment. The latter could be noisy at times but everything is quiet from 11pm. I did not venture out of the "Village" other than an early trip to a nearby supermarket but the local area was pleasant and well kept - but watch out for the lanes reserved for scooters/bicycles. From my point of view my week in Labranda Corralejo Village was very relaxing and enjoyable with good food and comfortable accommodation.

Why I am rating it one star:
1. The hotel advertises they accept card payments. The reality is different, when you want a towel the deposit must be cash, at the pool bar if you want something that is not within the all inclusive, you have to pay cash. They guide you to withdraw cash from the outside cashpoint which charges 4 euros per withdrawal.
2. The remote control was not working when we arrived, no batteries, asked at the reception and they changed it quickly but with a filthy remote control.
3. You book at the reception when you arrive the cleaning slot(which is every other day). We booked ours between 9-11 as we have a 2 years old who needs to sleep in the afternoon. The cleaners do not respect your booking and come at various times. Today they came at 15:00 while our daughter was sleeping. Not to mention they are cleaning rooms above and the noise is unbearable.
If the above wouldn’t have happened I would have rated this hotel 3 stars. 4.5 (currently the average in trip advisor) is much overrated.

We loved our all inclusive holiday to this hotel. We chose the hotel for its modern village style accommodation and we found the room to be great the maids did a great job in cleaning the room daily and the air conditioning was nice and cool! We had a nice terrace over looking by the pool which was lovely especially when the kids were in bed we could sit outside. The only thing I would say is that the pull out bed isn’t suitable for older kids/adults it’s really only for small children. We found the food to be quite varied and we could always find something to eat. The kids loved the freshly made pancakes in the morning and the fresh pasta & pizzas at lunch and evening meal. We did eat out on a couple of nights and found a lovely pizza restaurant and steak restaurant and we’re very reasonably priced! The drinks where great and even though you could upgrade to premium drinks we didn’t feel the need to, we enjoyed the rum and cokes & ginn & tonics - the drinks were always served with a smile. The pool area was lovely and no one can put towels down before 9am which is good as we don’t go on holiday to set an alarm for 7 to reserve a bed! They do a inflatable slide into the pool and a foam party On a Saturday but we missed this as we arrived mid afternoon Saturday and left early the next Saturday. So I do think doing this twice a week would be good especially in busy months! We found a gorgeous beach near the harbour just walk straight down the main strip to the end and it’s there it’s about a 15 minute walk but the sea was lovely to swim in and there were loads of bars and restaurants there. We did go to wakiki beach but there was alot of sea weed and kids didn’t like it. The entertainment staff work really hard and they do include the English not just the Italians like other reviews have said! We would definitely recommend this hotel and we can’t wait to return! All the staff go above and beyond to make sure you have an enjoyable stay!

Came here as a surprise for my birthday. My husband had emailed ahead a couple of weeks before asking if they did a birthday package (cake, decorations etc). They did not bother to reply. The rooms are OK with a balcony front and back but only get cleaned every other day. There is no one going around wiping down key points due to covid. The restaurant is ok but after a couple of days you notice a theme, same food etc. Not alot of meat so ok if you are a vegetarian. Drinks are local unless you upgrade to all inclusive plus which entitles you to a very few premium drinks (not many). Upgrade price is €20 per person per day-no other perks still have to pay for safe and pool towels. It is classed as 4* but the hotel itself classes it as 5* (absolutely struggles to be 4*). The staff are all friendly and work extremely hard with the exception of the animation team, they bring nothing to the party at all. All they do is play pool or table tennis amongst themselves, worst animation team I have ever seen. Entertainment is non existent apart from a couple of nights per week for an hour so the bar/lounge is like God's waiting room. We have stayed in corralejeco many times and apart from the location of this hotel there is nothing that would make us return.

We have recently returned after a 10 day stay at the labranda correlejo village hotel and we genuinely didn’t want to leave. The reception area, pool area and room were all really lovely with a nice modern touch, we couldn’t fault anything about our check in, we arrived at 12pm after a really early flight and our room was ready straight away, which we was surprised by, the children were in the pool by 12:15! Really made their first day even more special! Check in was really informative, the lady was really helpful and we already felt very welcome. The room was pretty big, we expected to all be in one big room (family of four) but we had a separate bedroom from the children which was nice. We had a great pool view and a nice sunny balcony in the afternoon which we loved. (Room 407!) he only quibble I had about the room was the glass door on the toilet/shower room. It was impossible to use the toilet in the night, with the light on without waking someone up, but this is only my opinion, to look at the room was lovely and we couldn’t fault anything else. The food was what you would expect from an all inclusive, it was fresh, hot and there was a lot of effort from all the staff in the restaurant. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and the chefs did everything they could to meet your needs, lovely bbq nights, and lovely fresh omelettes made to order in a morning! We ate out 4/9 nights we was there but that’s just because we know the area well after many visits and we have favourite places to eat and visit there. Nothing to do with the hotel food quality or anything. The hotel had a lovely feel to it, the atmosphere was usually chilled out, the entertainment team were fantastic, although an Italian company and engaged more with the Italian clientele, we never felt left out and they always went out of there way to speak to us and made our children feel welcome during the day and for the mini disco at night too! We loved learning the El Baile Del Serrucho dance, it’s given our children fun memories to last a life time! They can’t stop dancing to it on YouTube now we’re home! We have stayed at the labranda Bahia de lobos before but we preferred this hotel due to it being smaller and quieter. We’re gutted we left on the day of the pool party, our children really wanted to join in as they didn’t do it the week we was there! But it’s given us another excuse to return! Thanks for a great stay, we may well be back soon!

Visited Labranda Corralejo Village for a week as a solo traveller for the first time. The hotel was situated right around the corner from the shops, bars and the beach was a 5 minute walk. Every member of the team from maintenance, housekeeping, reception and the restaurant were polite and said good morning etc. The food was very good, the only bit of constructive feedback would be to label things that are vegetarian to cater for peoples dietary requirements. The rooms were modern, recently refurbished by the looks of it, with ice cold air conditioning.The room had daily housekeeping which was done to a high standard, there were only around 3 nights of entertainment on a 7 day break, but the entertainment was spot on and exceptional. If your looking for a hidden gem, with everything you may need, with attentive staff I'd recommend trying this hotel for your stay. THANK YOU TEAM !

Rooms -and whole hotel were spotlessly clean. Very modern is appearance. Only a walk in shower, no bath in my room. A few maintenance issues such as loose shaving mirror and toilet roll holder but nothing major. Small fridge available which is handy. 1 large bottle of water and wine on room on arrival. No plug available near a mirror so doing your hair was interesting, take an extension lead or travel mirror. Facilities were 1 big pool and 1 small shallow kids pool available. As read in a previous review it seems that there are no inflatables allowed as no one had any. Pool is large enough to swim some lengths of you wish but it is rather chilly. I like to sit in the pool and read my book when I get too hot and they have some some stone steps leading into the pool which were perfect for this. There is a basic gym which is very small and not air coned from my experience unless I missed it. There are entertainment staff which play some games throughout the day and I saw a stretching/yoga class ones day. If you want a peaceful pool area then this not the hotel for you, music on most of the day quite loud and the entertainment staff can be quite raucous. The hotel and communal areas were all again spotlessly clean and immaculately kept. Food and drink - I can’t comment on the alcohol as I don’t drink but it was easy enough to get a drink at the bar day or night. You serve yourself drinks at meal time at back of restaurant which I think is good. There is a beer pump, chilled bottles of wine to help yourself to, soft drinks on pump and water. The food selection was smaller than I’ve seen before but the quality was fab, all seemed really fresh. A couple of show cooking stations doing meat chops/fish/shrimp. There was a bbq outside one evening. A pizza and pasta station. HP sauce available which was wonderful with breakfast. Can’t comment on the evening entertainment as I didn’t sample it but I could hear loud music until about 10pm from what I recall so if you’re an early to bed person you may want to request a room as far away from the entertainment as possible. I was in the 600’s block which did seem furthest away and could still hear it so I feel sorry for anyone one the rooms directly above the entertainment. Location couldn’t be better, 2 minute walk to a high street as it were with a shopping centre, supermarket, pharmacy, bars and restaurants and a 5 min walk to the beach. Those times are literal aswell as I hate walking in the heat and happily walked to both the high street and the beach on several occasions.

Nice welcome, our holiday was enhanced by how quiet and how low the occupancy rate was due to Covid. The food was consistently good there was always a good choice even with the low numbers of guests. No queueing for drinks, sunbeds, Bar, or anything...Not sure this will be the case when business ramps up. One aspect that probably wont change was the attitude of the staff, every one without exception were excellent and friendly. Don't know what the animation team did all day as there were no activities that we knew of, but that suited us. Wifi was excellent and free, however the In room safe was 2.50 euro day x 14 was expensive. Only had 3 live acts for entertainment in 14 days but all 3 were surprisingly good. Its 2 room modern accommodation, my tip is to bag a 1st floor apartment as we had noisy upstairs guests at times dragging furniture, the noise seems amplified in these concrete blocks. Would defo return to this hotel, its only a 5 min stroll to the beach or town. Pool is heated in Feb....
