Labranda Bahía de Lobos has been described as a hub of lively energy, particularly around the pool area where music and entertainment are common, although opinions on the noise level and ambiance vary. Guests commend the hotel for its cleanliness and prime location near beaches and shops, but some suggest that the rooms could benefit from an update and express concerns about occasional long waits due to understaffing.
While the amenities generally meet guests' expectations, issues with Wi-Fi and sunbed availability have been noted, and some guests question the hotel's value for money.

This hotel is ideally located for exploring what there is of Carallejo. If you hire a car, there is ample parking. It is a very spread out apart-hotel with rooms in blocks of 4.....2up & 2 down. This unfortunately means that if you have a ground floor, there is a bit of noise from the upstairs apartment when furniture is moved and the sound of heavy footsteps etc. It has 3 very well maintained pools and areas which are cleaned and washed every morning. There is a poolside bar by the main pool, and the whole complex, gardens and walkways are kept in impeccable order at all times. The rooms are very large with everything you could possibly want for your stay. Each room has a 40” TV with lots of channels, good shower, a bed settee, safe (charged extra), phone, etc etc. Unfortunately, in Spain, a double bed is 2 singles pushed together and the beds are quite firm but tend to move about a bit when you move. All rooms have been recently updated with modern quirky lighting, they are bright and airy with excellent aircon, and there is a huge glass wall with sliding glass door leading to a large outside personal area.
The Restaurants are seperate from the main reception, one which is underground.
Breakfast is from 7am to 11-30am, but a cooked breakfast only available from 8am to 10am, but the quality of half on offer isn’t great. Other times it is a continental breakfast. The meat and cheese is average and the fruit juices are not very good, but the bread, baked goods and coffee are excellent. Staffwise..... apart from the Reception staff, who are very helpful, friendly and welcoming, the waiters and serving staff could do with some improvement.
All in all, LABRANDA Bahia de Lobos is an excellent hotel, a great well located place to stay. If I ever returned to Fuertuventura, I would stay there again.

what an amazing hotel. From the moment we arrived the welcome we recieved was lovely. All staff went out of their way to make you feel special.
The rooms - we stayed in room 1005 a ground floor by the pool. The room was spacious and very clean and the staff worked hard every day to make sure the apartments were kept up to standards. The apartments get cleaned on alternate days bit we were able to get clean towels every day.
The resturant open was buffet styal and had a great daily choice and breakfast lunch and dinner.Again hygenie standards were kept very high.
The entertainment by far was our favourite part of the hotel. Syndey and his team worked from morning until night to keep children and adults entertained.I loved the yoga and stretching sessions to start the day off .My kids loved the mini disco in the pool.Followed by water dance session. In the afternoon a family activity like pool or darts was provided along with a games session for the children. In the evening at the outside bar area a mini disco got the evening going before games night or an external act.
The bar staff worked extremly hard and the system for socially distancing when getting drinks was respected by all.
Daniel who worked the pool bar was amazing the kids loved his mocktails and ice cream.
The hotel is on the corner of a main strip of resturants shops and bars so is very central. We ate out a couple of nights at the chinese and indian notj were locely and really cheap. There is a lovely cocktail bar on the beach front near the marina agaon really resonable.
The beach is about a 10 min walk and the marina is a little further .Its set in a beautiful location The beaches were quiet and very clean and the water was crystal clear. We took a boat trip over to lobos island for the day.We did book online through trip adviser and cost €40 rather than €140 the sales people on the strip charge! There are no shops on the island we took a picnic with us .There is a small cafe they only take cash .Well worth a visit it was beautiful there and only 15 mins on the boat.
We are all in the middle of a pandemic and this hotel gave us reassurance and confidence that holidays can be done safely and enjoyed to the max thank you to all the staff.
I think this is the best all inclusive hotel as a family we have visited. We loved it and hope to visit again in the future.

Booked a last minute holiday to Fuerteventura and chose the Bahia de Lobos due to availability and it being such good value with good reviews. We weren’t expecting much but we’re pleasantly surprised.
The room was clean, spacious & well equipped with widescreen tv, kettle, mini fridge, safe and hairdryer. Modern decor and separate sofa/living area.
Pool area nice and no scramble for sun beds even though the hotel was busy over the festive period there were plenty to go round.
We were all inclusive and the breakfast was extremely good with a wide variety of fruit, cereals, conserves and fresh bread. Cooked breakfast and fried, poached, scrambled eggs / omelettes and pancakes.
Lunch generally a good selection of salads, cheese, meats fresh pizza and healthier options along with ice cream, cakes and a range of fruits.
There were a couple of times we struggled to find anything we liked on the evening menu generally on the themed nights so choose to eat out of the hotel which we probably would have done anyway as we stayed for 11 nights.
The hotel is ideally situated just off the main strip where you will find some lovely shops and lots of restaurants and bars. Be wary though the food in most if the restaurants is not great (check out the reviews first!) you may be better in the smaller tavernas in the old town rather than the bright lights of the strip. Avoid food at Jaipur & Rock Cafe both terrible.
The staff work incredibly hard and particular thanks to front of house, housekeeping and the restaurant staff who work hard to keep service slick and areas clean. Animation staff also work hard and lovely to see the effort on Christmas Day when Santa came round the pool on his camel. I ordered a chocolate birthday cake for my partner on NYE and it was delivered to the room along with a lovely letter a box of chocolates and was delicious.
We booked a massage and facial at the other Labranda Aloe resort hotel via a rep round the pool. €130 for duo experience 1 hour. It was nice but perhaps not best value for money.
Evening entertainment was limited but we rarely stayed in after dinner opting for a walk into the old town where there was regular entertainment in the square and a variety of bars. Also a great little coffee shop Amore.
All in all a good choice for a last minute winter break & our first time to Fuerteventura. The weather was lovely and hot during our stay and other than the occasional limited food choice in the evening it would be hard to find any other fault with this hotel.

Understand Covid and excellent safety measures in place in Fuerteventura but this hotel is using it as a convenient excuse. Chose all inclusive in case a lock down was called for (won’t happen by the way it so safe on the island) but to date (leaving tomorrow after a week) bedding not changed, towels not changed, beds made once, unable to use the part time restaurant due to ridiculous queues, all bars other than pool bar shut and 1 guy serving the whole hotel with drinks (good guy given the circumstances he is in) - my all inclusive band doesn’t allow me full all inclusive - still don’t understand that one, and just asked if there are facilities for changing on out departure date given check out is 12 noon and pick up is 7pm...advised there is a room that we can leave our bag in “free of charge” but no where to change let alone shower after noon

Dear Ppauldee123, First of all, thank you so much for choosing us for your vacation in Fuerteventura and for your comments on your stay at our hotel. We are really sorry to hear about the inconvenient that you had during your stay. We are making the general cleaning of the room three times per week due to the new procedures that we need to enforce for comply with the strict Covid19 regulations. As part of our efforts in conserving water and being more ecological, we don´t change towels and linen everyday unless the guest request it so you just need to leave your towels in the floor for being changed or call reception requesting the change. In the welcome brochure given at check in we explain it. Regarding the all inclusive, we have the normal all inclusive and the premium option which includes branded drinks for 10 euros extra per person. The normal all inclusive includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack and local drinks. We are very disappointed that you left our hotel with a negative impression and we really hope that you will be able to give us another chance of welcome you in the future, we will do our best for change your concept about us and contribute to a wonderful holiday experience. We visited for 9 Nights and recently returned, we stayed B&B
First time to Corralejo and was impressed with its variety of restaurants and bars, all set around a bay with multiple beach bars, would definitely visit again.
Unfortunately not to the Lebranda Bahia de Lobos
Weather was good 90% of the time
PROS
Location was great, 2mins to the Main Street, bars and restaurants all the way to music square, sandy Beech 10 mins walk with multiple beach bars
Spacious room, with nice balcony and pool view which we paid extra for
Rooms fairly modern, kettle, hair dryer and fridge provided
CONS
Breakfast poor, ate 3 out of the 9 days
Cleaning was insufficient, had to call for clean towels on 2 occasions and not had bedding changed once during the visit, room cleaned on one occasion, even during covid not good enough
Not enough storage in rooms for 3 people
WI-FI - Jesus where do I start, non existent at any part of the hotel, had to use mobile data to even send an email, with a 11 years old with iPad this was a complete nightmare, couldn’t even utilise to fill out PLF before returning home, unacceptable in the 21st century.
Definitely wouldn’t class as four star
Don’t really want to comment on the entertainment etc as never attended
Pool area was clean but had seen better days, cracked tiles everywhere and also missing complain some areas, music around the pool was abysmal a few songs on repeat and very loud.
Staff, to be honest didn’t really have much interaction with them, but the reception staff
Didn’t actually seem Interested and everything seemed a chore.
I could probably go on, but I know I wouldn’t read beyond the above so I assume others won’t either.
Nether the less enjoyed our break and some required sunshine

While we have enjoyed our stay at the hotel and found all the staff friendly and welcoming i don’t believe it is a 4 * property. I have based this on my stay at other properties around the world.
Firstly the property is clean and the rooms are large. Although WIFI can be quite patchy and slow in some areas. The bathroom of our room was prone to flooding from the shower and the walls were quite spongy - kind of loose plaster behind the paint.
We found the food let the hotel
down although the choice at breakfast was very good. We had lunch each day and for us the salad bar was our choice we loved that. There was always chips and pizza, and a range of other dishes. But dinner let the side down. For us there was too much fish, often 3 dishes were fish based. The pasta was often not warm and quite bland. And again there was pizza, and salad if nothing else took your fancy. But after a week we were ready for some decent home cooked food. One night the choice was rabbit stew, fish sticks, salmon, fish in sauce and squid.
The location of the property is good and we had a daily walk round the town.
There are plenty of sun loungers and we loved the ‘quiet pool area’.
One thing that really bothered me was the use of single use plastics all bar drinks are served in plastic cups (I understand that no one want broken glass near the pool). I would suggest giving everyone a branded bamboo cup for re-used throughout their stay. Which is taken back to the bar for refilling.
We did enjoy our stay but was let down by repetitive food choices.

Husband and I were due to stay in Calletta De Fuste at the sister hotel, Hotel Dorado, after receiving no email from On The Beach (with whom we shall be asking why). On arriving at the hotel, we were informed we had been upgraded to bed and breakfast and here are your wrist bands, not impressed as we book self catering for a reason. We were told where our room was and set off to find said room very impressed, large and airy, patio doors leading onto a patio area over looking the kids and adults pool.
With a two minute walk into correleco itself, not a bad position for a hotel. Next morning we went out onto the pool area but noted, of around 50 plus sunbeds that there was out only 10 umbrellas were in use, out of that only 6 umbrellas were in good condition, the rest had ripped fabric or wouldnt stay up, and we were hugely disappointed, as the pool was a children's pool, as a mother of children, my priority is having an umbrella for my children to have shelter from the sun. (Although I didn't come with children I still look out for this) surely a 4 star hotel would make sure enough umbrellas were available????!!!!!!
We went for a drink at the pool bar, tried to pay cash but were told the bar man wasnt accepting cash because of the current situation and we would have to show our wrist bands, nope dont do wristbands nothing controlled as to when we have or dont have breakfast dinner and tea, we're not sheep, we can make our own minds up,so we didnt spend any more money at the hotel because of this.
Housekeeping were brilliant kept our rooms clean and provided us with clean towels and clean sheets - thank you
Life guards were very overbearing and not friendly AT ALL

We are really sorry that you had some inconvenience with our wrist bands but they are totally necessary as we have different options: bed and breakfast, half board and all inclusive. For prevent the Covid19 we opted for don´t accept cash in our bars and charge the drinks in the room so we and our guest don´t touch the cash at all times and you can pay all the expenses together at the end of your stay. It is a measure for everybody´s safety. Regarding the umbrellas, my sincerest apologies for the inconvenience. You can request more umbrellas if you need it to our staff. We really hope that the positives outweighed the negatives that you found during your stay as it was a pleasure for us to have you as our guest and we are very pleased to know that you enjoyed our cleanliness and big rooms. It will be a pleasure to welcome you back in the future if you give us that chance. Kind regards,

This is by far, Not a 4*** star hotel. Food was average, rooms with no tea, coffee or milk provided so bring your own. Two single beds push together but not joined to make a double with sheets, my husband tied the legs together so we could cuddle. Water in shower only warm, cold on some days. Gym is closed. Unable to access Netflix/Amazon on tv to watch a movie, You have to pay for pool towels and safe in room, most 4**** hotels have this as a free facility in my experience. Rooms in need of upgrade, make sure you get pool view rooms, or look at another wall for a view. Pools are big but freezing, but once your in its nice. H10 Hotel x 3 in this area are much better in my opinion. This was just our experience, good luck with your own

This was our first time staying in Corralejo and this hotel was chosen by a friend for her 60th birthday getaway. We stayed for 11 nights in total in block A room 1025, a ground floor with nice terrace that overlooked the pool area, this was fairly central to reception, bar, restaurant and pool areas. We were checked in fairly quickly and efficiently by the reception staff who were pleasant enough. On arriving in our room we were very impressed, room was spotless, air conditioned (which we turned off) with tasteful decor and walk in shower room. Kettle and fridge were also included as was a safe box at a cost of 2.5 yoyos a day with 10 yoyo returnable deposit. Breakfast was great, buffet style with loads of options. Lunch was also great, again with lots of options including fresh pizza, meats and fish, salad bar etc. Evening meal was not so good, we only ate in the hotel one evening and the standard poor but l believe this is probably a result of most people eating out on the evening which we did as Corralejo had so many eateries to chose from and at reasonable prices.
All inclusive drinks were a bit hit and miss but personally l found the lager to be good, the self service pump at the pool bar being a good idea once you got the hang of the pouring technique!
The Animacion team, Moussid, Melissa and the other fella were lovely and tried their very best to get people involved in activities but seemed to be beating their heads against a brickwall at times with Germans complaining that the music was too loud by the pool! If they dont like the noise then they can go to the quiet pool and let others enjoy their holidays that they have paid good money for! Overall it was a great experience and we would definitely return to both Corralejo and the Labranda!

Rooms need to be updated, mould round the shower glass. Rooms spacious, tea and coffee in room, small mugs, so if you like a large tea or coffee take your own mugs. TV has 3 English channels. They do not clean the rooms on a Sunday, was not written on leaflet you receive when you get to hotel
Pool still needs more umbrellas, even through they have got more. They have decided to take towels off bed chairs in morning, note said in room they would go round every 45 minutes to remove, but the women never come back after 8.30, sat and watched. If you are going to implement rules, you have to do what you say you will. Never had a problem only at the weekend when you had overnight stays. Pool needs a clean round the edges as going brown. Lot of plastic and beakers rolling around with breeze and into black stones, so at the end of the day it is not pleasant to see. Bids are over full needs to be emptied more. Music round the pool was the same every day, need to look at the rap music as there was a swearword in there and not good for the children if they pick it up .
Food is a lot to be desired, have had better, trying to get eggs in the morning, you bump into the people that want pancakes and the chocolate sauce, right by the fried eggs. Layout should be looked at. Evening meal never had if it was gluten or vegan friendly. Food is done for cheapness .
Drinks are awful very sugary, wine is very cheap and cheerful, did not have the beer, but others said it was not very nice I know you pay all inclusive, but you expect a bit different. Could not even get a decent cup of coffee only from the machines. Machine in reception had an orange sign but only water come out, either change sign or put a sticker on to say water.
Did not seem much activity for the children to do, had dancing in the evening for them, but not much going on entertainment wise in the hotel.
My advise if you are going just have bed and breakfast as it is cheap to eat out and the drinks are the proper ones. Cocktails 5 to 6 euros, beer 3 euros and spirits 3 euros and a bit extra for bottle of coke, lemonade.
Reception toilets smelt, need a good clean.
Overall experience disappointing
