It’s been the worst 2weeks we have ever had, over 40 mosquito bites on the first night, spent over 50.00 euros on medication, cold food and then been called a lair, we won’t be coming back, bedding not been changed

Come and rate this place for yourself. Myself and two friends have just come back from 4 days all inclusive. We have all had the BEST time. Large clean apartment. The most comfortable bed ive slept in, on holiday!! Restaurant was bright, clean and food fresh and plenty to choose from. They had only two pools open due to numbers staying here (covid related i suspect) all staff were helpful. Plenty of bars, restaurants and burger king. 2 mins walk. Large spa shop onsite. Beach is walking distance 25 mins walk but worth it.

Never really the one to write reviews as I’m only 16, I’ve went to the water park with my family and came to my bag wide open with 125 taken out absolutely gutted, and we had went to the office and they said that it would be sorted straight away and to come back in the morning when the maid are here, to then come back then say they can’t do anything and because the maid said they didn’t take it, they listen to them on top of that we didn’t even asked for maid service.

-Myself and my girlfriend paid for self catering as we prefer to eat out got to our room after a 5 minute walk to find a room only room, nothing in it but a kettle no fridge or anything, back to reception for a 20 minute wait to get our room changed! Room keys were shocking also takes about 10 swipes to finally get into your room! -sun beds were absolutely filthy and ruined our towels. Pool area only gets cleaned every 3 days or so. - pool area a mess full of food, drinks cartons and you have to be awake at 6am for the pensioner grand national to get a sunbed for the day, most people don’t come out until after 10am and one day we seen 5 beds taken for a family to come back at 5pm and use them for 1 hour. We seen a guy lift 2 kids towels and throw them into the pool. Pool in generally dirty and full of stones etc so bring plasters if you stay here! -place is infested with mosquitos, we tried a new pool one day and lasted 5 minutes as I got bit 3 times and heard by others that the show garden is worse so we stayed well clear of that. - Looky looky men pestering you every 10 minutes(not an exaggeration) selling their items. - Towels only changed every 3-4 days and they gave us 1 bath towel and the rest hand towels one day beds not even cleaned and on 2 occasions not even made. Utensils not even cleaned from the previous stayers, stains on the pillows and bedding. Took 10 days for them to brush the balcony - you have to pay for your safe per day at €3.50, €5 a day for Wi-Fi per device not per family! Good luck if you have kids -plenty of bars and restaurants in the area and the port just a 5 min taxi away, restaurants around the hotel were mostly standard food and were not great at all. -There is a shop at the front of the complex and right across the street is the best positives I can come up with… Wouldn’t recommend coming here with a family at all,

Please read this review before you book…. I am not a complainer but you need to know about this place before you book… Arrived at check in, myself and husband came Self Catering… the staff asked us if we would like to go AI at a price of £180.00 extra for 7 nights. We declined this as we wanted to go to different restaurants in the resort that’s why we came SC… Arrived into our room and we only had a fridge, 2 cups, kettle and 2 spoons 😳😳 So we walked back to reception and stated, the room were in, does not cater for SC . He stated “ we can give you a microwave, plates, cutlery and a toaster “ ?? I declined this, as we had paid for a SC apartment with a separate kitchen… I asked him if we can change rooms, as it’s not the room we had paid for. He stated “ they are no more rooms available, only the other block, which has around 200, 18 year old staying ( no thanks.. I’ll come back to them) So we saw the Jet 2 rep and explained to her what had happened. Within 30 minutes we were moved.. Absolutely brilliant she was…. The apartment was lovely, separate kitchen.. no faults with the rooms at all… we had our room cleaned twice in 7 days… which was fine… Ok… here why you should really consider about coming to this place…..all the sunbeds had towels on them before 07:00am, no one came to the pool till after 09:30 am… so if you want a sunbed, I just consider getting up at 06:00am to put your towels on them!!!! ….people drunk in the swimming pool at 01:00 am.. making lots of noise… no security around….unacceptable… adults swearing everywhere….people just throwing their cigarette ends and rubbish over the balcony….if it’s that type of clientele you like , you’ll be fine here….we are not them type of people…. The walk to the beach is around 20 minutes…. Plenty of bars, restaurants, shops by the hotel, but food not great…. It’s worth getting on a bus to Alcudia town, where you will find some beautiful tapas bars and restaurants…. I would never come back to this hotel, as it was the worst place we have ever been to…. Oohhhhh as I’m writing this 01:30am , I have just seen someone put 2 towels on sunbeds..😳😳😳it sums it up….

We have just come back from the belle vue. I was warned by work colleges after booking this and i must say i was shocked how fantastic it was. The check in was a shambles and the mosquito bites was the worse iv ever had. But apart from that all good. We staying in a 2 bed apartment, the room was spotless, cleaned twice on our week stay. Nice size just what you need a room to be air con too. The food was your normal all inclusive food breakfast and tea was more or less the same dinner time was lovely. We ate out most of the time but could have easily stayed in the restaurant for the entire week but we like to eat out. Pools were good size, we had a music festival kinda thing on so alot of Spanish kids but was friendly enough and polite with the kids. All in all a fantastic holiday not 5 starts because of the mosquitos but that's not the hotels fault. I don't post reviews on here but thought after reading some of the negative reviews I had to but my view across. We might have been lucky and got a nice room. If you are expecting riu cancun then it's not for you but a nice hotel with ok food and drink and a good choice of pool area i highly recommended.

Where do we begin .. family 4 adults (1 disability) 3 children age 14 9 & 4 …. £3,200 odd pound for a week all inclusive .. actually eat 2 breakfasts and one evening meal in this place and to be fair I wouldn’t feed the food to my dog… bland tasteless which I could prob handle for a week but not stone cold aswell .. daughters room hadn’t been cleaned or clean towels in three days contacted reception there answer was come and collect some from main reception !! Which was a hike in it’s self to an able bodied person (not ideal place for wheelchair users to begin with ) ramps on hotels with massive incline finding a safe dropped kirb to cross was almost impossible .. one restaurant for full complex which you had to fight for the table and then clean it !! Pool snack bar filthy food all over the place if you like chips and sliced cucumber you be fine .. hounded all day everyday by hair braiding or sunglass sellers who were asking guests to get them food from the snack bar then scurrying round guest tables hiding to eat them !! Seen the area round the pool get hosed once in the full week considering someone was throwing up in her hands and a plastic cup whilst in the pool then emptying it at side of pool then swilling it away with the pool water last night pool was taped off reason unknown but was still closed following day despite it over 30 degrees … poolside toilets disgusting toilet hanging off wall urinal out of order very dirty and not regularly cleaned … we are not posh or fussy we are from a council estate but I would hate for anyone else to save all year for their family holiday to end up with this … this is only the tip of the iceberg I could go on but I will be emailing jet2 about the very misleading info on this hotel I’ve always used jet2 and can honestly say We’ve never had any problems before this holiday but feel so let down !! Please don’t let your kids play in the sand the kids club !!

So just got back from a 7 day stay here and lets start with - I read the reviews before going and felt that some of the reviews are very harsh. Before booking you know that you are booking for a three start hotel. This should be your VERY first thought - it's not the Ritz. So lets start on arrival we were greeted by fairly okay staff - not exactly the happiest but I can't blame them - its hospitality! So went to our room a little walk but we were given a map and instructions - we got lucky seemed we are in maybe one of the newer blocks. Room was spacious, clean, tidy, modern. You dont have a safe or tv remote you do need to pay for this at reception ( they have a sign up and they do tell you when you are checking in) Anyways so yes room was great, there are multiple pools (not as many as advertised but there was at least 4/5 open at the time of our stay. Location - great location to the beach about 10/15 minute walk - shops on site and literally just outside the resort Loads of restaurants and bar right by as well! KIDS FEST! there is a massive Mallorca island festival going on which we knew nothing about - not even informed when checking in - but there are HUNDREDS coming and going every day - they are rude, and been to try and steal stuff - two got caught and dropped all the belongings on their failed escape. - not anything the staff can do but could be informed on checking in FALSE ADVERTISEMENT - is my annoyance - not all the pool bars are open - you'll have one or two at a time and they don't always open on the advertised time - maybe the hotel can just kind of change this as there is also only ONE restaurant open not the 7 that's in many advertisements I saw before going. Restaurant - food is average some days are better than others - again its not a fancy hotel but the staff in there are FANTASTIC. helpful, cheerful and they work so hard!! Out of the 7 days there is only one dinner which I wasn't keen on. Dont always have to pick at everything even if its a buffet - I made set dinners so it wasn't as same samey for me. Boat - I saw advertisement for a boat - there isn't one?! Entertainment - I mean - it is what it is but its a bit late start I think for some if they have kids?! and not always the best but not expecting a concert. Sunbeds - there is barely ANY you have to be getting up at like 7 to get a chance of getting one - they could do with investing in some more especially as there is so much space everywhere not like they can't have more. Mosquitos - you get bitten to death in the show garden but the only thing that kind of helped us was the mozzy spray sold by a guy in the kids 'fun fair' area next to the show garden for 9euros I think they have two new blocks that were just getting finished off which of course with new new pools which they have loads of stuff for kids which looks like it'll be great!! Overall I was happy - it was the false advertisement which of course is annoying! This is more to let people know then have a moan

Stayed in a two bedroom apartment for 4 of us. Check in very slow and was not informed that we needed to hire a safe key or tv remote control!. Our room was awful to say the least, the main door handle was hanging off on the inside, shower could not stay on the holder as it flew off and there was a hole in the shower door so bathroom floor was completely flood after 4 showers each day. Only one plug socket in the lounge area and that was for the TV, One socket only in the twin room and two in the main bedroom. NO plug sockets near any mirrors so made it impossible to do your hair! Rooms were not clean, never saw a maid in 5 days and kept asking for clean towels. We were all inclusive but NEVER again...... it was like a school canteen and very loud. Food was boring, bland and only luke warm especially as you had to stand in queues for it. Breakfast was probably the best meal but again not hot. Juices are terrible. We were travelling home on a late flight and they wouldn't extend our room and didn't have another one ....... but wierdly another family asked and they got an extension on theirs. We had to shower in a toilet area used by another block and shower in a cubicle with no lock and no where to change. We had to dry our hair in the foyer ! Absolute disgrace...... Also be aware that this hotel is used for teenagers for the festival every year and there were abaout 2000 teenagers left to their own devices around the blocks, drunk, jumping over balconies and noisey until 6am! All I can say is glad to be home and will NEVER book again. JET2 should removed this property from their portfolio of hotels - not even a 1 star. No sunloungers at all at any time..... towels on them ALL day and people no even on them.
