Nice aparthotel for couples and families. Harbour area, so in the centre of the town. Friendly staff. And walking distance from the caves, shops, diving centre and restaurant. We had a apartment with a huge balcony and two bed rooms with view on the harbour. Highly recommendable

Hotel was clean and well equipped, not too busy and quiet. suits families and small groups. Staff were very friendly and helpful in particular Pillar who went out of her way to find travel and bus information for us. My daughter and i found everything we needed.

Poolside was never too busy. New, well equipped and clean apartment with a very comfortable bed. Sound proofing and location slightly away from the main marina meant there was very little noise on an evening. Shirt walk downhill to the marina area where there are lots of bar/restaurants. Explore the lanes leading back from the marina to find some authentic tapas bars. We loved Porto Cristo and cannot wait to return.

Recently renovated hotel so everything is new, clean and modern. Staff was friendly and advice full. Great facilities, gym/pool, amenities room and nice bar. Good location from the beach 5-7 min walk, clean sand, clear sea and nice shallow sea for children to play in safe. Caves walking distance 5-10min. Porto Cristo perfect for families and couples and still holds its original identity. Plenty of other attractions to go to. Romantica beech is one of the best beaches I’ve ever been to. Need to get there first thing to get a sun lounger. (12/14Euro) you must go 👍. Buses and tour express train to help you get around places. Food/restaurants good choice and boat trips or tours are worth it. All in all had a great holiday and would go again.

Lovely well maintained hotel in a great location. Staff are super friendly and they offer a lovely breakfast. The only downside was for a family of 4 our room was on the small side. We hired a car a although there is no carpark attached to the hotel there is ample free parking all around.

Pros: Clean room, A/C worked. Comfortable bed. Cons: staff absolutely ruined my holiday!!!!! Horrible, rude and incomplete lying staff. (Especially the male night receptionist and the blonde woman who does the evening shifts). Let me explain more. I rang the hotel 4 days in advance of they can organise a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. They said of course. To get this confirmed I had to ring them everyday. On the last day I rang them 4 times because everyone I spoke to said the shuttle is organised and surprise surprise it wasn’t. Upon arrival I asked if I can get the shuttle back to the airport when I’m leaving they said yes we need 24h notice. Such a liars!! The most incompetent, rude and unhelpful staff I have ever come across. Especially the male night receptionist (starts his shift around midnight). DO NOT RELY ON USING THE SHUTTLE THE HOTEL SUPPOSEDLY WILL “ORGANISE” it’s all lies!!!!!! Hotel promises to organise a shuttle but they are utterly incompetent and left me stranded without a way to get to the airport to catch my flight. I repeatedly tried to explain that if you promise to deliver a service, the guests expect you to fulfil the promise. The staff had a bad attitude and tried to use excuses for not booking it on time and they finally admitted they were in the wrong and made a mistake not booking it for me. And of course no apologies!!! So rude!! On several occasions I was told that the hotel required 24h to organise shuttle transport to Palma airport. I requested it more than 24h in advance and the receptionist (blond lady) looked at the time and and confirmed there was enough time to book the shuttle. The following morning another woman told me they were unable to organise the shuttle as now magically they required 72h notice. Please note that on several occasions when I asked about them organising a shuttle I was repeatedly told 24h notice was required, which I gave them. When I said to the staff that it absolutely unacceptable to agree to organise transportation to the airport and that they are leaving me stranded. I told them I was heading out to dinner at 8pm and I expect them to have found a solution to the lack of transportation which the hotel staffs incompetence caused. I arrived back 4h later and they hadn’t done anything!!! I requested them to order and pay for a taxi. Which the night receptionist refused. I requested for a discount on the hotel for the inconvenience caused and the 100€ taxi bill. He again refused even though he admitted that it was his and the staffs fault for not organising the transportation to the airport. Utterly incompetent staff!!!! Would be a nice hotel if they had better staff. Just to point out that had I been told that they are unable to organise a shuttle that would not have been a problem. The problem was that they promised to organise transportation to the airport but instead left me stranded. Had I known I would have made other arrangements. Also, at checkout the night receptionist was again rude and this time also hostile towards me and threatened that he would tell the taxi driver not to take me to the airport. Let me explain. The hotel owes me around 100€ in taxi costs that occurred due to their mistake of not being able to organise a hotel to airport shuttle. Upon arrival the hotels card machine did not work so I was not able to pay the city tax etc. So I said I would pay it later. I checked out and I was heading to the taxi and the manager started to threaten me that if I didn’t pay he would not let the taxi to take me to the airport. I told him that since the hotel messed up the transportation they need to pay for the taxi this they owe me money so it would not make sense for me to pay for it as it was less than the taxi. I was honestly very scared by his hostile behaviour against me and out of fear paid him to get out of the hotel so I would feel safe again.…
