We arrived here after reading all the bad reviews and were quite worried. Well from start to finish we had a wonderful time. Reception staff were very welcoming one of our parties room was ready our was not, we paid our 2 euros for our drinks and were given tkokens. not a problem they gave us the luggage room key showed us where could show and change and said go and enjoy the pool. The pool area was lovely all inclusive bar where you handed I. Your token to get a large hard plastic cup you take this back when you want another drink. What a brilliant idea it kept everywhere clean and tidy and not a problem at all. The restraint and meals were lovely plenty to choose from and every meal was lovely, sometimes there was a bit of a queue but again no problem. The entertainment staff we so friendly and full of fun we found DAISY and NADEEN the best really lively young girls who made a great fuss of all guests. So if your think of coming here please don’t listen to the Karen’s just book and enjoy. Oh did I mention the beach is about 20 steps away. Thankyou to you all from Donna Paul Simon lynne and especially NAT X

We enjoyed our weekend at the Beverly Playa. Reception can get very busy as it is a large hotel . The hotel is in a great spot right on the beach, with pools overlooking the sea. There are bars and shops a few steps away. The food is good , although as with most all inclusives it would get a little repetitive after a while. Some members of our group said that the fish was really good. There is wine on tap in the restaurant, unfortunately the red wine came out of the same machine as the white and rose, so it was chilled. If you are all inclusive you are asked to purchase a token for €2 from reception. This entitled you to obtain a thick plastic cup and drink from the bar. The cup Is changed each time a drink is ordered and then the token is handed back when you hand in the empty cup. The token fee is refunded at reception when you leave. The drinks are not branded but ok. The cocktails came from a machine and weren’t very nice. There was Estrella on draft. A token is not required for the restaurant. Not all the bars are for all inclusive guests, some are for paying customers. The bar by the pool is for paying guests and the inside bar by the pool is for all inclusive. The bar in the night club for the northern soul weekend was for paying guests but you could carry your drink from the other bar and as they are in large glasses they last a while. The all inclusive bar does close later in the evening, before the northern soul event has finished. The nightclub is very dark when they switch the lights off. We were sitting by a step down to the next level and saw loads of people fall down it. Maybe small lights on the tables would help. The Signatures were really good as were their guest singers Lorraine Silver and the Flirtations. There were dj’s in between including Russ Winstanley the founder of Wigan casino. The atmosphere was very friendly. There should have been a few events at the Concha Soul hotel but I understand that there was a problem with their licence so everything was held at this hotel. Our bedroom was lovely with a balcony and large shower. It was a refurbished room and one of our friends had an older room with a bath. Towels for the beach can be hired from reception for a refundable deposit. We caught a bus to Palma ( 102) from the main road and it took about 40 minutes. We had a shuttle coach from the airport which took one and a half hours as it stopped everywhere. We would come back as we had a great weekend at a reasonable price.

Reception very nice. We had a room on 6th floor on arrival with stained green carpet and a well worn bathroom so we changed to a room on the 7th floor exactly same so gave up. The two men on reception are extremely rude and not customer friendly at all. Food is food but apart from the grill, everything else is tepid warm. Thank goodness there is a microwave for warming up baby food cos ever Had to be microwaved. On plus side the bread range for breakfast is excellent. Administration side is hopeless. The only consistent thing about the hotel administration is their inconsistency. We are part of a very large organised activity group and majority of our group are hesitant to book for next year. We certainly will not be booking again

The location of the hotel is great if not the best in the whole Paguera! You can park on the street near the hotel but the parking at the hotel cost 10€ per day. The food variety was very poor and mostly cold. Not too much to chose from. Clean hotel. Amazing sunsets and view from the room! Not many sunbeds but the beach was so nice that we didn’t use the pool at all since the water was pretty cold in the pools. Animation was quite late 21:30 or Even 22:30 Completely no activities for small kids. The “kids club” was completely empty and there was some creepy stuff stock in there My daughter was afraid of. Good strong drinks. Not much of a family hotel. Very friendly stuff expect the receptionists. Overall I rate it 7/10 Recommend if you want a good location

We had a fantastic 7 night stay in September on an all inclusive basis, and had a fantastic time throughout. Buffet was always great food with a lot of options to choose from, and pool bar also good. Only downside with the all inclusive drinks at the pool bar was that we were served our cocktails with alternatives to the original drinks which were not that great. Apart from that we have a fantastic time.

The food is alright for all cultures, it’s about what you would expect from a 3 star hotel. The rooms were a little outdated but otherwise this could easily be a 4 star hotel. Room service was excellent and the people at the desk were really informative and helpful. Location wise it is easy to access public transport or pre planned excursions around the island starting just outside the hotel. The beach and all inclusive bar are metres away, but be warned you do have to pay 17 euros for the sun beds on the beach

The Vibra Beverley Playa is a well thought out, economical ‘stack em high’ hotel, suitably positioned to allow quick access to the three main beach areas and the busy town of Paguera. We spent ten nights here for our honeymoon with no regrets whatsoever. Reception The main entrance and reception area is situated on ground floor level and is nicely open, airy, and modern which gives a good initial impression of the hotel complex. The staff are friendly and welcoming, with the majority speaking English. Accommodation The hotel is arranged on 10 floors from ground level to floor 9 and a -1 level that incorporates the canteen, nightclub and bars. This level also takes you out to the beach via the pool, where a gate is manned by a friendly security guard. There are four lifts that allow access to all the floors relatively quickly or if you prefer you can take the stairs. A lot of the rooms are predominantly west facing, which results in them all enjoying a sea view and these are all probably superior rooms, as ours was. This also means that they are nice and cool for much of the day, with the access corridors taking all the morning heat. There are some rooms however that overlook the pool area, but we have no experience of these rooms. Rooms are accessed with a key card which works most of the time, but is a bit annoying when it doesn’t, so it’s probably best to keep them away from your mobile phone. Inside the room there is the usual slot for the card and this activates the power, lights and air con. When you leave the room and remove the card from the slot the power is turned off, so you won’t be able to leave anything on charge whilst you’re out. The rooms themselves are a good size, with twin beds, a wall mounted TV, good sized double wardrobe and a nicely sized bathroom with very generous shower area. The beds are firm and supportive, with no lumps or bumps and there is only one pillow, which is quite insufficient. However, if you want extra pillows or a quilt this really is no problem and the staff do things promptly. The air con works well and is complimentary, i.e. you don’t have to pay extra for it as in some other resorts. The controls are pretty straightforward and not complicated as is sometimes the case. TV looks to be about 28 inch and the picture quality is pretty good. No problem getting BBC One. A patio door leads you out onto a fair sized balcony, which includes chairs and a table and a lovely view across the beach to the sea. We were on the fifth floor (501) which is as far away from the bar/pool music as you can be, but you will hear bins being emptied and delivery lorries arriving from time to time. Rooms are cleaned very efficiently every day, where bedsheets and towels are replenished, whether they are needed or not. During our 10 night stay we never ran out of soap or toilet rolls. Catering We had bed and breakfast, so our comments are based naturally on breakfast only. The canteen is well laid out with the main food area located centrally and tea/coffee, fruit juice machines and toasters arranged around the edge. Breakfast offers various cereals, muesli, tropical mix, fruit and pastries, as well as bread rolls, cheese, ham, eggs, bacon, sausages, beans, and pretty much everything else you can think of. You can have as much or as little as you wish and you can sit in the canteen or like most people go outside to a very large decking area. This is located on the west side of the building, so is well shaded from the heat of the morning sun. Breakfast is served from 8:30 to 10:30, but the hot plates and machines are not removed or turned off strictly at 10:30, so if you’re a little late there shouldn’t be a problem getting food. There are quite a few pigeons outside and when the decking area becomes less occupied they descend onto the tables and help themselves to whatever is left. Some may find this annoying, but it really is quite entertaining as you watch them balancing on cups and saucers and flicking food about. When they fly away they often knock cups and saucers onto the floor, but the staff tend to clean the area quite well soon after. For the price we paid the accommodation and bed & breakfast deal is really very good. We have certainly experienced a lot less for more money in many other resorts and with other package holiday companies. Peguera We chose a bed and breakfast board because we wanted to make use of the very many restaurants and bars that Peguera has. You would be very hard pressed to find a restaurant in the town that doesn’t serve good food. Traditional Spanish restaurants, Italian, Indian and lots of German ones. Mallorca is a very popular holiday destination for Germans and this certainly applies to Peguera. Stroll down the Main street; Boulevar de Peguera and you will see an abundance of restaurants with German signage. You will also see German fast food establishments, German bars and of course German people. This isn’t a problem because they want the same as you; a nice holiday with enjoyable evenings, good food, good beer in a friendly atmosphere next to great beaches. One thing we did notice though is the amount of smokers visiting from other countries and consequently cigarette smoke can sometimes waft across to you when you’re eating. This doesn’t happen anymore in the UK, so we are just not used to it. Peguera is well known for shops selling leather belts and handbags, but there are many clothes shops, supermarkets and those selling watches, jewellery and sunglasses too. Many of the shops are run by people who have been there for over 20 years, so this should be indicative of their passion and the service they offer. Yes, you will find fake Ray Ban sunglasses, but the majority of goods in the town are of good quality. Prices are realistic and consistent, but shop around and you may find the same goods in another shop for cheaper. Tourists Day This is a carnival festival that occurs on every third Thursday in September. The atmosphere is electric and there are lots of things to see, including fireworks, stilt walkers, traditional dancers, bands and riders on feisty Spanish stallions. Beaches There are three beach areas in Peguera; "Playa Palmira", "Playa Tora" and "Playa La Romana". You can reach all three via pathways or the main street. Sunloungers beneath parasols typically adorn all the beaches and you can hire these if you wish. The waters are generally calm, but on some days you can get some decent waves. However, this isn’t Fistral Beach and body boarders would be disappointed. Very typically for Mediterranean waters, you can walk out 100m before you get to any depth, so swimming here is very safe for children. Snorkelling Swimming out to the east of Playa Tora and Playa La Romana provides an abundance of things to see for those wishing to go snorkelling. if you swim around the point to Cala Puig d'es Gats, you will see lots of fish; big and small. We would advise that you should be able to swim fairly well if you wish to do this, as the currents can be quite noticeable at times. On choppy days the waves breaking over shallow rocks may be quite daunting to those slightly timid, but it’s not usually a dangerous undertaking. Summary There is another hotel on the seafront called Villamil, which is a ‘Secrets Resort’ and looks very nice, but comparatively is a lot more expensive. Generally, the Vibra Beverley Playa provides those with a limited budget everything they need for a very comfortable stay, as well as allowing them to enjoy the lively town of Peguera. This is a great place to visit if you like good food, entertainment, activities, swimming, relaxing and just enjoying yourself. If you can speak a little Spanish (or maybe German) your stay in Peguera will be more enjoyable, friendly and enlightening.

After much agonising we booked this for my daughters 16th birthday treat, just 4 nights. Me and her and a friend and her 15yr old son. Well we have had the best time it's our last day and gutted we didn't book the full week. 3 gorgeous pools a hot tub and 20 steps from the beach. Sea was so warm and crystal clear with a lot of fish swimming around you. We did all inclusive superior room for 4 of us. We had a sea view which all superior rooms have overlookong the beach. It's a short walk to shops and restaurants. The beach is immaculate as is the pool area and hotel. The staff have been amazing throughout, the animation team need a special shout out because omg so much fun Dani, Isa and Nad really get into it and get people involved animation team are the best roles for them I have never met such animated people. Very few English at this hotel which was nice to be fair got to learn a bit more Germam and Spanish really. Food was standard breads and cheeses, meats and cerals with something different cooked each night there was such choice you always found something you liked for each meal. Drinks on all inclusive, when you arrive you pay 2 euro for a token, you hand token in when you get a drink, you come back with your cup and can get another drink or get your token back then hand back to bar when you want another one. When you leave you hand token back to reception and get your euros back. Means no cups or glasses are left around the pool which is nice. Lots of choices of restaurants and bars along the beach and just a short walk up the hill to all the tat shops as we call them. Bali beds available around the pool at a cost of €15 euros per day per adult which is decent as they are comfy and promise shade when it's boiling as it was this week. Also the normal beds get taken really early. The restaurant is open, bright and spacious. Nothing has been too much for any of the staff so safe to say we have had a lovely few days away and cannot wait to come back again. Oh and free WiFi.

I had a lovely time at this great hotel.I was on the 9th floor and the view was breathtaking!! The room was so clean and everyday the chambermaid cleaned my room. I enjoyed the food, however the breakfast was a little hit and miss, some days the food was piping hot, other days it was kind of just warm but I still enjoyed it very much. Theres lots of bars, shops, restuarants etc only a few minutes away and there were some really nice shops. As a solo traveler I felt very safe indeed and without doubt I will return again.
