Very nice hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Rooms were very clean with daily housekeeping. Breakfast buffet was phenomenal and possibly the best I’ve ever had. The rooms are definitely suited to married or long term partners as there is little privacy whilst showering and all noises can be heard if you’re going to the bathroom. Definitely not for a new couple on their first romantic break together! The lilos at the pool do get reserved but we had no problem obtaining one. That may be different in July or August though. Overall a very nice hotel in a good location for the beach and surrounding area

We arrived at 12pm a party of 6, 1 room was ready 2 we’re ready at 3pm, which was fine was told we would get a welcome drink, we waited In reception no one gave us one and no one was on the bar, we went and sat up on the roof top lively views. And cocktails but they are €10 each, checked in to room nice and clean, but the toilet has a glass door and u can see every thing your partner is doing, not private at all, also 2 single beds, pushed together not ideal in A couples hotel, you get fresh towels for the pool each day, but the way it’s positioned you only get the sun at certain parts of the day, so most people went to the beach, there were Comfy beds but u had to pay €40 a day that was at pool & roof top, we were bed & breakfast and the breakfast was lovely, we had a power cut while we were there, the power was off roughly 7-8 hours, the hotel didn’t inform anyone what was happening and when u asked they just didn’t really care, they could of sent and email to to inform everyone, breakfast was cold only in The dark that day, it was clean with a good location, but I wouldn’t stay again because of the lack of sun at the pool and the see through toilet door

Clean and nice room but could have been larger, bath room was to small. Fantastick view in the sea view rooms . Clean and well maintained hotel. Very good breakfast . Friendly staff especially in the Sky Bar , Juan is the best and nicest and kindest bartender i have ever met. Problems to get sunbeds by the pool, you have to grab a bed around 8 in the morning , the sun come to the pool aera around 12, so you basicly have to sit in the shadow from 8 to 12 to get a bed but there is a nice beach 2 min walking from the hotel. There are nice resturants around the hotel, especial The Blue Bare whitch is next to the hotel

Absolutely amazing stay at this hotel. Super friendly and attentive staff. I brought a birthday banner for my partners birthday during our stay, and we came back to the hotel room in the afternoon to find a complimentary birthday message, chocolate cake and bottle of cava. Very clean and modern inside and out, including the pools. The beach is a 30 second walk from the hotel gates. The food selection is outstanding. Superb entertainment in the evenings. Highly recommend, we will be coming again.

Stayed at the Fergus Style Tobago 10th September until 21st September and I can say this is a beautiful hotel and all the staff are very friendly and helpful they looked after my husband and I with everything that I needed the hotel is spotless it was a lovely holiday the only downside is its not suitable for anyone with walking difficulties as it is on a steep hill I hired a 4 wheel walker from Lower Hire which helped me with the hill book a sea view room the view was wonderful. If you can book this hotel it's one of the best in my opinion thet we have stayed in. We'll done Fergus Style Tobago

Roughly 200 rooms (400 guests ?) and approx 100 sunbeds, then they want to charge 60 euros to use the larger beds. Also worth noting most of the sunbed area is in shade for most of the day in early Sept. The rooms are "boutique" i.e. too small. 21 sq-m inc the shower, toilet and sink area. No bathroom as such, glass doors on the toilet and shower. You wouldn't have an open plan bathroom at home, so why would you want it on holiday. Also limited drawers, no doors on the wardrobe etc etc. Nice modern hotel. I just felt the whole place felt designed to death and far too small and don't mention the plastic "living" wall. What's that all about? Definitely stayed in better 4 star hotels

This is a beautiful hotel, fitted out so well. The staff are great and meals were excellent. The rooms are beautifully designed, a little on the small side but not a problem, some people have complained about the glass door on the toilet but it so tucked away and heavily frosted out that you would have to be really fussy to not like it. The rain shower is out of this world also the memory foam mattresses were so comfortable. The main pool was a let down, it's really old and out dated, it was incredibly deep, you can only touch the bottom in one small area and access was only by ladders of which one was almost falling off. When they refitted the hotel they clearly didn't bother with the pool, just put some decking around it. There is a little paddling pool next it which totally pointless and should have been turned into a jacuzzi or at least put a hot tub on top of it. This is supposed to be a 5 star so should have a jacuzzi or hot tub, all the 4 stars we've stayed in have had one or the other. Sun beds are a bit poor too, just thin basic ones, san mateus hotel and melia just along the beach which are only 4 star and cheaper have thick padded sunbeds. I don't mean to be negative but this is supposed to be 5 star and like a lot of people we spend most of our day on sun beds by the pool and neither were 5 star and we've never not had a jacuzzi by the pool and we're normally in a 4 star. Obviously the management can't do anything about this so i still recommend this hotel. To finish on a high note the roof top sky bar is excellent, the barman up there (i think his namd was Juan) was lovely and made an excellent sangria from scratch, best one I've had. P.S. we were there the last week of August, at the start of the week sunbeds filled up by 11am but at the end of the week you could get a sunbed anytime.

Had a great stay with family. Special thanks to Carlos at the front desk. The day we left, we forgot our passports and money in our safe. Carlos was in touch with me the whole time and organized transportation (taxi) of our documents to us asap. He called to follow up and confirm that we received Everything. We will most definitely stay here again :)
