We stayed for 1 week with a young family. The staff were amazing and engaging with the children. Food exceeded our expectation! Buffet offered some basic options for the kids and some delicious and different options for adults. Plus a ice cream machine and lovely cakes! Pool was clean and inviting. room was clean and a good size for a family. Only downside was the family room overlooked the rear of the hotel... Which for a family seems a bit silly as in my opinion we are more likely to sit outside on the balcony in the evening while the young children sleep! As oppose to couple who will probably head to the beach side bars. Special mention to Ezma in the restaurant! She made the trip extra special for the kids. Oh and thanks to management for my surprise bottle of sparkling wine for my birthday! A lovely guesture. Esp as we had not mentioned it to anyone. Would defo go back!…

Am back again in Hotel Helios C"an Pastilla This is my 4th stay here. I travel extensively all over the world but always look forward to my visits here .Hotel Helios is spotless, modern with such lovely staff.Its 2 minutes from one of nicest beaches ⛱ you could wish for.Food in restaurant is superb vast variety and quality. Pool is gorgeous and there's an indoor pool that I've yet to check out. Very relaxing vacation here with chilled atmosphere. Hotel is 5 minutes from Palma airport and that's a bonus! Keep up the standard and you'll soon be Numero Una!

Excellent service from very friendly Maria in restaurant. Food superb as previously experienced .Such variety and first class quality and I'm a globally travelled foodie! Have been coming to Hotel helios for past 4 years and I will return!
