The Check in was abmismal, 55 minutes it took, I was told they were having some technical difficulties, but i feel given the management were wondering around they could of took the time to explain this to the very long que that had formed. Just even an acknowledgment would of been nice.
Apart from that the hotel is really nice and clean and very very calm .
Rooms- Cleaned daily, plenty of shampoo, body wash toothpaste etc
There is only water in the mini fridge so i would suggest popping to the spa over the road and getting some drinks and snacks for the fridge.
Always had fresh towels and fresh sheets.
Pool Towels are available 10 euros each deposit which you get back when you check Out. I always bring my own towels anyway.
There are two pools, the one on the 4th floor is where the entertainment is like aqua aerobics and other pool games, all very entertaining .. the sun hits here all day
The pool on the ground floor near the beach gets shady after 4 pm .
Food is available all day, its very much of a muchness as hotel food goes.
Im a vegetarian so i struggled some days but i there are so many restaurants outside the hotel i did eat out a few times just to switch it up a little,
There is also a beach bar/cafe opposite the hotel across the beach that does some fab food breakfast and lunch ( you do have to pay here ) really nice and very cheap especially if you miss breakfast
The Beach is amazing, we didnt have to rush down to put towels out.
It is a public beach so bare in mind you have to pay for the sunbeds which i think were 6 euros each . People start making their way down about 10/10;30am
Very nice atmosphere very calm . We would stay here all day
You can bring food and drink from the hotel down to the beach but are invited to put your rubbish into the bins and bring the reusable cups back to the hotel, there are various drop off points for these al over.
The staff especially at the bars all seemed a bit moody and not very engaging bt the entertainment staff were amazing.
All in all we had an amazing time and we are looking forward to returning next year with more family members.
All in all a very very nice place which i would highly reccomend.

The food was always warm which you don’t often get and although like most buffet style restaurants, the food was a little similar each day but the breakfast was particularly amazing with an omelette station and salads. The noise level was extremely loud however and often made it difficult to hear yourself think.
The staff were very accommodating: Eva on reception welcomed us like old friends and gave the hotel a warm, friendly and professional feel, as well as the very tall man in the restaurant and the lady on the salt bar with the most gorgeous black long hair who were also friendly and attentive.
The lifts breaking down as previously mentioned could be better but this is often not helped by too many people cramming in and exceeding the weight limits. We found the hotel facilities being on different levels very novel with the beach on the ground floor, buffet restaurant on the 2nd, reception on the 3rd and the family pool on the 4th floor, we often found ourselves trying to remember which floor we needed.
The evening atmosphere was lacking however as we could not find a seat outside for the evening entertainment and with doors closed we could not hear from inside and no other music on made you instantly feel tired and want to have a sleep so we chose to leave the hotel the last 2 nights, which is a shame. The seating area by the beach near the 0 level salt bar could be utilised better at night with the bar being opened in the evening with music playing.
The beach was lovely and offered activities such as paddle boarding for 15 euros for one hour and pedaloes with slides for 18 euros.
The location of this hotel is truly amazing and I would absolutely recommend it. It often felt like an adults only hotel with not many children.

One member of our group has coeliac disease, and we encountered significant issues with the food service, particularly the lack of clear labelling for allergens and dietary requirements. Although we were told to ask for an allergen book, the staff would simply direct us to speak to a chef. The head chef was accommodating when available, but it was difficult to get their attention during busy times. Finding someone to assist with gluten-free breakfast options was also challenging, leaving them with a very limited selection of food to eat. It’s worth mentioning that hotels with lower star ratings have things labelled well. It really ruined the holiday to an extent as you can’t just help yourself and who wants to every day for every meal flag someone down to ask what they can eat. All it would take it labelling of each dish and them showing the allergen sign for what it contains that way they could then help themselves. Others who were vegan had the exact same issue. They want to go about eating as normal. Other hotels of this brand do this and it shocked me that they didn’t. It caused a lot of unnecessary stress, I was actually relieved to get home so I could cook
Another issue was the sunbeds in the adults-only section. Most days, it was nearly impossible to find an available bed due to people reserving them with towels, despite not actually using them. We often had to sit by the family pool, which was much noisier, and even then, the sunbeds were placed too close together. On top of this, the adults-only pool had children swimming in it. They also charge a €10 deposit for beach towels, something I’ve not experienced elsewhere.
Some areas of the hotel are in need of renovation. The corridor on the 1st floor has a hole that looks like it leaks, there’s marks on the walls that need looking at , and the air conditioning in the reception and communal areas either needs improvement or should be added.
On a positive note, the staff were friendly, and the hotel is reasonably priced. The room was lovely . There’s a Spar shop nearby, but I recommend walking 20 minutes to the Mercadona for better prices and a wider selection. Also, there’s a great bar around the corner called Papaya that we’d recommend visiting.
The resort itself is very family friendly and we’d return there just not to this hotel
Renovated 2 years ago, there are details of the renovation that reveal the rush and lack of detail: badly cut sink paper, moisture in the bathroom, rusty screws, pencil marks on the wood.
The buffet food at both breakfast and dinner is generally low. Little attention to detail can be observed in the way fruit and cut sausages are presented. There are moments of crowds at dinner where staff are overwhelmed. Perhaps they would be solved by organizing two shifts. The air conditioning is not noticeable in the restaurant area which makes diners sweat while dining.
The room is bright and the mattresses are comfortable. The sinks are also spacious although they should be swept more often considering it is a beach hotel.
From the hotel you can access a beautiful little cove with sun loungers and umbrellas.
Rooms:
The rooms are very small. Almost impossible with a small child and an extra bed.
That's why our 4-month-old daughter slept in our bed.
The rooms were spruced up very cheaply. Self-adhesive wallpaper was used in the bathroom, but some of it is already peeling off due to the moisture.
Restaurant:
The restaurant is completely overcrowded
Far too cramped and far too loud.
You couldn't really talk to each other while eating.
From the second evening onwards we only ate separately because we didn't want to take our daughter to this restaurant.
That's not how you imagine your holiday.
Room cleaning:
The trash can was emptied and the bed was made. Nothing more and nothing less. Although we repeatedly asked for the bed linen to be changed because our daughter wet the bed, this was not done. We therefore slept in a dirty bed for 4 nights.
Sand on the floor, which is unfortunately difficult to avoid, was not removed
There was no toilet brush in the entire hotel and the toilet was not cleaned either. This service is simply bitter.
Elevators:
Out of 3 elevators, 2 worked at best.
However, it was usually only one, and that was in a hotel with 400 beds.
We sometimes waited 20 minutes before we could use the elevator with a stroller.
Parking and pool towels:
Parking costs €18 a day and changing the pool towels costs €1 per change.
Conclusion:
This hotel is a three-star hotel if anything. Price-performance ratio is not right. For almost €2000 a week you should be able to expect more.

We had booked an all-inclusive and a superior room with sea view and got a nice, very spacious, clean room with fantastic views. The walk-in closet and double shower were a luxury. You could see that the room had recently been given a new look.
The bed slept well.
We thought it was a great hotel, but certainly not worthy of 4 stars. The location is very beautiful. On a beautiful bay and within walking distance of the lively center. Beds on the beach are available for a fee and are rented out by an external party.
The beds at the seaview pool on the sea side of the terrace are already occupied by towels well before 7 a.m. This is despite the fact that there are more than enough beds, which explains why more than half of them are already in the shade around 3 p.m. The swimming pool on the fourth floor has no view and is often occupied by the kids. The pool bar closes early (5:30 PM) and in the evening there is only 1 bar open where the "animation" is. Until 00:00.
The dining room does not have an outside area (the a la carte restaurant does)
and the tables are very close together, which means there is narrow passage. The food is quite varied and delicious. When taking plates, there was regularly one that had not come out of the dishes clean. Staff almost all friendly. Good wine.
Our overall impression is that the hotel exudes little to no atmosphere, (even the animation team does not know how to enthuse), all in all a shame, with a few adjustments and finishing touches it could rightly get its stars.
We had a great holiday, not bad but certainly not good either.
Few Dutch, mostly English and Eastern Bloc tourists.

For the amount we paid, I was very underwhelmed by the hotel.
Good points:
Views were amazing
Was great to be so close to the beach
Location was excellent
Drinks were good ( but we were all inclusive plus)
Hotel areas were very clean
Always managed to get a sunbed easily
Bad points:
Rooms very small with not enough storage for everything
Balcony was small
Our cleaner didn’t clean. Made the bed and changed towels everyday only. Floor never swept or bathroom never cleaned. Balcony was filthy
Lifts were very slow and only 4 people can get in one at a time
All inclusive restaurant was like a school canteen. Very off putting. Food not labelled, so you have no idea what you’re eating. Breakfast was ok in there though, if you went early.
We tended to eat downstairs in the all inclusive plus area and went out a few times. Breakfast and lunch very good in the magic restaurant (all inclusive plus) but avoid the evening meal as portions were so small , you were still hungry even after 3 courses!!!
Don’t go all inclusive plus. Really not worth the extra money. Wish we’d saved our money and just done half board.
On check in, because it was busy, we were told they didn’t have time to explain everything to us… not very helpful!!
We didn’t get priority check in (with all inclusive plus) no beach towels on bed on arrival, robes were so small, they didn’t fit. No free gift (even after enquiring about this)
Hotel was ok on the whole, but would not return and felt was not worth the money we paid for the holiday.
Very underwhelming.. was not a 4 star hotel… should be classed as a 3 star!

There have been improvements over last year that we liked.
Regarding check-in, as always perfect with Eva short hair, makes us feel like vips. Check-out, made us the other Eva, perfect and fast.
The elevators... is what worries me most about this hotel... fail more than a fairground shotgun. This year I won't complain much... because every time one broke down, the next day it seemed operational... but I insist... they need a change, they are not elevators of a 4*...
We went with all inclusive plus. As novelties give you to choose from free experience the boat ride... or a 15 min massage!... In the end we didn’t catch any of the two... the boat is the usual one and for the massage our days passed... and we didn’t try it.
Another novelty is the sun lounger rental on the beach upon Reservation!... well, we were in the front rows every day we made use of them. I don't know if it's for that reason or what... but there were a lot more sunbed holes in the beach pool, other years it was impossible. The vip area of that pool was also quite decongested compared to other years.
Price of 10€ / pool towel that they return to you when they are delivered. With the plus you have free exchange of them if you want every day.
This year we have noticed more Spaniards in the hotel than in previous years.
Snaks from 11 to 18... repetitive, it's just a peck. On the beach only from 16 to 18, on the large pool from 11 to 16.
I don't see the subject of people coming through the face being Half Pension...
Plus bracelets more than delighted! That wonderful chip included that the same goes for you to open the door of the snaks as the door of the room. I love not having to watch if I forgot to pick up the card before leaving the room.
The parking has improved with the remote controls to open the traps of the squares... we got a 30 and a half square... we had to find it hitting the button until a trap will drop... they didn't have the number on the ground (I don't think it costs much to improve this, right?)
Price of 20 € deposit that you return when you return the controller.
Place rental price for the plus is free.
This year's highlight... is taken by Magical restaurant! It's to stay and live there.
Breakfasts a la carte, a little buffet and if there's not something... they get it. With its squeezed orange natula juices... its bar machine coffees (not button buffet)...
A la carte lunches and dinners that let you make a Reservation a day... it’s like eating from a starred restaurant. I found nothing wrong or passable... it was all great!
A 10 for the restaurant and all its workers... esti and flor (the almost twin waitresses), and the other 2 that I do not remember their names, a thousand forgiveness. And the cooks must be given a monument!
I don't want to forget all those waiters who didn't let us pass a drop of thirst... iñaki, abraham, ali, Maria, Diego,... to Darwin at the buffet... thank you very much to everyone and those who forgot the name.
Thanks for this vacation.
