Marsenses Natura Olea Hotel is celebrated for its tranquil and refined atmosphere, with rooms that guests describe as both tastefully decorated and immaculate. Although some have mentioned the vibe in certain places could use a little more life, the consensus is one of relaxation. The hotel's location earns high marks for its easy access to beaches and local attractions, making it a convenient choice for many travelers. The staff's friendly and attentive service is often highlighted, adding a personal touch that enhances guests' experiences. However, some guests feel that the additional charges for amenities like towels and sunbeds detract from the hotel's overall value. While the breakfast is seen as a good deal, opinions are mixed regarding the need for updates and additional space in the amenities offered. Cleanliness is a standout feature across the hotel, although the consistency of housekeeping services sometimes falls short of expectations. The rooms are generally praised for their modern comforts, though minor updates and more storage options would be welcomed by some visitors.

We have been coming Cala d’Or for years and this was one of our favourite holidays. The hotel, pools and facilities were brilliant. This suited us as a couple as the pool was lovely and quiet, they allowed inflatables and there was a bar that played music in the afternoon giving it a nice vibe. We had a 11pm flight which I was dreading, however the shower facilities at the hotel were brilliant and available for everyone to use. I would 100% recommend the breakfast - priced at €10 each (for adults), it was amazing value for money and extremely high quality. Only 2 minutes walk to the beach, 20 minute walk to the main square and 30 minute walk to the marina too making it a great spot. We actually preferred it to our previous hotel near the square as it was quieter at night. Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

As this is a new hotel, there are a few things I believe that could be improved, although this didn’t affect our stay at all.

The ‘VIP’ pool was only available for A block. Most of the sunbeds were empty and it would have been nice for all to access. The room was lacking a couple of essentials which would have made things a little easier. For example a brush and shovel as the floor got covered with sand and the maids didn’t sweep up for the entirety of the stay leaving the floor uncomfortable to stand on (were clean freaks). We would have also liked washing up liquid to wash up. The pool did a BBQ on Sunday followed by games - this was great. They also did aqua aerobics which got lots of people involved. The bar however is quite throughout the day and it would have been nice if they offered a happy hour to increase business.

Will definitely be coming back to this hotel - would highly recommend for younger or older couples wanting a relaxing holiday in a great spot.

Super hotel close to the beach but away from the crowds. A 15-minute walk from the center or the harbor. Everything is renovated and clean everywhere, really like in the pictures. Friendly staff, especially Angel and George. Also very nice that it is not massive. At breakfast you order hot dishes and drinks from the waiter, which ensures fine service and no snatching in bins. I would definitely recommend coming here!

Excellent experience, first meeting at the reception with the well-known and friendly "George" , I must say that in person he is a thousand times more charismatic, suuuu super friendly giving a cordial welcome and makes everything feel like being at home from the beginning, helping with tips, suggestions and open to any news that might present during the stay, the whole staff makes everything super pleasurable: Alba (housekeeper), Angel in the part of the Bar-Restaurant (excellent), Rebeca (manager) super attentive, the girl in the reception of the afternoon (I forgot her name) equally and others that at this moment I must give all my sincerest thanks for making our stay sufficient reason to return to Mallorca and the hotel that gladly welcomed us for the days of our stay. The building/tower we chose to stay was the "A" with private pool, recommended to all who want a little more relaxing time, the room has everything necessary and basic for the stay, impeccable towels, everything very clean, comfortable beds, the terrace to enjoy, quiet atmosphere in the vicinity of the hotel, and very close to some nice beaches/coves, restaurants, etc. a few minutes walk, small supermarkets a few steps away, everything very convenient and a general atmosphere of the area quite relaxed if you want to be a little away from the "tourist massage" , would return without hesitation for a moment. Thank you thank you thank you

We are currently staying at Marsenses Natura Olea as a family of 3.
The pool area is nice but space is limited. There aren’t many sun loungers and this would be a problem during peak summer time. The sun loungers are also lacking any cushioning, making them uncomfortable to lay on.
If you are travelling with small children, there is not much for them to do here as there is no kids pool/playground. Accessibility has also been an issue with a pushchair. Although there are lifts to the rooms, there are a lot of steps to get in and out of the hotel and not many ramps.

Breakfast at the hotel has been ok but seems somewhat limited. There isn’t much choice in terms of fresh fruits, breads, yogurts etc and it can take the staff some time to replenish when items have run out. I’m not sure if this is always the case or because we are coming to the end of the season. Any hot food items have to be ordered, which is not ideal with an impatient toddler.

Pool towels require a 10 euro deposit per towel and these can be collected from reception. Sun beds at the beach also require payment.

The room is fine and the beds are comfortable but there a few things that could do with updating. There is rust on the shower head and mould on the sealant. The bathroom overall looks tired and not what you would expect from a 4 star hotel that hasn’t been open long. There is no air conditioning in the bedroom, just in the seating area. There is no information in the room regarding the hotel/local area etc. We were also surprised there is no phone in the room to contact reception, housekeeping etc. When my husband queried this with reception, he was told there are no phones as people just use mobile phone these days.

Housekeeping has been hit and miss and its frequency seems to depend on the number of nights you’re staying. My toddlers bedsheet has not been changed in the 4 nights we have been here, every though there are clearly marks on there. Disappointing.

The location of the hotel is great as there are a lot of restaurants within walking distance. However with the choice of hotels in the area, I don’t think we would return to Marsenses Natura Olea.

Very disappointing experience. We have previously stayed at the Mar hotel which was really good so we looked forward to visiting this newly renovated hotel. Already when we got into the room we were disappointed: 5 hooks for clothes and 3 shelves for a family of 4. One curtain in the living room where the children were to sleep was missing, the toilet could not rinse out. The cistern button had stuck so my husband had to fix it with a knife late in the evening. The window in the bathroom lacked a screw and fell off the hinges when we opened it. The apartment was supposed to be fully equipped, but we lacked: toasts, frying pan, pot box, bowl, kitchen knife, lid for the only pot that was in the closet, wine glass. Yes, the cabinets were pretty empty. On the balcony were only 2 chairs for 4 people! The pool area seemed disadvantaged with a small empty pool or jacuzzi where the tiles lay loose and sent a bad signal, just like there were melted trash cans at the pool and the abandoned building that previously housed a restaurant, and has reception to Cala Ferrerra apt. stands and looks like a ghost. High prices in the bar for food and beverages also draw down, as well as the fact that there were only 36 sunbeds for 70 apartments, is under all criticism. There could be more. Positive was that there was quite quiet by the pool. Either no music or low-power music from the pool bar. It was nice and relaxing. It can be stressful with loud pop music the day long and entertainment at the pool. The location is great, but I do not think that this hotel should have opened this year when it was NOT done with the renovation and updating of the apartments and the pool area. Sad, because it could be really good. A day without hot water and a restaurant that wasn't open.

The hotel is in a quiet location but within easy walking distance to the beach and main strip where there are a variety of restaurants. The Harbour id 1/2 hour walk away where there are more restaurants. It is a little hilly in places, and the hotel has steps as its built into a hillside.
The room was clean and comfortable and there were several places to but groceries locally.
The staff are helpful and friendly, and any issues dealt with immediately eg when we had no water, maintainance were onto it straight away and it was sorted with minimal disruption.

This is a real gem of a hotel. It is very modern and beautifully presented. I think it may be better than many in the area. There is a lovely pool and the staff are helpful and friendly. It is not noisy, as it is on the peripherals. The nearest beach is seconds away and has amenities like food, drink, toilets, shade, paddle boards etc, plus you can get a boat trip from here to see dolphins and other coves. The hotel has a stretch of forest next to it up to the mountains, for reaching views. You may need a taxi to the Marina and main strip if you do not want to walk in the heat but only about 6 euros. I would avoid the closest Spar as prices were hiked for tourists. The best shopping for self-catering is in the large supermarket at the Marina. There are many beaches that are close and worth a visit. Generally, it was good for sun lounger availability as the hotel policy is to not reserve loungers, although some people may need polite reminding. The vibe at the pool and cafe bar is chilled and relaxing with music in the backdrop, for most of the day. The apartments are well-designed, spacious and contemporary. I recommend this wonderful hotel. We are a family of four and it helped make our holiday perfect. Huge thank you to all who work there.

A very nice and beautiful hotel. The receptionist is a very friendly and enthusiastic woman who does her job very well. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and clean. You can choose between daily cleaning or cleaning every few days, which is very convenient. Delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options on the menu. The pool is clean and pleasantly cool, with plenty of lounge chairs. There’s a pool bar with a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. You can also have lunch at the bar, with a varied menu and very tasty food. Additionally, the staff is very kind and friendly. They always take the time for a chat and are happy to help you. They make your stay even more enjoyable.

Newly refurbished hotel apartments.
Very good location, 2 mins walk from the beach, 10 mins walk to the main restaurant and bar area in town.
Rooms are well set out to a high standard.
Two pools, one a good size and available to all, second a VIP pool for the rooms around it.
Lots of space around both.
The staff are top-notch, always ready to help, from the reception to the bar and restaurant staff and also the maid's.
They go above and beyond to make your stay the best it can be.
The food was excellent. Had the cooked breakfast 4 days out of 7, very nice choice, pluse continental buffet included.
Bar meals were again a very high standard, more like a good quality restaurant than a bar meal.
All questions and problems were dealt with immediately.
A very well run establishment.
Highly recommend it.

MarSenses Natura Olea Hotel is a perfect holiday spot if you want a chill, relaxing getaway. The rooms are spacious, modern, and really cozy, with comfy beds and nice balconies where you can sit out and just enjoy the views. The pool area is super, it is very clean and calming, it feels like a little hidden oasis with all the greenery around. You could easily spend the whole day there, either lounging in the sun or just hanging out by the pool with a drink. Plenty of loungers, so you never feel cramped, and the whole space has this peaceful vibe that’s perfect for unwinding. The staff here is fantastic too! They’re friendly, helpful, and just genuinely nice people. You can ask them anything, and they’re quick with tips on places to check out or even just little details to make your stay better. Angel was amazing at making our cocktails he knew how to make them perfectly and made the experience so comfortable and enjoyable. The food is also a win. Breakfast has tons of options fresh fruit, pastries, cooked dishes whatever you’re in the mood for, whilst you can also sit down and order from the menu that has lots of options, my personal favourite was the bacon, scrambled eggs and beans. Location wise, it’s perfect. You’re close enough to the beaches and Cala D’or’s cute little town centre, so you can walk over easily to explore or grab a drink, but the hotel still feels like a peaceful escape. It’s a perfect blend of laid-back, lively, and romantic. This hotel is absolutely amazing! Perfect for anyone looking to unwind but still have access to fun spots nearby. I’d go back in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone needing a refresh!
