Booked this hotel with a couple of friends, we all had our own rooms the price we paid we thought was very good.
We were all inclusive, which worked well. The rooms are were exactly what you would expect from a 3 star hotel in Majorca, basic, but clean and functional. They were cleaned and tidied every day.
We thought the idea of a chip in your wristband for your room key was a clever idea, you could never get locked out of your room. You also swiped your wristband when entering the restaurant and when being given alcohol from the bars.
The food again was what you would expect form a 3 star, all acceptable and we thought there was plenty of choice.
There are 3 pools at this hotel, but one has been shut for a long time and the other 2 are quite small and all week we never managed to get a lounger around the pool which we assumed was the main pool by the entertainment area. We always used the pool by the grassed area.
Evening entertainment was good fun on a couple of evenings when the staff did the quiz, It was a right good laugh, the entertainment staff work so hard. As do all the staff that work here, big shout out to kelly at the main bar, always a smile and friendly, and to Daniel at the pool bar. (buenos dias mi amigo como estas)
I feel sometimes people expect a 5 star hotel for 3 star prices, you get what you pay for in my opinion.
we liked the hotel being close to the beach, which is literally a 5 min walk through the underpass..
We enjoyed our week here, even though the weather was not brilliant.
Would we stay again? Maybe one day.

Don’t believe the negatives about this hotel. I went alone for a month in October and can absolutely recommend it. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. I have mobility issues and they moved my room when the lift was out of order, as I have problem with stairs. The food was good and well presented, not left to dry out or not replaced for the last 30 or so minutes. They were still putting fresh food out with only 10 minutes left of meal times. Something for everyone, you certainly won’t starve. Rooms and all public areas were clean and well presented. I would suggest that hand sanitisers were installed in the restaurant, as all mealtimes are buffet style. Didn’t affect me as I took my own to use before eating. All the staff were hard working, especially in the restaurant. They were quick and efficient and remained friendly, despite some diners leaving tables and surrounding areas in a dreadful state. All in all, I would recommend this hotel for value for money and great staff. Will definitely be returning.

1 week stay in a 1bed apt with pool view. Family, 3 adults 1 child. Arrived at around 10 pm and was checked in by the friendly and funny Miguel, was quick check in and he gave us a map with directions to our room which was very easy to follow and find. Adults got a wristband that opens room and gates around the perimeter,making it very safe.Towels changed daily and room cleaned, beds done every 2 days. Can jump in the pool, just no diving. Room was nice, TV, kettle, toaster,fridge,hairdryer. Aircon was very good,we turned it off sometimes n got a lovely breeze with windows open. Nice and quiet on a night, we were right next to the cockerels and chickens but they didn't bother us, quite funny to watch and feed! Cant comment on the entertainment as we went out around the centre on a night as so close and great atmosphere. Beach location is on the doorstep, that's why we booked and we were pleasantly surprised with the hotel. When we were leaving we weren't getting picked up until 1.30pm, checked out at 10.45am and was told we could put our bags in secure room and use the hotel facilities until pick up as we arrived late.We have holidayed in majorca, alover for 26 years in self catering and AI and we would definitely book here again. Don't be put off by over the top bad reviews, if you're not happy with what you're given then ask for a change, we found all the staff very helpful and friendly on a daily basis! Its 3 star!!!!! We attended as a couple for our yearly holiday and we were very shocked at the hotel. Firstly the cleanliness is very average. Our wardrobe had a missing door, our toilet seat was broken and we kept trapping in our legs in the seat as it was coming down while we were seated. The bed was on wheels and looked like a hospital bed. Tiles were discoloured, looks as if they had not been cleaned in a while. Lamp fixtures were dusty and broken. The curtain that was covering our doors to the balcony was broken and hanging off at the top. There was bunk beds in our room however we booked a double room. These were also broken. The shower did not have any running water and no running water in the sink, when we called reception they advised us that we needed to bring our stuff down to the reception and we needed to use the communal shower room, when we went down to reception for our shower there was also many others wating in the reception area for a shower also. Coming on holiday we do not expect to be sharing a communal shower we expect to be using a shower in our room that we have paid for. When it come to a few days before checking out we asked if we could keep the room on a little longer as our flight was not until the evening, they advised us that we need to come back the day before we were told that we can not extend the room times as they were fully booked and had others checking in. The food in the hotel was not very good noting was fresh, not much selection for vegans or vegetarians. (We booked all inclusive). The images that are advertised are false as a lot of the nicer areas of the hotel were section off and you could not use. We did not allow this to ruin our holiday but when you have paid for false advertisement. It is very disappointing.

Trying to put this straight because I can be writing here for days! So for those who are planning to visit this hotel - PLESE DON’T! 🚨For those like us I feel So sorry 😢 Technically the worst hotel you can imagine. Food disgusting 🤮, all meat was rotten and smelly, rotten chicken 🐔 don’t know how my son survived. Same s*** every day and trust me all meats are rotten, be very careful and don’t eat! Basically nothing to eat! Restaurant is terrible! Pool inside dirty you can’t see inside and the bottom, no where to set not that is worth it. Every single furniture in this place called “hotel” was different and damaged. Everything is so so old! Very bad looked after, dodgy people are starting there like the ones trying to sell you things on the streets- had no problems with them though. Very strange and bad smell in the whole place, not a single tile that is not broken or chipped. No fridges in the rooms, bath towels ripped, nowhere to hang your wet swimsuit, towel etc on the balcony, no dressing table as huge tv on it, beach towels you need to pay €17 for one ☝️ (10 deposit and €7 for them to treat them selfs🤣) of course you need to be out of your mind as for €7 you can buy your owne towel and take home. Just ridiculous 😡 In the bar ( if can be called bar😀) I had one drink for my 14 nights stay and they asked me to scan so they can keep a track how much I am drinking , maybe they will charge me extra over my all inclusive, not so sure🤷🏻♀️ List goes on and on like I said noise everything was bad,bad ! I want to just to forget this trip.

After reading the reviews, I had no inflated expectations, as I try to be as positive as possible. I arrived early in the morning after a late flight; one man in reception was a bit swamped by the few guests that had arrived, so check-in was relatively slow. We were told there was food in the restaurant for us, which turned out to be bread, cheese and meat with flies landing frequently on it. There was no staff, and the tables were dirty with empty plates and cups. I tried the drinks; soft drinks were fine. This initial impression did nothing to reassure me. Then, we went to the room, which was sufficient in size for what we needed. There was a tiny bath with a shower. The water was nice and hot; the bathroom was clean but dated; the shower gel was empty, although this was filled two days later. The tiny bin in the bathroom did not open unless it was being priced open. The room itself at the outset looked clean, but my dress dropped in the wardrobe and got covered in dust bunnies. There was no bin in the main room. I did not class our balcony as private as advertised as we were directly next to and at eye level to the bridge that joins the building, so we had to keep our curtains closed the whole week as people crossing the bridge could see directly into our room. We both found this quite uncomfortable, as most people instinctively looked. Cleaners came in most days to change the sheets and towels, as in most hotels. Now to the food, I am not fussy and have eaten at many hotels, but unfortunately, this is what let this hotel down; I could not eat it; the food was tepid and warm, left a horrible aftertaste, there was the limited selection, and the food was the same all week. I paid for all-inclusive but ate out every day. Sometimes, I would have tea and a piece of toast, but we could not face the food, and on occasions when we went down, we found some restaurant staff members quite rude and dismissive. However, we found some reception staff members helpful and accommodating. As for the pools, I only saw two, one of which was closed off. The hotel did not look like the pictures on the jet2 website and needed a complete overhaul and update.
Unfortunately, I won't ever return to this hotel, but the local area is lovely with many shops. The resort comes alive in the evening with cocktail bars and some lovely restaurants.

When we returned to the hotel and wanted to eat something during dinner time, we were humiliated in front of the other guests by the rude head waiter. By the way, the tables are cleaned with the same cloth that is used to wipe the floor. And that for almost €600! That's pure rip-off and an outrage.
Hotel/rooms: The hotel is occupied by around 70-80% older guests who spend their all-inclusive vacation here. Everything is old, run down and in a disgusting state. It stinks everywhere. Ants run back and forth in the rooms. The walls are very poorly insulated and you can hear every noise. There are no full-length mirrors. The beds are not comfortable at all; you can't sleep if you wake up with pain all over.
Overall, I can only strongly advise anyone not to book this hotel!

6 of us came for a girls holiday and we loved it! Being a young group we did worry we may cause disturbance to others after reading reviews, but we found that the staff and other customers didn’t mind at all, and we were welcomed warmly! we could have music on in the rooms and stayed up late with no complaints. We aren’t a rowdy group but not quiet either!
Large hotel with loads of pools with only one of which was not open due to it being near the dining hall.
Entertainment team were absolutely amazing, even though we are all older teens, we really enjoyed the sports activities and also the helpfulness of the entertainment staff! Shout out to Alexander, Niels, Zoe and Aitor! They have lots of activities from early morning till late evening and catered for all ages, and the staff were so friendly and accommodating!
The rooms were clean and had more than enough space, we booked studio rooms for three people in each one and we were comfortable, the air conditioning wasn’t the best however, the reception offered fans for us! Reception staff were incredibly helpful as well as bar staff, especially the lady on the pool bar (forgot her name) and the lifeguards, especially the blonde lady! The pool can get busy, however, there’s more than enough sunbeds, just as long as you can find a space to place them! One thing to mention is the child’s pool is saltwater, but not as salty is the sea.
Food wasn’t the worst, but could be improved, we have a nut allergy and a vegetarian in our party and found that things were not labelled correctly, so both had to skip out on quite a few dishes that they may have been able to eat if labelled correctly. A pizza labelled four cheese did have meat in it, and deserts were not labelled for nuts, but other than that the food was okay, but we do understand it is a three star hotel! The all inclusive drinks were great! The six drink limit isn’t in the area which was a nice surprise! You can only get two drinks at a time, but it wasn’t really much of a problem as the bars are close to the pools! All inclusive drinks and at 11, but you can still buy drinks after. Cups are a euro but you do get that back when you hand it in at the end, and the dining hall has glasses! Staff in the dining room did get annoyed at us for moving a table inside but was easily fixed, however, don’t move the tables inside as you will get dirty looks from the staff. There is other the options for lunch, in the bar area that are toasties and by the pool we had burgers for lunch, which was a nice change from the dining hall!
We weren’t able to extend checkout because they were fully booked, but they provide a shower room and let you use the facilities while you wait for your transfer which we thought was really nice as our transfer wasn’t until 5 pm. And again reception, bar and entertainment staff kept us busy!
Location was great many bars and restaurants nearby, as well as only being a two minute walk from the beach!

Holiday booked via easy jet & arrived at hotel about 6 pm.we was told to go to restaurant & get dinner if we wanted it & when we see the choice of food we could see straight away that we would end up eating out in the evenings at least as the choice of food was not good & certainly not good quality or presentation but we was hungry so we had salad & made up some rools to fill us up.we then went back to reception to get our cases & went to find our food that was on the first floor.On our way to our room I see a piece of paper on the lift door informing people the lift was out of order(this seems to be a constant repetitive issue that is always cropping up on reviews for this establishment) but on our arrival of our room we was amazed on how bad the condition of the room was!.We had no wardrobe doors & in the bathroom there was a window that wouldn't in fact lock but because we was on the ground floor it's a security issue because we have our personal belongings inside & if something was taken would our insurance cover us considering the room was nit secure.On the brochure it showed a sofa in our room but this was not in our room.The water pressure in shower is ok if you shower at 6am?? But if you shower at say 8am you will certainly be disappointed as the water just trickles out of the taps & shower head & this is certainly a common problem & a hot topic along with the food quality from a lot of the guests.I would say we spent about £450 extra on this holiday buying evening meals & a couple of drinks most evenings & considering it was all inclusive it made the holiday much more expensive & I wish we paid more money for a hotel where we could have had food in the evenings that was edible.The breakfast food was OK & the burgers salads around the pool were OK but again very repetitive.The entertainment during the day was very limited & definitely low budget but that is not there fault because like the hotel itself it needs major investment to bring it up to date.If you are reading this because you are thinking of booking this hotel please don't think perhaps I'm being too picky because I have had many all inclusive holidays in hotels of 3 star that have been really good but this place is most definitely the worst all inclusive hotel I have ever been in so please bear in mind that if you are elderly or have difficulty walking the lift was out of use throughout the 10 days we was there & if you look at previous reviews this lift problem kerps repeating & in the 30 degrees heat this could be an issue.I raised complaints to the hotel manager on 2 occasions about the above issues but he kept telling me that the lift was old & it was very difficult to get parts for it!! & he thought the food was OK!.I also reported my issues with the jet 2 rep whilst at the hotel who said she would talk to someone about my complaint & I now I am back home I have raised my complaint officially with jet 2 who should really look at this hotel & send someone there as a guest just to see how bad this place is that they recommend.I would like to add that the staff at this hotel work really hard & are friendly so my review is definitely not aimed at them.

We booked as a quick getaway with low expectations. I should imagine we won't be able to afford this place next year! Yes it's 3* hotel and bits are tired. But the location is 5*, fall out of bed to the beach, walking distance to harbour and other beautiful beaches, shops and restaurants a plenty great town it has everything. The hotel is kept to its best. Great shared space/public areas, all-inclusive you won't go hungry or thirsty, I like swapping a euro for a plate or a cup it ensured you sat at uncluttered space with no ones left overs. The hotel Manager lady name started with M was so helpful when we had a small issue with the safe. The entertainment team work so hard and are great fun to be around (Niels and Zoe). Evening entertainment was good too. All the staff worked so hard to ensure they give you a great holiday and always with a smile and Hola and I am very grateful and thank you very much. We shall hopefully be back next May, I need to go back already!

We didn’t put a deposit down we paid in full it depends which airline/company you book with the cheapest is usually love holidays but please choose a different hotel it’s very disappointing and food is not edible
There are more places to choose from in the Cala d'Or area.
