Our 5th visit and already looking forward to returning again this September.The management team of Maria and husband Guyan together with the administration manager Margalida are fabulous, nothing is too much trouble. The apartments are all privately owned with the owners renting out a portion of the season. This contributes to a homely feel as opposed to a hotel bedroom situation. The setting is as it's aptly named, 'Park on the Sea'.Beautiful grounds overlooking the Mediterranean Sea waves crashing against the rocky coastline beneath the grounds and pools, tranquility ! The restaurant is superb, with a half board deal of dinner and breakfast at 30 euros fabulous value with everything you could wish for, cooked , pastries ,and fruits. Also a fabulous selection of desserts in the evening. Housekeeping is top class also, so all in all perfection. Cala Egos is a relatively small and uncommercialisd small area in the Cala D'or district, so if its hectic nightlife then it's not going to be the place for you. Perfection in regards to chilling out and returning with your batteries recharged . 1ST CLASS IN EVERY REGARDS!

Having returned from our second visit this year,once again absolutely brilliant time,in the capable hands of the management team of Maria and Gayan. The complex iin Cal a Egos is second to none, and we feel like it's our second home.We do go to other places ,mainland Spain and the Canary islands in particular but our Special ! hooray place is the tranquil park on the sea ( Parque Mar ). Nothing is to much trouble for the staff,including Margalida and Sandra on reception.The cleaning and maintenance staff are superb,the grounds are immaculate. Spending time in the heated swimming pool overlooking the Mediterranean sea ,watching the boats pass by is a totally relaxing experience.The restaurant both buffet and ala carte is great value, with a variety of fresh fruits and pastries together with a fabulous selection of dresses ,as well as themed evenings featuring menu choices from around the world.All the apartments are privately owned ,so it's far removed from the hotel bedroom experience and indeed the different types of properties make it stand out from a standard aparthotel type of venue.We can't wait to return next year ,June is already booked and September is a matter of organising the flights before confirming. Tranquil,relaxing way to recharge your batteries,and great value ,First Class !

Beautiful complex in a stunning location. Huge pool for families, kids seemed to be having a great time. Smaller (tranquil) salt water pool that looks out over the sea, it's warm and beautiful. It's a pity that people are allowed to do the usual and reserve sun beds and leave them for the day but that's human nature I suppose. No shortage of other beds around the grounds. Rented a superior apartment that had air con, it didn't work fantastically in the bedroom but without it would have been horrendous in the July heat. Apartment was small but had everything we needed including a shower with great pressure. All staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful, especially snack bar staff.

Love for Parque Mar, it was our third time and this time with baby (1). Parque Mar is an oasis of tranquility in what is for us too touristy Cala Dor. The apartments are all beautifully situated with a view of the sea and some with a garden. It is all beautifully maintained and gives off the ultimate holiday vibe. However, two small minuses, 1. a large number of apartments are now really dated. Some establishments are so old-fashioned that it is difficult to get a holiday feeling. 2. they charge extra money for everything, air conditioning, parking in the shade, even for a (table) fan. missed opportunity!

The site is extremely well maintained by the gardeners and the cleaning staff all to a very high standard. There are 2 swimming pools, a large one which is cool and a smaller heated one. There are wonderful views over the sea. Very impressively maintained.

This year again for the 6th time but this park. Always have a great time here! The garden is super nice and always well maintained, rooms are cleaned every other day, pools are clean and good temperature (even in October), nearby is plenty to do, staff is super friendly, enough cots and enough shade, fun entertainment (even a kids club). The only “point” about the park is that the rooms are sometimes a bit “detailed”, I don’t think this is a disadvantage because you’re really only outside anyway. Parque Mar remains one of my favorite accommodations. An absolute must for young and old!

This was our second holiday at Parque Mar and we will return again in the future I am sure. It occupies a beautiful part of the coastline with immaculate gardens. The staff are very friendly and the pools are wonderful. I like that the accommodation is self contained so you have privacy but with the advantages of a resort. The apartments are a 2 minute walk to a nearby spar and only 5 minutes from the strip in Cala Egos. Around 20 minute walk to the marina and 10 minute walk to beach. cons I would say are that not every apartment has air con (definitely needed high season). Apartments could do with some cleaning products. More sun loungers could be added to pool area and night time entertainment could be updated perhaps but overall this resort is an excellent choice for both families and couples in the cala dor/egos area if you want to stay away from high rise all inclusive resorts.

The resort is perched just by the sea edge so the views from everywhere are spectacular.
The rooms are spacious and clean and have a lovely Spanish feel to the decor. The pool is placed next to the bar/restaurant so even if you want to relax and have a drink you can still watch the kids. I was lucky enough that both my kids (7 and 12) were at the right age for the main pool, but there is a small toddler pool around the corner. The staff were friendly and efficient so a pleasure to deal with. I can't say anything negative about our wonderful stay at Parque Mar!

Charming place well located, magnificent sea view park with access by ladder, one of the swimming pools has heated sea water (appreciable in April)
Very attentive and pleasant welcome (small problem upon arrival of reservation quickly resolved)

Super nice place. Lovely pool, garden and view. We lived in both an apartment and a villa, both really good homes. Everything is clean and tidy. We received fantastic service throughout the holiday. The employee is simply sweet and very service minded. This summer was the 3rd time we visited ParqueMar and we will definitely be back.
