Absolutely perfect base ,2mins stroll to a wonderful beach and 5mins stroll to all the bars and restraunts . This lovely little typical spanish family run and owned hotel is kept spotlessly clean the rooms are comfy maid service every day Mario senior and junior and Mario seniors wife run everything ellse from breakfast to bar service . Me and my Wife Jeanie had a wonderfull time and couldnt find a fault . breakfast menu changes daily and has something to suit all tastes .The hotel is perfectly positioned just a short stroll from everything but peacefully quite on night . Thank you so much Mario senior and Mario junior and all the fammily for a perfect stay . Hopefully see you agian next year . Neil and Jeanie . P.S hope Maio senior has recovered from his operation .

We stayed here for a week in mid October and had a great time. Yes, the hotel is basic but it is clean with very comfortable beds and has everything you need. Our room was cleaned every morning and we had clean towels every other day. The breakfast was nice with different options each day such as croissants, cereal, toasties, scrambled eggs on toast etc... Young Mario was very pleasant and made us laugh each morning. He worked extremely hard and always tried to help with anything we needed. The location is perfect for exploring Cala D'Or ...just across the road from steps down to the beach and 5 mins up the hill into town for the shops and restaraunts. Really lovely town. The pool area is very pleasant and clean. We only swam in it once as we prefer the sea. We had great weather too so had a really enjoyable time. The only negative for us was that we had some extremely inconsiderate neighbours who kept us awake at night as the walls are very thin. And some more lights at the entrance may help as it's very dark up the front steps, especially when arriving late with bags. But all in all we enjoyed our stay very much. Gracias.

What an absolutely amazing find. I absolutely love this hotel. If you like swanky white modern soul less big brand hotels, with all the free shower gels and soaps, then this probably isn't the place for you. If you want a true Spanish feel, with authentic Spanish decor , includimg the traditional green shutters, and true Spanish hospitality, including you breakfast cooked to order every morning then this is the place to be. Oasis d'or is literally 100 yards from the beach and less than 5 minutes in either direction you can find bars, shops and restaurants. The only downside was the sunbeds aren't great and the WiFi doesn't seem to extend to the pool area, but neither of these things would stop me from coming back

Wasn’t 100% sure what to expect but loved our stay in a very typically Spanish bed&breakfast. Totally family run, Mario senior, Mario junior and their wives were always helpful and attentive. Location is across the road from the beach, great pool area, always chairs and sun beds available. The included breakfast was fresh to order from the daily menu, drinks and lunchtime menu very reasonable and good. First impression of the room was perhaps a little dated, but all in perfect order and spotlessly clean with a nice powerful and warm shower. As there is no AC I would recommend you hire a fan from the hotel and purchase a mosquito plug in if you wish to have your windows open, a few in the hotel had been bitten a few times, but they seemed to stay away from me this time. Totally value for money, thank you for a lovely holiday.

Me and my partner always stay in budget hotels however we must say this one is one of the poorest we have stayed in. the good points about this hotel are the location is absolutely perfect close to the beach and town and another good point Strangely enough the shower is really great at holding the temperature as these kind of places normally the showers are cold after seconds but to be honest other than that the staff are helpful I guess but the breakfast situation due to COVID-19 is really slow you have to wait five minutes before you go and get your temperature checked let alone being seated at a table. But to be honest that’s understandable with COVID-19. In our opinion the main thing that let this hotel down was the cleaners and the lack of work they did, we dropped a glass the first night in the bedroom and we got the main big bits up however on day nine the little chunks of glass were still remaining in the same place not been touched, Two days the cleaners did not even come, they did not Change the sheets in 10 days we are sweating too high heavens due to no Aircon in the rooms we even stripped our beds one morning so the cleaners knew to change them and they put the dirty ones back on the bed, we always understand you get what you pay for but the cleaners as I said really let the place down as they don’t seem to do a lot here. But if you are not bothered about cleanliness of your room this ideally is the place to come however we will not be booking it again.

This was my first adult holiday and my first to Mallorca and it did not disappoint. Oasis D’or is a typical Spanish hotel (way better than a hostal) It’s a basic cosy hotel. Having lived in Spain for years it felt like a traditional Spanish home. The location is amazing, central and easy to find the only thing I would say is the lighting in the evening out the front, it was never on and when you’re coming back late it’s too dark. The room was basic but clean. The balcony was private which was really nice. The pool area was clean and had plenty of sun beds and shade. I had one of the best piña coladas of my holiday made by the female owner. The breakfast was plentiful and enough variety each day. The dining area was clean and always laid out each morning for breakfast. The waiter was friendly and always spoke to me in Spanish which I appreciated. There is a front terrace which is very spacious with plenty of seating to enjoy a few drinks. There is parking out the front however the driveway is steep and if you’re planning on going out a lot you may get blocked in but there is parking round the back and there is a rear gate through the pool area. Overall this is a lovely little hotel and we would definitely stay again and have already recommended to friends and family.

Fabulous location. Literally across the road from the cala gran beach. Centrally located near restaurants and a short walk away from the marina. Booked this accommodation at a low price, last minute. It ticked all our boxes. Very cleanandxdvfn had our beds made daily! Our bedroom had 3 single beds with a good sized bathroom and shower in the bath. Lovely pool view. Option to hire a fan @ 2.50 Euros per night. We stayed bed and breakfast. Before allowed in the restaurant covid safety measures were adhered to, our temperatures checked and hand wash available. Very reassuring. Breakfast menu changed daily. We placed our order at our table and it was brought to us. Always tasted great. The pool area was always nice and quiet with most guests preferring to use the beach. The bar was a lovely terraced area at the front of the hotel The drinks were very reasonably priced. Staff all friendly and welcoming. A great budget hotel. Really pleased with the price paid. The only thing which may make this better is having a kettle and fridge in the room. But it is what you expect when you book room only. We are regular travellers and have a travel blog.

We stayed here for a week for my birthday and absolutely loved it we had our temperature took every morning because of the pandemic and for that reason the resort was quiet. The lovely Cala gran is just 2 minutes away and a lovely little pub what is run by Pedro who happens to be mario cousin who helps run the oasis is next door also there are many places to eat and drink close by. This resort as a lovely community feel about it and are very friendly and helpful I would recommend any one to stay here for a lovely cheap clean holiday with the added bonus that the family who run this gem help make you feel safe and welcome Thank you for a lovely stay

What wonderful little family run Hostel. Only 22 rooms but wasn't fully booked, so made this holiday feel like we were being looked after personally. Typically Spanish style accommodation - basic but lovely. Literally 2 mins to nearest beach and 15 mins either way to two others beaches, all set in lovely surroundings. A 15 minute stroll to lots of lovely restaurants - we never had a bad meal at all. I cannot praise the family at the Hostel enough. A special thank you to Papa Mario, his wife Maria and their son Mario - you are wonderful hosts and we would most definitely be returning. Thank you

Made very welcome from arrival to departure by the lovely family who run this small but perfectly located hotel. Immaculate guest rooms, linen changed daily if you leave the card on the door asking for it to be refreshed. Breakfast is simple but effective and changes daily. Bring your own travel kettle as these are not provided however there is a Spar 2 minutes away on the same road for coffee and snacks etc So near the beach it is brilliant. A few minutes walk up the hill into town. No lift but not too many stairs to the first floor so manageable for those able to climb a single flight. A very happy time here and we will return to the Oasis D'Or.
