Just returned from a week in Mallorca and stayed at hotel Rupid, what a lovely experience. This small, adult only hotel is perfect for a quiet relaxing holiday in Cala D’or. Fantastic location in a quiet area, minutes from the centre of everything that is going on. The bedrooms are clean and freshly renovated although the soundproofing in not great! Beds are comfortable and rooms are serviced adequately. Breakfast is very good with a lovely choice of hot and cold foods, the hot food is not always as hot as you might like but that is just a small complaint because everything else is so good. The staff in this hotel are superb, nothing is too much trouble of any of them. They work very hard and they are always polite and pleasant. In our opinion they are the greatest asset of the hotel. Amazing experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The interior attendant in particular is a very sweet woman who kept the room very clean. We spent 10 nights at the Inner Hotel Rupit and our stay overall was good.
Positively noteworthy is the proximity to the beach on the east coast, which is only a short walk away. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout, and the daily room service kept everything clean. The breakfast buffet was open from 08:00 to 10:00, but there was limited choice and variation for vegans.
Nearby parking was a plus, and 24/7 access to the hotel provided flexibility. Unfortunately, the air conditioning could not be adjusted, which affected our comfort. In addition, the building was heavily perfumed, which we found unpleasant. The rooms were quite small but clean. Another downside was the volume in the morning, especially in the rooms facing the street.
Overall, we would recommend the hotel for a short stay, however, future guests should keep these points in mind.

Modern hotel, with new furniture and large rooms. Ours also had a long terrace. Comfortable bed and clean, fragrant environment. Really welcoming and helpful staff. Super abundant and good breakfast. Strategic position as the structure is located in the center of the town and close to the main beach. They don't have private parking but there is free parking 3 minutes walk away. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel. I would like to give you a little advice that can help you make your customers' stays even more perfect... in the daily cleaning of the rooms I would recommend being more careful especially in cleaning the bathroom (restocking the soap dispensers, cleaning the toilet and sink) and changing sheets at least every 3 days. This is a really lovely hotel. It was very clean throughout and the rooms were serviced every day. The location is perfect, right near all the restaurants, 5 mins from the beach and there is a Spar shop 1 minute away for essentials.
We stayed in a double room with pool view on the second floor which had a good sized balcony with chairs, a desk, hairdryer and very good shower. The decor was modern and there was ample wardrobe space. The safe is included in the price of the room. Wi-Fi is also included and works really well. We found the hotel was really quiet and we slept well throughout.
The pool area is lovely. It is small but perfect for the style of hotel and being adults only. There is no saving of sun beds and despite there only being a few, we never had trouble getting one. There’s also plenty of umbrellas. The pool itself is nice, a good temperature and there’s also a jacuzzi area which is a nice touch!
Breakfast was lovely with so much selection for such a small hotel. The fresh pastries were really good, loads of fruit options and some hot items too - the scrambled eggs were really nice. They will also ask if you want fresh pancakes. My only real points of improvement come during breakfast in that the receptionist also seems to be the one clearing breakfast plates and so clearing is understandably slower than it should be and often outdoor tables were unavailable as the plates hadn’t been cleared from the last party sitting there. Also, they don’t have bowls available to pick up at breakfast and instead you have to ask for them if you want cereal - this again increases the workload of the one staff member; it would make much more sense to put the bowls out with the plates, cutlery etc. when setting tables. Other than this, the breakfast was really good and we’d definitely book bed and breakfast again. Just please get some breakfast staff to help out! :)
Overall, a fab stay in a lovely small boutique hotel with very friendly staff. I would 100% come back!

Definitely more positives than negatives, let’s starts with the positives - IDEAL location so central and seconds from shops bars restaurants. Beds were very comfortable, pool area was so quiet and relaxing. Cafe was nice to grab drink or a lunch.
No for the negatives; the room was too small, very cramped for two people, NO FRIDGE in the room. This would be the main reason we wouldn’t return it was 35+ degrees and we had to drink room temperature water. Also air con was not strong and was set to a temperature that we could not change. Breakfast there was a variety of options but the hot food was cold unfortunately.
Other than that it was perfect, I would return if room was bigger and there was a refrigerator in the room and powerful air con. It is a spotless bright and welcoming hotel.

This hotel has a lot of positive reviews and this was shocking based on the bad experience myself and my partner had here.
First of all, this hotel claims to have sound proofing room. This is not the case the walls were paper thin and we did not have a good nights sleep for the whole stay. Very misleading.
Secondly the rooms were dirty and are not cleaned. The cleaner simply makes the bed and refreshes the towels. Floors are not mopped or hoovered. I suspect the hoover will make too much noise with the paper thin walls. The general cleanliness was poor with sand everywhere and even stained bed sheets.
On our final night there was a lot of cigarette smoke in our bedroom. The balcony doors were fully secure but the smoke smell managed it way in and made it unbearable.
On a positive note the breakfast was nice with good options and gluten free bread.
The staff were also friendly but they seemed extremely stretched.

Me and my partner had a really lovely weeks stay at Inner Rupit in Cala D’Or. The hotel Is well down up and is spotlessly clean. All the staff were really friendly and helpful and nothing was any problem for them. The room we had was a really good standard and had plenty of space for a couple. The shower worked really well. Did t bother with air con as didn’t know how to use it. The room was a bit warm at night but left balcony door open. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and there was such a great variety of hot and cold food. The lovely Cecelia asked if we wanted and made us fresh pancakes each morning. The quality of the food was superb. All in all the out thing I would suggest is maybe a little fridge in the room for bottles of water and drinks. Thank you to the amazing staff at Inner Rupit we will be back again to stay 😘

We really loved this small friendly hotel. Great central location so we could walk to town, marina and beaches. Rooms lovely and clean with good size shower room with large walk in shower. Breakfast is excellent value with lots of choice of hot and cold food, plenty of fresh fruit, pancakes and pastries. Good outside space not a huge pool but big enough for the size of hotel. The staff are lovely and can't do enough for you.

Me and my husband stayed in your hotel 2 weeks ago for 4 nights and we absolutely loved it!. The rooms were clean the staff at reception/bar were very helpful and lovely. Accommodation ladies were very friendly We loved the quiet little pool area! It was such a cute quiet boutique hotel perfect for a couple who want a nice relaxing holiday. The best part for us was how close it was to all the restaurants/shops. You literally step outside your hotel and everything is right there! We will be back! Thank you!
