This is the third year that we have been to this hotel and it never disappoints. Firstly , Raquel, Toni and Monica are fantastic, friendly and welcoming ,nothing is too much trouble. It really is home from home. The hotel is spotless, there’s a good selection for breakfast with hot food cooked fresh to order and is reasonably priced.The location couldn’t be better. A stones throw from the beach and close to the bars and restaurants without being in the middle of the bustle.You really won’t be disappointed if you book this hotel, it really is a little gem!!!

This is owned by a 3rd generation local family. Rachel, the owner was such a warm and friendly person. Always smiling and offering to help.
The location of the hotel is great, very central with easy access to the beach, shops and restaurants. No issues with any noise despite the location.
Room and the rest of the hotel was spotless. You can tell this family puts in the effort and we'd definitely go again in the future.

The cleaning service was very good, however, the curtains are terrible since they let in all the sunlight, we had to put towels so that it wouldn't come through, but then they don't close the window and you can hear all the noise from outside. Afterwards, the towels are changed every 2 days, so far so good, now you have to put all the towels you have on the floor because the shower door doesn't close properly and thus avoid flooding the entire sink. Then the mattress was very uncomfortable, there is almost never anyone at the reception, the air conditioning works when it wants and at night when it was time to sleep our door did not lock, which does not allow you to be “quiet”. This hostel is terrible.

I have been to a lot of hotels all over the world, and I have to say this hotel is the cleanest I have ever stayed in. The service is impeccable! From the minute you walk through the door, the smell of freshness and cleanliness is so inviting! The staff go out of their way to help with any questions you may have. The location is perfect, beach 5 minute walk, and shops on the doorstep but not too busy, just perfect! We will definitely be returning next year 100% 😀

This is a beautiful relaxed Hostel to stay in. Spotless rooms, absolutely comfortable bed for a great peaceful night's sleep. Not a sound. Raquel and Toni are so helpful to all their guests nothing is too much trouble for them. This Hostel does not have a pool, but the beach is literally less than 5 minute walk away.

On arrival first thought was “ What no pool “ don’t be fooled by it ,this has just become one of the best places we have ever stayed in . It’s family run ,the rooms are clean with modern air conditioning ( good fun if you like buttons and tech stuff ) in a prime location close to shopping eateries everything in close. Second time we have stayed at the hostel mistral and it won't be our last we will definitely stay there again. Such wonderful hosts Tony and Raquel where nothing is too much trouble. I asked for an iron and was given one promptly with a ironing board. The room was beautiful and tastefully decorated and clean and we so enjoyed our time there. There's a lovely little patio you can have breakfast on ( although we didn't have breakfast there I'm 100% sure it would of been lovely). This lovely place will always do well and be successful as they have everything just perfect. The location is just amazing so close to the beach and parking wasn't a problem at all. An incredibly beautiful, lovingly renovated hotel run by the family. Raquel is a lovely, accommodating host. You can book breakfast every day, which is lovingly prepared. The location is great, 2-3 minutes to the first wonderful bay, 5 minutes to the second great bay. Restaurants and shopping very central. Only the Hotel Sentido opposite is inconsiderate in the way it organizes entertainment in the evenings until at least 11 p.m. Weird karaoke parties that you have to endure if you want to sleep before 11 p.m. after a long bike ride.

This hotel is run by a really nice family. The hospitality was excellent. The room was well-equipped and crystal clean. The location of this hotel is the best because you can reach by walk every shops, beaches, restaurants in a few minutes.
