We had an amazing family holiday here. Lovely area and perfect location. The apartment had everything we needed and the kitchen was well equipped. It wasn’t too busy and it didn’t matter what time we went to the pool, there were always sunbeds available- which is rare in the school holidays! The staff were very friendly and helpful and everywhere was clean and tidy. Would highly recommend for families looking for a chilled holiday away from the packed all inclusive hotels.

We have been visiting Cala Egos for approximately 10 years now but last year we found Ona Village. It’s smaller than the previous places we have stayed and just perfect for us. The staff re friendly and professional, the apartments are nice and very clean, the washing machine is a bonus! We really enjoyed the pool area where it was always possible to get a sun-bed, the pool and area around it was clean and supervised by a lifeguard during the day. The pool bar offers a good range of drinks and some delicious hot and cold snacks which went down well with my teenagers. Every apartment is only a short distance from the pool and my son enjoyed the crazy golf and giant chess on the grounds. It’s a very short walk to a large supermarket and the local shops and restaurants. We are returning for another holiday here in 2024!

We spent a fantastic week at the Ona Village Cala D'or. The studio did not lack any detail, a comfortable 150cm bed, fair but sufficient kitchenware, welcome cleaning kit, bottle of water and tea and coffee sachets, garbage bags, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, washing machine, blender, toaster , in short... everything. Cleaning two days a week and change of sheets and towels one day, this must be taken into account when using the towels. It also has air conditioning, a toilet and bidet separate from the shower and sink area and a small dressing room. It is a quiet hotel with super super friendly staff, the pool is heated and we never had problems finding a hammock despite it being full. You sleep well and peacefully, the only bad thing was that we had a group of young people next to us who were quite noisy. A fantastic experience, I would return without hesitation.

Everything... the resort, the town, no rush for sunbeds. All staff were really friendly and very accommodating. We are a family of 5 and stayed in a 2 bed apartment and it was a great size. The beds were massive and very comfortable. There is a Eroski supermarket right next to hotel which was very handy. The centre with bars and resturants was right next to this literally a 2 min walk from the complex. We ate in Yates every morming, they done a lovely breakfast where you can build your own for €1 per item. Defintately recommend. We had some lovely meals in Beatriz, The Western Steakhouse, Tonys but Mollys Irish bar was by far the best, we ate here twice but if we had of ate here on our first day we would have had it more.. They do homemade food and the portions are massive and very tasty. They do a Roast dinner on a Wednesday and a Sunday (would.recommend booking on these days) i got Turkey and it was delicious,they also have a singer on these days which was a nice addition..We also ate in Mr Food for lunch(not somewhere we would normally eat on a holiday,went as it was recommended by someone staying in the hotel) and have to say the jacket potatoes were lovely.We also ate lunch at the Tic Tac pool bar within the hotel. Tote and his mam were great, the food was lovely-small menu but you would find something to eat the Grilled Chicken baguettes and the Tuna baguettes were lovely..We got a taxi to Cala dor which was 6/7e much busier there Indiana Johns is a must if you go (nicer than the one in Egos,different owners) Pirate also good for food. We had a great holiday and would defintately return.

We stayed here for 2 weeks from 18.6.22 - 2.7.22 and this was our 3rd visit, however the first since Ona took over. Previously a time share resort and therefore accommodation very good. On arrival we were greeted by a very nice lady who gave us a choice of accommodation. We decided on one of the bungalows we have stayed in before that has a small garden area at the front and back door area for hanging washing out. The accommodation although very good is now looking as if it needs a refresh, especially the kitchen area and more new crockery, cutlery and glassware. Towels and bedding changed and cleaning was not every day, but OK for our needs. There was a small amenity pack in the kitchen on arrival and shampoo plus gel and body moisturizer in the bathroom. It is a pity they no longer provide pool towels and this would be a good if it was reinstated. The plus side for me is the washing machine. The bathroom was adequate and hot water plentiful for two people. The water is very hard and tasted salty if you got any in your mouth a certain times, whilst showering. Not a lot for kids to do other than the pool and a football table with a large chess board game in the garden. The bar was closed. Sunbeds, although some did reserve the same ones every day, there was always two available somewhere. Some of the larger apartments had sunbeds on their patio area which was a bonus for families. Lovely beach with beach bar close by and buses to Cala Mondrago and Porto Petra a short walk away. Cala Egos, where there is plenty of restaurants, shops, bars, and children small roundabouts is right in the doorstep. There is a good supermarket next door too. The lovely marina is approximately 15 mins walk and is one of my favourite spots with many good restaurants. Cala d’Or is approximately 30 mins further on where there are more restaurants and shops. All in all we like this resort and staff, who are very helpful at all times and would not hesitate to stay again.

We stayed in a very large two bedrooms apartment. The kitchen was very well stocked with every utensil needed although not much worktop space to prepare food. The bedrooms were very big and beds extremely comfortable. 2 en-suites and a loo downstairs. Large balcony and terrace area to front and back. Lovely pool area, with a bar and ice creams. Be careful when you sit on the table and chairs which I think must have been painted as we kept getting black marks all over our legs. Very friendly manager who introduced himself on the first day. We also received a bottle of wine.

The one bedroom apartment we stayed in was very clean, bright & modern. The whole complex was very well maintained & the staff were friendly and professional. These apartments were ideal for our couples holiday near Cala D'Or. We like to have restaurants and shops nearby without being in a noisy centre during the busy August holidays. A car was perfect for us since we found excellent beaches within a 40 minute drive as the nearest beaches were very popular.

Great stay at Ona Village. We were lucky to have amazing weather whilst we were there. We are fortunate to owner a week timeshare here and we moved our week from July to October this year. The apartment is always spotlessly clean. The grounds are immaculate and all staff work hard to keep it that way. The pool is clean and the area around the pool is cleaned every morning. The addition this year of the pool bar that was taken over by someone this year is a great bonus. She is very friendly and chatty and the selection of drinks and snacks are more than adequate. There are plenty of bars and restaurants around Ona village with a large Eroski supermarket next door. The manager is very helpful and friendly and chats to most people on a daily basis. All in all an amazing stay and I would not hesitate in recommending Ona Village to anyone looking to stay in Cala Egos.

Booked a 1 bed bungalow for April 2022 at c£50 per night self catering for 2 adults, plus 2 kids using the sofa bed in the main room. At this price point it was very good. Good venue, good location, nice pool and we were lucky with the weather. They are clearly working on reduced staffing and a budget so you need to be reasonable on expectations but overall very positive.
