A comment right at the beginning: although the hotel has four stars by country category, it is a typical three-star mid-range hotel according to Central European opinion. Everything that follows must measure up to the standard of a mid-range hotel.
Let's go through the individual areas once
Breakfast. Breakfast is very rich, there is something for everyone. They prepare eggs on demand. For a hotel of this class, breakfast is awarded five stars.
The evening buffet (we had half board).
Even the evening buffet is very versatile, changing constantly. There is a large number of fresh and live prepared food, so everyone will find something here and that every day. Dinner also receives five stars.
The rooms
The rooms are clean and large, apparently newly renovated and make a very good impression. The rooms have either a balcony or terrace and are unfortunately built to either face the pool or allow a sea view (what does the normal traveler get from a sea view. But this is a personal decision)
However, this has the consequence that many rooms have either a north or east orientation and thus have no or very little sun and what use is a terrace that lies in the shade all day long but offers a perfect view of the sea
The hotel
The architectural performance of this hotel is not particularly good, in addition to the already mentioned north-east orientation of many rooms, the hotel has in parts (especially in the case of the 8 rooms also a problem with odor nuisance from the sewers.
Due to the three very nice pools and the location directly on the sea, the hotel receives four points.

Hotel's Favourite
I have stayed at Parque nereida a couple of times already and have enjoyed it every time. The hotel itself is in the perfect location with shops, bars and a lovely promenade within walking distance. The rooms are very spacious and very clean and Ive had a pool view and a sea view and both were fantastic. All members of staff are amazing from reception to bar to housekeeping and to the manager of the hotel who likes to walk around and speak to the residents. The day activities and nightly entertainment are the best. There are always sun loungers available at all 3 pools.
All in all it’s one of the best hotels I have stayed at and as a solo traveler who travels a lot I felt very welcomed and safe.
I will definitely be going back in the very near future.

I am a single woman in my late 50s and I stayed here for a week and throughout my stay the staff were so warm and welcoming from reception to housekeeping to bar staff and it was also nice to see the general manager talking and interacting with the guests. The food was great, there was never a queue and there are plenty of sunloungers around the 3 pools there. The spa, the gym and also the extra classes such as aqua aerobics were fantastic. The night time entertainment was great and was played beside the outside bar and watching the sunsetting was beautiful. The hotel is just perfect the hallways to the rooms are the prettiest I’ve been too and I had a seaview room which was amazing and there was always a lovely scent as you enter the hotel and the location is just wonderful. There is a long promenade which takes you to a beach which takes 15 minutes but the walk is stunning. I loved my stay here so much that i have booked again to go back in 10 weeks time and I can’t wait. The majority of holiday makers were German but that didn’t bother me at all. I cannot say one single bad word about this hotel 10/10

I have been coming to this hotel for the past 3 years now and every time it just gets better. All of the staff are amazing they are so friendly and very helpful if needed and you cannot fault it in anyway possible.
The location is central to beaches, shops and restaurants but really you don’t have to leave the hotel itself as it has 3 pools and there are always spaces and loungers available.
The food in the main lounge and the pool bar area is tasty and reasonably priced.
There is a very well equipped gym and also there is a spa too!
All the rooms/suites are of very good size ( I have been in 3 different rooms over the years) very well kept and the beds are so comfortable. All in all I love this place and I most certainly will be returning and as a solo traveler in her late 50s I felt safe in and around the hotel area.

Friendly welcome on arrival and welcome with a glass of cava
The suite was large, but it lacks for example hooks to hang a jacket. The balcony is quite OK and you can hang a towel to dry, of course without staples. Why is there even a small shelf in the bathroom? One of the two mirrors hangs at six feet - I don't know what this is all about. The entire outdoor area is not very well maintained, the plants mostly dried up. Only in the back of the garden there is a lawn and beautiful planting at one of the 3 pools. Loungers and sun protection adequately available. Nice bar by the pool and in the evening for the sundowner also a nice bar with sea view and breeze. Overall we liked the staff very much, all really accommodating and friendly, especially Rafa and Joan! Service is not very important here, however, no suitcase service, no postal acceptance and the safe must be paid extra. Towels for a rental fee is fine though. We had only booked breakfast and that was quite ok, although no fresh juice and hot drinks from the apparatus but well...gifted. Overall, it is rather a 3 star hotel and actually too expensive for that. The cleanliness of the rooms, by the way, was impeccable and thorough.

Initially we were given a sea view room (as per Reservation) but unfortunately had mold in the room! After my request we were immediately changed rooms. For the rest the structure is very nice is 15 minutes walk from Cala Agulla and 15 minutes from the center of Cala Ratjada. Large, spacious and clean rooms. We stayed with two other couples of friends and frankly we all found breakfast below a 4 star hotel and dinners were of poor quality. We often found raw pork and turkey. Too bad really about the food because the facility deserves.

Excellent hotel with three different pool areas. Lots of different types of sun beds and plenty of space despite crowded.
Standard suite is large with living room and separate bedroom. Either with terrace or balcony and sea view.
Good gym and group training several times a week.
Hearty breakfast with everything from churros and American pancakes to scrambled eggs and sparkling wine. Nice breakfast terrace overlooking the sea and one of the pools.
Extra plus for super good hair dryer, not the usual blow dryer that usually exists.
Short walk to beach, lots of hiking trails and 10 min walk to the port of Cala Ratjada.
Overall super good choice. And I'm picky! 😅

Amazing! The staff takes great care, the sea view is breathtaking and the meals are very good! There is no road between the hotel and the sea so calm is guaranteed. There are 3 swimming pools, one with a deckchair in the water, my man loved it! Additionally, as it is half board you can keep a bottle or other small snacks for lunch in the fridge in your room, it's very practical! I recommend an aperitif at the skybar, you can sip very good cocktails in an idyllic setting! Cala Agula, a very pretty beach, is 600 m from the hotel :-)

It is a good hotel breakfast and dinner well every night changes there is the Spanish the Majorcan, Asian, Greek and the Italian and Hindu. I stayed 9 days and for sure in a future I will return. 95% are German and at 18.30 they are already waiting at the dining door for dinner is from 18.30 to 21.30 but at 21.00 they start to remove the food is the only negative I do not understand why they do not make dinner from 19.00 to 22.00 so we Spaniards can also enjoy dinner. For me 90% staff 10% and 10% 5. The night performances an 8.

The hotel is really very pleasant with its 3 swimming pools, the suites are generous and very pleasant. The bedding is very good, the bathroom is pretty.
It is placed near a cove which allows access to the sea and there is also a beach a little further away.
As it is an Adult only hotel, the place is quiet and relaxing.
It's the ideal place to recharge your batteries!
All the staff are wonderful. Very professional, attentive, friendly!!!
The buffet is not too big but everything on offer is good and well cooked.
Very nice address!!!
