Nice room with stunning wiev of the rocks and sea. The buffet for breakfast and danner was very nice. The staff in the bars and reception were very kind and helpfull. The staff in the restaurant were a bit stressed. The gym was well assorted. The spa needed a bit of service. The dusch didn’t work well as well as the spa in the pool. It was nice that you could use the spa and sauna wearing bathing clothes allthogh some people chose to be naked. It was a quiet hotel and it was very nice that children were not allowed there. We plan to come back in the summer
the gym was not well maintained, a piece of equipment was broken even though people knew this and nothing was done about it. Products in the bathroom were not replenished. The staff was generally very friendly but there were only a few who understood English, you were always helped in German while as a Belgian I don't really speak German. The breakfast was a lot but not really good quality, there was not even fresh orange juice yet en too little for people withe gluten allergy. The rooms need also a refresh, at such an expensive rate
Great Hotel at a unique place with an outstanding people and service culture. Directly located at the shore it is a kind of magical place and perfect for short or long relaxed holidays. Special is the friendliness and service orientation of the entire crew, We will definitely come back!
Very clean. Fantastic food and good service. The tui guide is allways avaiable. The all inclusive offer at the hotel is very good. If you want to go to Mallorca, this place is an exelent choise. I had a very nice time here.
Very friendly and helpful staff and great facility with pool, access to the sea and spa centre. We were also able to hire bikes. Location was just fabulous. We felt very comfortable and welcomes and looked after.
If you want to get away from it all and have a relaxing holiday then this is the hotel for you. Make sure you pay the extra for a room with a sea view, it’s stunning. The pool by the sea is lovely but it is a salt water pool. I don’t know what chemicals they use but don’t wear a cossie with any white, it will go yellow. There is plenty of sun loungers so no need to rush down with your towel. The hotel provides beach towels and robes. The breakfast buffet has everything you could want and I would recommend the omelettes. Lunch by the pool is great and the dinner buffet has something for everyone. The staff are very helpful, friendly and spoke English. Holiday makers are mainly German with some French and Spanish. There is entertainment every night which the hotel could improve on. A few good acts but some poor ones too. We were all inclusive so didn’t venture out. If you want more nightlife you can head into town which is a 15 minute walk. All in all a great stay and we’ve booked again for next year.…
This was my third visit to Aguait. Everything was perfect; from the cleaning to the food. Kind and friendly service. Still love the beautiful seawater which is great for snorkeling. Will I be back again? Yes definitely!
I’ve just returned home from a week at this lovely hotel. I was there as a solo female traveller and wanted some time just to relax somewhere peaceful and this was a great choice. Most of the other guests were couples and of mixed nationalities. I found this to be a really positive thing and the atmosphere was just really nice and calm. Rooms are spacious and clean and hygiene standards in the whole hotel are really good. I paid extra for a sea view room and this was absolutely worth it to me. The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning, especially at sunrise. The hotel itself has a gym as well as a lovely salt water pool. Sunbeds are plentiful and not all "reserved" with towels, as can be the case elsewhere. Entertainment is really low key, with a few fitness classes during the day and music in the evening. All inclusive here means a buffet breakfast and dinner with lunch a la carte from the poolside bar. There was plenty of choice and different dietary requirements were catered for. The food is all fresh and good quality and not too repetitive. Drinks are also good and include many, but not all, international branded spirits. The included wines are perfectly drinkable but you can pay extra for nicer bottles if you wish. The hotel is right on the seafront so the views are gorgeous. It is also some distance away from the nearest resort so it is really quiet. However, you can easily get around the local area and there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel. The transfer from the airport was about 90 minutes as it is the other side of the island. All the staff I interacted with throughout my stay were lovely and do a fantastic job of looking after the guests. I would definitely recommend this hotel to people looking for a relaxing holiday away from it all.…
The front of the hotel doesn't do what's inside justice. The beautiful panoramic views of the ocean as you walk in are amazing. The large seated area near reception and into the bar as well as outside are perfect for a chill in the evening. The drinks are nice and strong and we enjoyed them a lot! definitely liked the heavy pour. We ate once in the onsite buffet restaurant. The food was nice and a normal buffet style, we were so tired from travelling so I don't think we could do it justice. A lot of choice though and a nice view overlooking the sea. The room was nice and clean and I loved the bathroom as it had a massive shower. We had a none sea view room but I can see why people would upgrade to a sea view one. If you can afford the extra definitely worth it. We went in April so not warm warm yet but one day was particularly hot and we could sit by the pool. We had lunch in the poolside bar most days and that was really nice and service was great. The guys who worked on reception were brilliant and helped as much as they could all the time. They booked taxis for us and offered recommendations for restaurants as well as try to pre book for us. We used the spa area everyday as it was raining and not warm yet. Its so relaxing and quiet. It doesn't get too busy but there can be flurries of people but its so chilled with a spectacular view. I also had a massage which was also really nice so worth the treat. There was a beautiful walk directly from the hotel along the coastal road right into the nearby town. I would stay here again but perhaps in season.…
Very nice modern hotel just outside Cala Ratjador centre. An extremely pleasant 15 minute coastal walk in to the town. Fabulous views from the room balcony. Excellent buffet breakfast, too many items to list - but have a freshly made to order omelette -you won't be disappointed!
