This was our third visit to this wonderful hotel and it was just what the doctor ordered! We were supposed to have been there in April 2020 but of course it was cancelled due to Covid and again for 2021 but finally we got there this year. This hotel has the most amazing and friendly staff. The hotel is kept spotless. The food is fantastic and it was lovely to see the return of the manager's special on a Tuesday evening which is a great event. Our meal in the restaurant was perfect. It's always sad to leave this hotel but we will be back. A special thanks to Maria, and Tony, Joanna, Juandra, Cynsia, Loriet, Catalina and Yammina. Excuse my spelling. Thanks

This was our 2nd visit to this highly rated hotel and we were not disappointed. Yes there was signs that some TLC maintenance is needed which is not surprising considering the last 2 yrs but its main strength's (food, cleanliness and location) are still in top notch. Staff are very friendly and keep the hotel spotlessly clean. Entertainment is OK but I would expect some improvement as the season progresses. One small complaint is the Al a Cart restaurant was disappointing. The food was very average and the service was very slow mainly because there was only 2 staff. This is a start contrast to the buffet service which was exceptional. A 3rd visit is on the cards.

Great hotel, with no faults to speak of. Nearly every room has a sea view and a nice balcony. Rooms are spacious, modern well decorated and cleaned daily. Bathrooms are modern with walk-in shower. There is air con, but we preferred sleeping with the balcony doors open, and listening to the sound of the sea. Pool area is really good with a choice of beds and location. Not many people reserving beds early in the morning, and plenty to go around. Rooftop pool is great too, but we didn’t go there this time. Food is excellent at both breakfast and evening meal with plenty of choice. Entertainment is low key and fitting for the hotel. We were given a bottle of cava in our room when we arrived because we were return guests. All the staff are really good and very helpful. TV remote batteries were dead and I reported it to reception , and someone was there to sort it out within 5 minutes. We would definitely recommend if you want adult only, quality and quiet.…

Lovely hotel in a beautiful location. Rooms are very spacious, cleaned every day and a bottle of fresh water left each day. Breakfast and dinner are buffet style and lots of things to choose from inc. Omelette Bar in the morning to at least 3 meat and fish options on the grill each night. Tuesday night is Gala night, which offers something special. Also don’t forget to try the sun terrace and infinity pool on the 6th floor.

What a wonderful hotel,location excellent, room, staff, food all good, evening bar staff were wonderful, entertainment rep very good, evening entertainment a bit repetitive , except one man rocks who was brilliant, roof top pool was lovely and warm as the pool downstairs was freezing, but it was only April!, would highly recommend.
