Stayed in this hotel a few days and i am so happy to have found a hidden gem in this island. The water park was included in my stay. Negombo is one of the best parks on the island. It's a must go. Lunch at the Fuga was amazing. The hotel has room for improvement but the staff definetley makes up for it. Thank you to the beakfast staff and the girls at the reception.

POOR MANAGEMENT As per the last 10 years we spend one week during our summer holidays in this hotel. Normally it has always been a pleasant stay, small boutique hotel ,nice and friendly staff, fantastic location. Unfortunately this year the hotel manager decided to step in personally in the business and made the stay a bit more unpleasant. Apparently hospitality rules and business are not so well known to the owners. Despite being the manager there is something you should not ignore and mainly: -you cannot smoke and enter the premises (reception) while smoking your cigarette. Smoking is normally not permitted in the reception and public areas. You may be the owner but you are not at your private place. -your own dogs should not be permitted to move freely without lash in the hotel premises and especially in the restaurant area. -when having lunch in the restaurant area on a table among all other guests and you get served food that is not on the menu and that guests cannot order it makes the other restaurant guests feel that the food they are being served is not of good quality. -when guests place a written order for a dish and the serving staff makes a misake and brings the wrong dish at a table you apologize first and then try to redress the mistake. We were harshly told that it was not possible to change the (child) dish brought by mistake and it wold take more that 45 minutes to have the (correct ordered) dish instead. I am sorry but her rudeness is not acceptable. A pity that she spoiled our holidays with the nasty behaviour as the place is very nice, food seemed good and the Negombo thermal park is marvellous. Hence all in all good but beware of the owner…

We have been staying every summer in August during the last five years in this hotel and it has always been fantastic. Last year we very a bit disappointed as the restaurant service went significantly down. I am pleased to say that I spend a few days in May off season (and less crowded) in this hotel. The restaurant has definitely improved but prices are also gone up. The cuisine is "gourmet" style, very good, tasty but I am not sure that people would like to pay a lot for a gourmet cuisine while spending the day on the beach, as this would prevent you from experiencing the thermal baths. Anyway now the food is very tasty. One thing still to be redressed I think is the smoking policy in the thermal park. Smoking is permitted everywhere (also at the restaurant) with the excuse that we are in the open air, but in a wellness park I don't think it goes in the wellness direction to have ashtrays everywhere. Apart from that all is really nice, especially off peak season

Having visited the park on several occasions, I was keen to stay at the hotel, and recently had the opportunity to do so with my two sons aged 11 & 6. Through the booking process and on arrival, I was slightly put off by the lack of flexibility to any request I made. The room appointed to us was absolutely perfect for a family of 3, and breakfast on the upstairs terrace was fairly plain, but delicious. The compulsory half-board basis when staying in the hotel is actually very good value, with the quality of food and quantity being excellent. On the second day into our stay, the tempered glass shower door cracked around the top hinges and shattered, falling in and around my eldest son who was in the shower at the time. My youngest son was on the toilet at the time and was physically sick with the shock. The guy manning the reception each day from about 5pm speaks very little English, and did not react very well to the problem. After some time, they eventually cleaned the bathroom and got someone to stick some plasters on the boys. The hotel could give us no other room even to use a shower, so we endured glass in the feet for the next few days. The hotel offered no compensation whatsoever and not even an apology. Anyone travelling to the park with a family should be aware that children can basically only use the large swimming pool and one small other nearby.

This hotel is a little pearl. That's the fourth time we are there and always very good. Good service, good rooms, nice staff, conveniently offering access to the thermal park nearby. We travel with a kid and staff is also very attentive to him.

This small super clean and well kept 'minimalist' modern hotel was so well designed and so WELCOMING. The owner-manager, Gaby made us feel like her friends...not hotel guests. She offered us cocktails from her small lobby bar...and we kept company for hours with even the reception staff joining in...such is the atmosphere in this hotel!! As I am a wheelchair user, I was offered every help possible. Breakfast was brought to our private terrace each morning....with a tray containing everything we wanted, and decorated with fresh Flowers!!! They ran me down and up from the beach and to dinner, also overlooking the beach, in a golf cart. All this with a smile and no waiting time...a phone call away. Our bright ground floor room had a large flowering terrace, the bed was super confy and was changed every day with top quality linen by our cleaner Assunta, who never missed a detail. The beach and bath towels were in line with the rest of this elegant hotel, where even the lobby columns are designed by world renowned artists. Our one and only complaint was the dinner in the panoramic terrace restaurant overlooking the sea.we were on half board...which had too little choice and no antipasti to begin with. This reflects the fact that it is only open in the evening for the guests of our hotel....21 rooms in all...while at lunch it is open to everyone who has access to the park and beach with a huge variety. Most Italians on vacation eat more at lunch, so take full board, and are not particular about the evening meal. But this could be easily rectified, by giving us a better choice, as it is all done express anyway.

The natural beauty of this part of the island is difficult to describe in words. The hotel is perfectly located on the bay and the Negombo Park is one of the best spa in Ischia. The hotel offers all the necessary facilities.

Second summer stay at this Hotel for 10 days at the end of July. Again simply excellent. I will confirm exactly what already written last year. We stayed in the main hotel (there are some more isolated external rooms, but with a small child we preffered to be close to the beaches (the main hotel is just a few steps away from the themal garden). The entrance fee to the Negombo thermal park is included in the hotel price if you have at least half board. Looking forward to returning there also next year.
