Detailed Reviews
The best stay experience I have had in a very long while. I have a profession which requires me to travel a lot and I have experienced all sorts of hotel stays but I must categorically highlight that this is the best experience of hospitality for me. The hotel has well kitted rooms with all one can ask for at this price range. The food at the restaurant was absolutely excellent, especially the Paneer Tikka is outstanding and may put some of the big name restaurants to shame. When in Rishikesh definitely have the food here, the Chotiwala restaurant is just overhyped. The icing on the cake was the fact that the staff was very pleasant and more than accomodating to our needs. This place also has a fantastic view of the Ganga river from every room which makes you feel at peace. Coming down to talk about the location, well that's the best part about it, everything worth seeing is either in walking distance or has a quick connect via Auto. It was a wonderful experience for my spouse and me, we miss those moments so much.

I chose this hotel for my engagement and not only was it an extremely gorgeous location, the hotel staff helped me in getting in touch with local vendors for decor and videography. They even helped me negotiate with them and gathered local reviews to get fair services.
Their rates were extremely reasonable for the rooms and for the food. Their restaurant, which also has a greta view of ganga makes delicious food.
The venue was out of the world. They have a beautiful terrace attached with an AC hall with transparent glass walls. It looked down on Ganga and the mountains but was also away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We had a great time with privacy.
The rooms are all identical and extremely comfortable with great service. The hotel staff if extremely sweet and polite and very supportive.
Our event was catered by the hotel itself. The food was delicious and the service was very personal and humble. The rooms, the service the staff, all came together to make my day perfect.
I am in love with this place.

Good service, neat and clean. Helping staff and overall - the food. Everything served is tasty. What we liked was, they take locally available fresh vegetables and fruits for their dishes. A good view of the Ganga is one of the attractions. We had my father-in-law with us who takes food without onions and garlic. This preparation (Jaini food) had a variety of dishes and the serving of the Jaini food was also very good.

+1
The hotel is on the main road and at a height. It is approachable through a dedicated uphill motor-able road. The hotel is easily identifiable through the neon lighting in night from distance. The rooms were good, airy and spacious. We requested an extra bedding which was provided along-with a foldable bed and was nicely made. The parking space was available for upto 6-7 cars. The hotel had a good and relax feel to it. The rooms have balconies which gives a good view of Ganges
The restaurant serves veg food and is a delight in terms of quality and price. Overall, We had a comfortable and nice stay.
The hotel does not have elevator which is a big miss. The staff in the hotel is limited so there might be a slight delay in room service.

Great place to stay. Stayed one day prior to Ganga Dussehra hotel were full. Just walked in to hotel. There is very good eRiksha to take you to reception and found room well maintained but slightly over priced. Best part from check in to check out be it housekeeping, front office, restaurant service team during breakfast or chef food quality
Overall all value for money. Must try this hotel without thinking specially due to staff and upkeep.😊😊👍👍👍👍

I chose the hotel because of its proximity to Ram Jhula (My favourite hotel was sold out). My room was clean and mostly well maintained and decorated in neutral colours. The large window overlooked a small ashram and onward to the Ganges and the new Janki bridge. The balcony was clean and it was nice to sit out in the setting sun. It was possible to leave the balcony door open at night as there was also a lockable mosquito screen door. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom functional. There was plenty of hot water in the mornings and evenings for showers (I stayed two nights). All members of staff were courteous and very helpful. Food was simple but fresh and adequate. Although there is a curtesy shuttle buggy to the hotel from the road (The approach is steep) the steps up need a little more attention to keep them clean. That said, it wouldn’t stop me from making a second visit. I felt comfortable and welcome.

My friend/colleague and I had two deluxe rooms at the Great Ganga for 2 nights and felt completely cared for. Gautam, the manager, was extremely helpful and accommodated our needs. All of the staff was very nice. The food was great and came out quick! The rooms were clean and we had great views of the Ganges from our balcony which was a refreshing break from city life and being stuck indoors. As two women travelers, we felt safe and enjoyed our time there. I want to thank Gautam and his team for all the attention they put toward their customers and maintaining the property. We hope to be back!

I was looking for a Ganga facing room and I found it in their premium room. After negotiating a price for one night, I checked in and found the room to have a great view of the Ganga. The room is very well ventilated, has large windows and gets sunshine throughout the day. This is perfect if you're traveling to Rishikesh in the winter season. They also have a split air conditioner in the room, suitable for staying in the summer season. We spent the entire day practically sitting in the balcony and enjoying a great view of the Ganga. Overall, a very relaxed day, which was something we always wanted to have.

We were there for my cousin wedding and must say place and service was 10/10.
Being a hotelier was really surprised and taken away by prompt service from such a small resort.
Even we were ordering tea or coffe or any other “barati demand” it was done with a smile.
Suggestion
Try to offer spa or other yoga offer in your rooms
Upsell local market or rafting
Reception- decor more
Your are amazing place long way to go!! 🙏
