Our stay at the Lemon Tree Hotel was a positive experience due to a number of factors. The staff members were courteous and attentive, the amenities provided were plentiful and met our needs, the food and beverage offerings were hygienic, delicious, and varied, the rooms were generously sized and furnished with clean, fresh linens, and the spa services were expertly administered by well-trained staff.
Overall, I was pleased with the services provided by Lemon Tree, Rishikesh. However, there was one negative experience that may influence my decision to stay at the hotel again in the future. I may have to think twice because;
The mattresses provided at the hotel were quite soft, causing discomfort and pain in my lower back. When I requested an additional mattress to sleep on the floor for better rest, I was informed by a hotel staff member at the front desk that this service would incur a charge of INR 1500 per night. Unfortunately, I had to endure three sleepless nights on the uncomfortable mattress as a result.
Suggestion for F&B service employees at Citrus, especially-
1. In order to enhance the dining experience for our guests, please refrain from repeatedly interrupting them to complete feedback forms.
2. Utilize discretion and good judgment - a Food and Beverage service employee requested a beverage order from me while my wife was enjoying a cup of tea and I was savoring a coffee. He was actually hinting that he would appreciate it if I mentioned his name in the feedback. However, this moment spoiled my peace at breakfast.
Nonetheless, the Lemon Tree team is doing a good job. Please refrain from spoiling anyone's experience by making these silly mistakes. However, the mattress in the room is a significant drawback.

There is no words that can entirely depict the experience we had at Lemon Tree Tapovan Rishikesh. The front desk staff is so helpfull always answering my calls and text vild I was leading the whole family and would do anything to help me. The staff easily make lemon tree , the best place to visit in Rishikesh. They are so attentive so caring and will literally do anything to make your stay more comfortable special mention to all those that we communicated with on a daily basis like Mr Balveer ji Manager ,sachin and palak you guy have made this last 2 days so incredible for us. There is incredible view from the everywhere a beautiful swimming pool and US shot walk to a nearby river walking up to the village and temple is definitely a highlight. The restaurant food was also okay. Everything there serve was delicious and cooked with so much love and the staff are always willing to accommodate dietary requirements or even just special requests. The property is matricularly maintained they have ground keepers working everyday painting something new sweeping and drive weak or watering the plants. We loved our stay ,Thanks team Thanks team keep rocking 😊

My stay at Lemon Tree, Rishikesh, was exceptional, largely due to the superb service provided by Ashish Kaushal. From our arrival, Ashish's warm welcome and attention to detail were evident. His dedication to ensuring our comfort made our visit truly memorable.
The hotel's location by the Ganges River offers stunning views, and the rooms were immaculate and well-equipped. The restaurant provided delicious meals with excellent service. I highly recommend this hotel for its blend of luxury, comfort, and outstanding hospitality. Ashish Kaushal and his team truly exceeded our expectations.

Had a very nice stay at the Lemon Tree hotel in Rishikesh. The hotel is new I believe, so everything is spotless and modern. The room is very comfortable and the facilities are excellent - covered swimming pool in particular was great during the hot summer weather. We had breakfast included and the food was delicious and varied.
The staff in particular are very welcoming and attentive. Divyanshu and the other waiters & waitresses at breakfast did a great job of providing excellent service. The swimming pool staff and the reception staff were also very attentive.
Be aware that there were a few brief power cuts while we were there, although it's probably an issue throughout Rishikesh.

It was a memorable experience at the hotel Check in and out was quick and the cleanliness and maintenance awesome Shivamogga and others at the front office were helpful and useful guides. Housekeeping was very good and Mr Deepak would visit each day to enquire about any requirements Raj Divyanshu and others provided excellent services in the restaurant and the chefs provided delicious food. First of all the all staff of the hotel are so cooperative and the helpful each and every body are excellent to help and to guide us❤️ We were staying with our family specially the hotel manager Mr Balveer at front desk and his team ,was so active even at the time of too much crowd, asking every time about the stay and was making us comfortable even I was able to see the same to all whoever was staying there in the hotel. Morning buffet Breakfast was savoury But it could be better if they'll serve it in dinner also. Thanks all lemon tree team to make our stay comfortable. I'll recommend this to my all family and friends also so nice hotel.
