From the beginning Manisha who worked the front desk was so kind and helpful then Suresh showed me my room and made me feel so comfortable. Suresh was attentive to what I would need while I was there. Then the Chef, Pushpender made several special dishes at my request and it was so responsibly priced!!! The room was amazing and all of the people working there were extra amazing!!! I didn’t want to leave!!!

Property is located on the centre of rishikesh sightseeing at tapovan. Laxman jhula is 1km away on one side and beautiful valleys views from hotel room makes it a memorable stay. I had gone with family (wife and 02 daughters), staff welcomed us with customary Shiva tilkak and rudraksh mala making us feel really special. Rooms are very nicely decorated and spacious.y request for extra bed was met with one full fledged bed marking kids comfortable. In addition, kids playing area and swimming pool makes property apt for family stay. Staff were extremely responsive particularly Front Desk Manager Mr Suraj and it's General Manager Mrs Neha. Don't miss the restaurant on the top, food was awesome. Overall, a nice leisure stay for self and family at rishikesh.

Best hotel I have ever stayed in Rishikesh. Beds were so comfy, staff were so polite and friendly. Rooms and washrooms are very clean. Pool and terrace restaurant is also amazing. Poor maintenance. Bath Shower was leaking jets of water in all directions including the roof . Toilet shower was dripping continuously. Despite calling the reception it was not repaired. We stayed 2 nights, The room was not cleaned till we checked out. so i had to wash my cups and glasses when we came back at 10 Pm after spending the whole day out and we had to leave early the next day. Liked the fact that central ac had both cooling and heating facilities in the room. Food experience was mixed also, some dishes were tasty , some we had to send back.

Very good experience. Rooms were good, staff was very courteous and helpful and the restaurant was also good. Especially the chef at the restaurant, Pushpendra, and his manager Pramod, were really helpful and gave amazing suggestions for food. Only problem was with the AC in one of the rooms which the staff couldn't resolve. We had to stay without AC one night and shift the next day.

Well Located in the Tapovan area but the property is peculiarly perched between several buildings and new constructions. As a result, majority of its rooms offer very limited view outside. Worse is its premier rooms, next to the stair hall which opens partially to the next building! It took several calls to fix the bathroom doors , bathroom lights not working and so on. It is rare to see the state higher category room in a hotel like Pride (given my earlier experiences of their properties in Delhi Aero city, Ahmedabad and else where.
The bright sides of this property are - excellent service staff, roof top restaurant and the excellent quality of food and spread! Overall a mixed bad experience !

The food is amazing and hospitality was very really good. The staff are very polite and humble. Rooms are neat and clean. This is very near to Ram Jhula and prime location within Rishikesh thereby making it very convenient to travel anywhere

The manager was too good and the services were great. It's a good and clean property and a perfect place to get relax. On the first day, we face some issues regarding the service but after complaining to the manager they gave us VIP treatment so they take their complaints very seriously and make sure that the mistakes don't get repeated by their staff.
