We stayed in this small resort for a day and what an experience it has been !! Everything from Food, Room, facilities, Location, Hospitality etc was simply amazing. The location is simply breathtaking having outstanding views. We were given lovely well furnished and tastefully done rooms with a superb view of the mountains where we could sit for hours together. The lawn area is well maintained with little cots placed to take a short nap if you wish. Special thanks to the wonderful restaurant staff ( mainly Pradeep ) who made our stay memorable with real prompt services and lovely interactions . The Quality of pure organic vegetarian food was heavenly and excellent, thanks to the wonderful Chef who prepared yummy food for us as per our taste. It also has a small meditation room and a designated place for painting if you are interested. The drive though is a little challenging but people will love it. Overall a very satisfying trip to Kothli Hills

Took 2+ hours for us to reach there from rishikesh and the last 10 kms is complete off roading. The roads are broken and quite narrow so you need to be careful while driving. It's a landslide prone area so contact the property before you go there. This property is good for people going with families and in groups to hang out and chill at the resort. You can play games enjoy movie nights BBQ and eat and chill. If you love an adventurous drive you surely can come here with your group. Also the staff if really helpful but the service is little slow. Food was good and the looking over the mountains while enjoying your meals is a great experience. Only thing is that the rooms are a bit overpriced and one needs to be comfortable doing offloading to reach there.

A trip is Kothli hills is unforgettable. A home stay with spacious room, neat and clean bathrooms, warm and kind staff members,hot and delicious food served to us. Arrangements for games to be payed with family and friends was wonderful. Words aren’t enough to explain the beauty of Kothli Hills. Hotel Staff did not offer any help. Seems they know that in summer holidays people may not able to reach this place hence they ask for full advance . please don’t fall in trap . I wasted 7k booking amount as i was not able to take route because of terrible traffic ( often in summar holidays ) and i was stranded 15 km for 3 hours , cut from neela water , and hotel staff keep on telling me that they would sent a team and sadly it was all lip service as no body came to help us . when asked for partial refund ( as i have paid nearly 90% of room rent ) they refused to entertain . hence request who so ever is planning during summer vocation avoid this hotel / homestay

This hotel is at very odd location and approach road is very poor.We have a booking for 24th June 2023 and due to heavy rains, it was not possible to reach their property. We asked them to cancel lone day in advance and they bluntly refused for refund or to adjust the amount in our future stays. This cancellation was due to natural calamity and they should agree for adjustments of advance amount in future use. I went with my family of 20. it's a warm embrace from nature. The view is like a painting come to life, especially from the rooms where you can gaze at the hills and feel a world away. Kothli Hills, located in the tranquil lap of nature, has undoubtedly been one of the most memorable vacations I have had in recent times. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, the excellent staff, stunning location, and comfortable rooms combined to create an unforgettable retreat.
Firstly, the staff at Resort deserves the highest praise. From the warm welcome at the reception to the exceptional service throughout my stay, every staff member was attentive, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure my comfort. Their knowledge about the local area, recommendations for nearby attractions, and prompt responses to my queries truly impressed me. We had a wonderful stay at the Kothli hills. It’s a beautiful, well kept property with very helpful and friendly staff who made all of us feel we are in the comfort of our own home. The location of the property is perfect. We could view the Ganga flowing in the valley and the cool breeze on the mountains was so refreshing. We had gone to celebrate a friend’s birthday and choosing Kothli for our weekend getaway was the best decision ever.. We played games, danced, feasted, relaxed, exercised, meditated in this perfect place. We’ve come back with lovely memories and now I look forward to coming here again with my cousins.

It is the best place for a quiet getaway with family, away from the teeming crowds. We took the shorter of the two roads and started climbing up the hills soon after leaving Rishikesh. Though the road can be a bit tricky at times since the road is not gravelled, the destination was worth the drive. Kothli hills boutique hotel is a beautifully laid out property with its terrace garden and quiet spots. We had the entire place to ourselves except for another group accommodated at another level. The rooms are very stylishly done up with several thoughtful touches. The bathroom is huge and had a sun roof to let in the light. The temperature went down to 2 degrees at night but the warmth of the staff who looked after us very well, was amazing. Compliments to the chef too who churned up delicacies for all meals and made us plan to visit again soon. I would definitely recommend this place to one and all.

Nestled in the hills, Kothli Hills is a really nice place. It has pretty views and big gardens where you can play games. I liked playing badminton and musical chair with friends there. The food is yummy and served hot. The rooms look nice. It's quiet, and you can see the Ganga river, making it feel special, like a calm place.
The food there is really tasty, and they make it very well. You can eat different things that make you happy like gol gappa.
The rooms and the place where you sit are designed in a nice way.
There's a temple there, and it feels peaceful. It's like a special place where you can be close to something spiritual. You can see nice views from there, and it feels magical, like a special place where something good is happening.
Overall, Kothli Hills Boutique Hotel is a quiet and nice place. You can enjoy the gardens, eat tasty food, and feel the peace. It's a good place for a happy time.
