Detailed Reviews
The ONLY good part is their location and view. Rest everything needs improvement. Room cleaning, electricity backup, room amenities and specially their passage to beach area ( it's raw... covered with bushes, stones and even potty of animals) need to be improved.
They have 5 AC rooms in entire property and somehow their electricity connection can take load of max 3 ACs. If electricity goes, ACs won't work.
Rooms-
3 categories. Non AC, ground floor, non AC first floor and AC Rooms. Doors are of glass and iron, during day time it's fine but when lights get switched on everything is visible inside rooms from outside, even from beach area :)
I took their top most category of rooms and it has below
Bed, TV, Split AC, 2 chairs, 2 side tables/stools, study table kind of almirah, and kettle. Their off season listed price of this room is 3000+taxes, they should at least add intercom, mirror, cushions, runner, mini fridge at this price.
Washroom- very very basic. Looks like they have taken out old sanitary wear stuff from somewhere( toilet seat, washbasin, taps, ) and installed it here. They just provide a medimix soap and 2 pouch of shampoo. No hand or bath towels. Dental kit is chargeable. Forget about moisturizer and any other stuff. You need to carry your own.
Food is okayish. Overall security of property is only on God's grace. No guard at main entrance, glass door of rooms makes it very insecure. Guests are allowed to keep their pets along with them in rooms and make them walk in common areas.

this place is amazing. the food is awesome .very simple homely cooked food .they will ask you your requirement and cook accordingly. that was the awesome thing. I was with my parents. they had an amazing time. the staff was very cordial and helpful .only drawback is to walk till the hotel but for us it was not a problem. if you have elderly people then you need to dependent on the hotel staff to drop you and pick you up. I informed them in advance whenever I need it and they dropped us. the beache is approachable and scenic .

Wonderful location, even the best of high end hotels might not have. Loved the stay. We had a room on the 1st floor, Sitting in your room u can enjoy the Ganges gushing all the way. In the balcony u r sitting on the Ganges bank.
Rooms need a little more maintenance and the access is tricky for cars but if u park your car a little before and call for their car for pickup, it is sorted.
We enjoyed the stay. The place is specially good for students traveling maybe.

Pathetic experience.
1.The hotel is supposed to send a cab to pick you 2 km from hotel as cabs are not allowed. Waiting for 45 minutes to get picked.
2.Was told while booking that there is buffet breakfast on arrival it was al a carte with 3 options to choose from.
3. No geysers, clue less staff is saying there is no electricity that is why there is no hot water.
The only saving grace is the view, which many other hotels provide with much better amenities.
You can totally skip this place.

This is like a chawl. Congested and dirty. The photos are morphed or misleading. When we reacged there was no electricity, no water, floor and bathroom was dirty. We immediately called owner and asked for a refund. The owner agreed and then never picked the phone again. After a lot of jostling with makemytrip and tbeir staff finally after 2 hrs owner had to accept cancellation. We went to Rishikesh at a very busy time so hotel rates were sky high and we had to pay a premium for a better hotel on the fly but still better than staying in this distbin.

I wanted to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude for the incredible experience I had during my recent stay at your hotel by the beautiful River Ganges. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the serene atmosphere and the breathtaking view of the river. Your hospitality truly made me feel welcome and at home. Moreover, the impeccable service provided by your staff(specially Vinod)made my stay even more memorable. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care for the guests truly set your hotel apart. Staying at your hotel was a rejuvenating experience for me, and I cannot thank you enough for creating such a magical retreat by the river Ganges. I look forward to returning in the future and creating more cherished memories.

Loved the surroundings!! Ganga view is refreshing and revitalising. Staff is very helpful, special thanks to Prashant who helped us reach home safely as the roads were blocked due to kawad season. He arranged us a cab immediately. The food was great too!

Property is not easily accessible on google Map. Approach to property very congested from market. Parking about 200 meter away in a dark place. Unprofessional staff. Average breakfast and very slow service. But Rooms are good view from room good . Ganga River just below and Laxman Jhoola very near.

The hotel is only beach resort in rishikesh. Right on the ganga river bank, giving you a direct access to the beach. Rooms are newly constructed and food and service was top quality.
