Pleasant Stay. The team on front desk, housekeeping, room service and the restaurant team all were so polite and helpful. Food was awesome, specially Kashmiri Dum Aloo and the Elaichi Chai was mouth watering. Thanks a lot team, will come again to stay in your Hotel.

This was my second visit to this Hotel. They never disappoint me with anything that they offer. The Hotel is centrally located ( In the market, near lakshman jhoola and exit point ) and everything is nearby. You don't have to step out for food because they offer a decent range of variety in dinner as well as Brekfast buffet with very reasonable price. Even alacate is reasonable . They have a good basement parking as well. The hotel is well within budgets with good room size and should be considered incase you have no clue about Rishikesh and searching for a hotel Not to forget , The staff is very courteous. Basically I went on my family trip. So this hotel was on my top list. Because I went by my car, I also needed a parking, so I thought it right to take this hotel.
The hotel reception had a very nice welcome and they showed me all the rooms which were on different tariffs. Rooms were very nice no smell and proper clean. It was important for me to have a good washroom which I got. I also had my daughter with me who is 10 months old, so I asked her for the heater which they provided to me and also the slippers for me and my wife. The best part was that I was not worried about my daughter's food and milk, her restaurant was ready to provide 24 hrs service, which I also used. I liked it a lot. The staff is also very friendly and polite. Special thanks to all of them.

We have been to rishikesh number of times before but this is one of the best stays we had. Thanks to the General Manager who had given personal attention to us. All of our rooms were upgraded to the highest category. The hotel is located in the close proximity to Laxman jhoola, which is walking distance.
The rooms were spacious and equipped with all amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The best part was the roof top swimming pool, having an excellent mountain view at the backdrop.
The staff was very cooperative and had delivered free infant food even at midnight.
We would give 5 star + rating owing to excellent service and location.

Recently visited this Hotel. Great experience with great hospitality. The Best part is this an Brand new hotel with decent set up and amenities. Nice precautions under the Covid threats. Peoples are always ready to help with great anticipation. I was visited this place due to a occasion so rare chance to visit again but can strongly recommend this place to my entire network as the Hotel manager puts all possible efforts to make your stay memorable.

The service of the hotel is terrible, unhelpful, unavailable. There were families with children screaming around the hallways all hours of day and night, even with earplugs we could not sleep. They offer daily yoga classes but they did not have them, no explanation given, and when we asked to use the hall for a class they wanted to charge us 5.000 rupees. A total disgrace.

Overall the hotel is good however the room size was too small. I am not sure if the photos shown here are true, because the room we got was too small to walk around and the window opened in the vestibule. The bathroom was good however, spacious and clean. The staff, esp. the restaurant staff was good and polite.

we visited once and having buttermilk free as per MAP On 2nd visit they said we have traffic so buttermilk is paid And most terrible is that they given bill of lassi with 110/- per glass instead of buttermilk 🫡🫡🫡 When we asked they said we have same price for buttermilk and lassi 🤣🤣🤣
Can’t imagine how they are treating customer for making little money at wrong way.
I given 5star review after my first visit but they spread cold water on their own review and value. Do not recommend

Grim hotel. Lobby had a grubby appearance. We were offered a glass of water on arrival but unsure of its origin so politely declined. Our double room had a window to the vestibule only. It was dark and dated. No safe. toilet flush inadequate. Noise was an issue . At 10.30 pm there were children running in the corridor, shouting and screaming. We phoned reception and it was dealt with immediately. The breakfast was adequate and the location is excellent- right in the centre. There is an underground car park which our driver used. Thankfully only 1 night stay
