We visited on 1ST Jan 2020, as we promised a better lifestyle for ourself it was our new year resolution. The property was clean we visited with our 4 year old son who was very well taken care by front desk team. Dr.Thomas V was very helpful he was very patient will listening to all our issues. Mr.Anuraag Khushwah had promised that the time we check in all will be taken care which happened exactly the same. I would recommend people with kids also to go as they ll certainly look after child while you get your session done. Yoga n meditation give u so much of relief.

Naturoville Spa near Rishikesh is a beautiful and serene place. It has very good therapy services and amazing ayuveda dishes are served. The Ayurveda Dr.Shweta is very good. The only slight drawback are the rooms and the lack of service especially to the first floor rooms. However, the General Manager Sonal and the Operations incharge Manish really try to help. I guess COVID 19 has hit the entire hospitality industry and finding good staff is a challenge. The place is value for money and people are very nice. It has a home like atomosphere.

This place is sincerely gorgeous. In the heart of nature, surrounded by trees, monkeys and a great variety of beautiful birds. Inspiring pure air from the Himalaya, admiring glorious sunrises. The place is not very good, the rooms are not that good, like you'll go expecting alot but ultimately be dissapointed. The massages are pathetic. Basically it's not a massage they're just spilling oil over your like water. Staff tries to be cooperative but unfortunately can't make up to that. Food is okayish but stale. Like obviously if they'll offer you stale food and you won't eat it you'll lose weight so ya. I didn't like the place as such as the staff is highly unprofessional and they're claiming to be the best ayurvedic blah blah but honestly NO this is not ayurveda. Plus half of the things on their menu aren't always available and the staff is like you please order this as we don't have that. I was sick of eating lentils and naan for 3 days and if you don't want to have that you can just order Chinese as rest of the items they don't know how to cook. After all this, best of luck to the ones going here. Oh and yes, we paid for 3 massages a day whereas we got only 1 as they were too busy attending other foreign customers saying that oh sir/ma'am sorry you guys understand na . I mean what here should I understand that you won't serve me cause you're busy serving others, why did we come to you for free? Or did we pay less? They commit more to people and work less.

Had 3 nights here, for me that was about enough. The treatments were fine, very attentive, although I put weight on, not sure how as I did everything they asked & kept to the eating plan, I wasn’t there particularly for that so that was no bother. I have had some sort of nagging pain in my left upper arm which has been there over 6 months & it’s gone, so it was worth it just for that. The room was huge but it does need updating big time, there was never enough water for two showers with the small immersion heater, and the whole place was freezing.Staff were lovely too, they couldn’t do enough for you.

I being a very social person makes sure to plan a small solo trip once a month and as we entered 2020 i planned to visit rishikesh and stayed at this beautiful peaceful retreat, away from all the city noise and crowd. Amazing place to spend a weekend with your friends, family, partner or solo in their solitude just like i did. Hospitality is great, its a lovely experience.

I have been to both and personally, I liked Naturoville and will go back anyday but have friends who prefer Jindal. Depends on what you are looking for.
Naturoville is a smaller facility with much less people and less "extra-curricular" things to do but has much more courteous staff - doctor, massage therapists, yoga teacher and servers, and dedicated treatment facility. Whereas Jindal is overly crowed so no personal care whatsoever.
In the name of detox, their preference is to give 5 juices a day and with insistence, they will give steamed veg and fruits but it took me almost 4-5 days of continuous headache to get adjusted to their food routine, which was half the time lost. In Naturoville, it was comfortable stay from day 1.
But being at Jindal was a life changing experience as you get to realise how little food body needs to survive but personally, I will never go back there. And for extrovert people who prefer interacting, Jindal probably is preferred as you always have hundreds of people in the facility.
I visited there last August and plan to go back again this month. I found the facility to be good. It is dated but well maintained. Doctors, therapists, yoga teacher as well as servers were very nice and courteous. In fact found the treatment better in Naturoville than at Jindal, which should tell you of the quality of treatment offered.

This is a wonderful place in the foothills of himalayas. Very very near to places of tourist importance like Haridwar, Rishikesh, Tehri, Chamba, Dehradun, Mussoorie and Paunta Sahib GUrudwara. To be honest when I alongwith my family visit this place we have only one intent and that is to get friendly with the nature. The Place is very secure, very nice, green green allover and the people are very caring. The GM Mr. Khan especially takes personal interest in all the matters.
Yes ma'm there has been many clients who have come to our resort for the weight management program. Naturovillie Vedic Retreat is not a hotel its a treatment resort, where we provided treatments for our client who has been suffering from many problems. We help them to overcome from their problems.
