Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travellers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
Location is a little bit towards the end of Rishikesh but if you dont mind walking 10 minutes, everything is a short walk away. We stayed in a permium room. There are varying sizes in the premium rooms. Some premium rooms are standard size whereas some (like the one we stayed in) are huge and have ample space.
The hotel is a typical Regenta property, with clean rooms, great food and has all amenities one would need. Service is top notch as well. No complaints ! A special shout out to the great food at the dinner buffet and room service.
Breakfast spread is limited and basic and needs significant improvement in terms of variety and taste. But who has breakfast in the hotel in Rishikesh anyways ??

Regenta Inn is reachable through inside lanes near Laxman Jhula, though cars can be taken to the hotel. They have there own parking too.
Due to travelling on weekdays we got a reasonable deal through MMT for a Premium Room of this 4 Star Property.
Staff was helpful and professional. Property was well kept and we found the room to be really spacious and comfortable. The quality of food at the buffet was decent. Also, they arranged for bike rentals on request.
Hotel has its own spa with various healing therapies to choose from.
Pool at the hotel was tad small and water didn't seem to be very clean.
Sanitisation of the rooms too could be improved.
Overall it was a comfortable stay.

It was my first trip to India. Like any other traveller I was nervous at first and not sure what to expect. Received a very warm welcome by Regenta hotel on the ganges staff. In particular the restaurant and dining staff were outstanding that would be Brijesh & Suraj. They made us feel home at the hotel which contributed to me having the greatest experience in Rishikesh. Dining staff were warm, friendly and our meals were on time. On our departure from Rishikesh, we had to leave very early in the morning before the normal breakfast time. The dining staff went the extra mile and ensured we had something to eat before our journey even though they had to lose some sleep. It was all done with a smile and so much care. Rooms were clean. Our stay at Regenta on the ganges was hastle free. Highly recommended.

So this hotel approach is really bad and it does not have garden for the kids to play. It is not really on the Ganges as its name suggest so don't get fooled. Yes, Ganga flows nearby but cannot be seen from the hotel. Rooms on the 5th floor needs basic paint and sanitary work in the toilet. We took 03 rooms out of which 2 rooms were in really bad situation. One of the room's toilet was choked but they changed our room next day. the only good thing about this hotel was its breakfast buffet spread. The food was really tasty and finger licking. Hi fi to the chef and the team!

Over rated and under delivered. We booked thinking it would be atleast as good as Regenta but we were in for a deep shock. We booked a premium room and our first hand experience the linens were very dirty we had to change it within ten mins we realised the chair was broken and carpet was not dusted or cleaned in ages , the Curatain was completely torn,after raising this and showing this they decided to change our room the next room they allotted also had similar issues so decided to stay back in our room . Now the management realised and gave us an upgrade to suite alas while we got the linen done we were In horror when we didn’t have an ounce of hot water infact the knob wasn’t even opening every morning we requested house keeping to open for us we didn’t want to be too complaining but the best part of the whole stay was good at their restaurant and service in that I would only rate food at 5** Overall terrible experience

I was given a room near the swimming pool, there was a nuisance throughout the day. The same evening they had a live event at the restaurant above my room, which was too loud and disturbing. The spa is nowhere close to one, looks shady and had a local lady who had no clue. During checkout they converted my payment to EMI and despite repeated follow ups & emails neither accepted their mistake, nor rectified it. The GM was not interested to rectify it. The breakfast had limited options and one has to wait, since they keep ltd. quantity and refilling is damn slow. Overall not recommended!

We visited Rishikesh in May 2023 and are truly impressed by the clean and spacious suite rooms available in Regenta Inn. It is located in tapovan, walking distance from laxman jhoola and also has a lot of nice bakeries around. We truly loved the food in the hotel as well and would recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Rishikesh either for adventure activities or for sightseeing

We were a group of 9 couples and 11 kids, have been to this property on 14th to 16 aug 2022. We have got rooms or different floors, all rooms are very much clean, spacious and with all amenities, food of hotel was very very good and staff have helped us very much to unload luggage from mini bus to rooms, all staff are very much humble. This property is on the road to Aloha property and near to neem beach.
We have enjoyed a great vacation.
The only cause I felt ws the road to property, goverment should do something. From main road it is 400 meter inside and single road, it was very much difficult for our mini bus to enter but hotel staff helped and also given their parking space to us. Tempo traveller or personal vehicles can reach till hotel easily.

The suite room was horrible. Jacuzzi was not functional Pool was not ready to use Water and ice dripping from ac for whole night Smelly Water leakage from under the sink. On top of everything worst staff , especially Ganesh who misbehaved and yelled at me. Also there is no GM at shift late night to attend to any of the guest queries. Worst stay ever. MD named Akshay also yelled in support of his staff which is highly unprofessional. Just spoiled the entire vacation.Would recommend everyone to look for another hotel and not choose this at all as instead of value of money your entire stay would be ruined because of the staff behaviour.poor customer service.Dont go out with positive reviews as those might be of the ones from their own people who are misleading you

Stayed for two nights ! Breakfast has very few options compared to other regenta properties I’ve stayed in the past. Exterior of the hotel is shabby! Cows roaming around, construction site just opposite the property! Open car parking was available. The approach road literally puts u off !! However the interiors are very tastefully made! Premium room had all amenities right from refrigerator to bathroom slippers! The indoor pool was however closed due to covid regulations ! Staff wasn’t particularly following covid norms, no face masks put on at times. The food at the restaurant was amazing ! A special shout out to the chef for making amazing paneer dishes for dinner. Kids play area was small but served the purpose! If u are looking for a resort kinda set up this is not the place to be ! However as a hotel structure it was really above average!
